If you want a reliable place with integrity please do not go here. I brought in my iPhone 8 plus for a standard battery repair. Only to come back and find a phone thats sim card continued saying searching. As well as a phone that Wouldnt charge. Fire fold claimed they couldnt fix the phone and I took it to ubreakitifixit. Where they gave me a free diagnostic. I came to find that FireFold short circuited my phones board and bent my charging port, my phone antenna, and sim card port while they were putting my phone back together. After asking for compensation for my &350 phone. I was only offered a $150 visa card. Which for my time and gas and phone value. I determined was not good enough. I asked for at least $300 compensation and received a laugh to my face. I was recommended by a best buy associate just like many others. I will no longer go here and urge anyone else not to as well.

Just discovered this place today where we were referred to by Best Buy who wants to sell a support membership to you or they wont help. This place was great, fixed my mothers laptop same day, she is very happy and the place is very reasonable and friendly. This is definitely going to be our go-to place for anything technical ! When I cracked the screen on my Surface Pro 7 I drove to Best Buy for aid in helping to fix it. The lady referred me to FireFold! Im so glad she did. It took a couple of days to order the part but a day to fix it! Im so happy with the service and the turnaround time! I hope to not return to the store for more problems but if I do Ill be returning to FireFold!!

Very professional and extremely helpful when I needed a new iPhone fast charger. The tech educated me about my need and called me when the cable came in. So handy to where I live and MUCH better service than big box stores like Best Buy!

Also, prices are very reasonable. Very trustworthy without any buyers remorse. On the contrary, you’ll feel good and confident about having gone to them.

Definitely would take other things to get repaired if needed! Staff is friendly & stays in contact with you items thats being repaired. & the establishment itself is nice as well. They also sale some good stuff in there.

This was my first time at Fire Fold Tech Repair & I was very happy with the customer service. As soon as I came in, I was greeted and helped. The man knew exactly what I needed in order to fix my phone and the price was cheaper than I thought. I was able to come back in after just 30 minutes to collect my phone. Amazing! I will definitely be coming back.

Another repair shop recommended this location. I was looking for a power cord for my adapter. I called and the guy listened to what I needed. We described the power cord and they had it. When I entered the store, the two guys greeted me and they had the cord on hold. I completed my transaction and then proceeded to look around. We talked for a minute and I was on my way. Great customer service. I will be back to this location soon.

This is where I got my latest desktop computer a.k.a. my baby! I needed a new PC that would handle the increased processing load from software development. They were awesome in answering all of my questions, discussing options, and selecting just the right hardware that I needed. With no pressure!I cannot recommend this place enough! Customer service was phenomenal. I went in to pick up an adaptor for my PC, only to get home to discover I didnt have the proper cable. I returned the next day after work to pick up the cable I needed, only to find that the adaptor I had bought wasnt compatible. I was in need of a computer cord and I asked my son did he know of a computer store near-by and he told me that it was a computer store in the Harris Teeter Plaza on Poplar Tent Rd. After geek squad refused to fix a laptop I bought from them in 2012, they sent me to FireFold. They said he could repair it for cheaper than they would charge me. he didnt charge me for his time and all I needed was a battery and he supplied that to me for free as well. Laptop says its almost completely charged. And its only been about an hour and a half. Great guy!

I’ve been looking for a new iPad charger after my brother mistaking took mine, needing a 10volt plus naturally I went to fire food to Replace mine. I bought one that was defective but of course I went to return it. They without any hassle ensured that my previous purchase was defective and issued me a new one testing it on the spot!
