Fast turn around service

I have been shopping left and right for a Polaris ranger, and had horrible experiences at several other locations. I felt thet Concord polaris gave me the information as if I was their best pal, NO BS. I also got a far better deal than any of the other dealers, and got a bang for my buck. It took a while but I came away buying a great vehicle and found a great location for further purchases.

Wowzers! Everything, Canam, Polaris, SxS everywhere. Kevin probably is the easiest guy in the area to work with, and he rides so he knows his product. Only good business from these guys.

This place is top notch. I came here to scout out my next machine. They have the best inventory, good customer service, the builds they do are awesome, and they have great deals going on all the time. When I sell my current side by side I will be purchasing my next one here.

The guys (Kevin, Gabe, and crew) at Concord Polaris Can-Am/ Moto Expo are true experts in the SxS industry. They are passionate about the services they offer and have always gone the extra mile to make sure my expectations are met and Im receiving everything they can provide to build a car that is specifically suited for the performance I need. I shopped for over a year and was able to tap into the knowledge they have on more than a few occasions. Theyre in the process of a build for me that should be ready in a few weeks and I cant wait for the final result!! Thanks to everyone at Concord Polaris Can-Am, especially Kevin for all of your help and professionalism, Im really glad Im not having to go to SoCal or AZ for everything youre doing to my car!!

Kevin does a great job, always takes time and super knowledgeable and reasonable with everything. I drive from Sacramento area way out of my way to get anything I need for my Rzr from them just because they’re simply the best shop in Nor-Cal and will continue to do so.

Its a toys R S for adults

We were super excited to buy a new toy here. It went well while purchasing but after we got it home, we drove it for one mile and then realized it was leaking all over the place. We took it in and they said they forgot to put a gasket in, which happens...I guess, however we were not offered anything for our troubles. We were let down because we couldnt ride the day we wanted too. I had to take time off of work to bring it back to them. We were without the unit for about a week and then I had to take more time off to go get it. I hope they at least learned to maybe have another person inspect it.

Repairs done on my Can-Am. Were not done correctly the bolts fell out they didnt use Loctite and they didnt even put grease in a zerk fitting. Ask them about doing some warranty work they dont even want to do it it kept procrastinating and say come back later come back later be honest with you they only care about the sale and thats it they dont even have a service department I think the guy who washes the machines probably can do a better job than the mechanics there warning dont take your machine there.

Best pricing on Polaris in northern California. The owner is very friendly and took the time to show me their builds which I appreciateed the chance to see all of theany different accessories installed.

Stopped by to confirm an advertized price on a Trailer (10 utility )..It was advertized at $895.....WOW--With the hidden cost, it went to---$1,235.00...and they would NOT accept a credit card on the purchase..On top of that, the floor boards on the trailer were very weathered (like the trailer had sat outside for a long time) ...Same trailer was $1025. at another Carson dealer TOTAL!!!!...AND they accepted my credit card.....Needless say, I will not be back!!!!
