Corporate Casuals was awesome to work with and my hat turned out really well. They were so fast and the quality was really great. I worked with Mark and he sent me a stitch out to make sure the logo looked how I wanted it to. He even let me know that some of the letters may turn out kind of small, which I was willing to live with.A few years ago I placed an order with Cap Beast and they took forever to send me my hats and their customer service was horrible.I highly recommend Corporate Casuals for their speed and quality. You wont have to worry about them stringing you along like other companies.

Our nonprofit, the Bacaanda Foundation, has been ordering t-shirts with our organizations logo printed on them from Corporate Casuals for 5 years. Theyve been a huge hit with our volunteers, staff, supporters, and visitors. In thousands of shirts weve never received one with a misprint or of poor quality. Because were a nonprofit were sensitive to price but we also wanted shirt people would choose to wear for years as free advertising. Corporate Casuals hit the mark on both counts and Kim couldnt have been easier to deal with.

I originally ordered the light olive green distressed baseball caps and after purchasing I was informed that they were back ordered until December. I was told this could be due to them selling out within previous hours. However it has now been a week and they still have the light olive green available. When I told them this was an inconvenience because they were already promised to customers they gave me a 20% discount. However, after checking my bank account they had charged me the original $177 of the 12 light olive green hats that I agreed to pay. They tell you that they sell hats as cheap as $6 and change however this is not true and end up being over $12 a hat with the simplest logo possible. I then went back and forth with multiple customer service reps who both told me different things on what colors were in stock and were not in stock. After finally finding a color I WAS OK WITH they charged me again for $140. A couple days later they charge me for $153 which is the price with the 20% discount as per invoice. When I asked about the $177 charge refund it took almost a week to be refunded and was told it was a hold for the order. When asked about the random $140 charge they informed me that it was for the back order of light olive hats DUE IN DECEMBER. She told me that the order would not be processed until shipped however my bank has already pulled the funds. If I was you I wouldnt waste my time with this company. I have not seen quality yet but there money matters are not ethical nor efficient for someone actually trying to mass produce. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Customer service is still alive and well with Corporate Casuals. Very seldom you find such care and detail like this organization produce. We appreciate the quality products you create over there. Our employees especially love the Polo shirts and embroidered stitching. Thanks again!!

I ordered embroidered polo shirts. The embroidery was fine, they did a minor customization on request, the shirts were the quality I was expecting, and they were super-fast in getting the shirts done and delivered to me. Figuring out how the text design works on the web site was a little tricky, but once that was figured out, it worked well. Price was very reasonable. All around, an outstanding job!

Ordered a bunch of hats with a custom embroidered logo and they turned out great. The logo was very intricate and it turned out perfect embroidered. Soheila was extremely helpful with all of my changes throughout the process. Will gladly work with them again in the future!

Being in business since 2003 and ordering shirts multiple times from different vendors, I’ve never been MORE HAPPY with my choice of vendor and merchandise. From the time we placed the order on their easy to use website, to the time we approved our logo and reconfirmed our order (since we made changes on what we were buying), the customer service and attention to our order and request was refreshing. The turnaround time in which we received was the next pleasant surprise (earlier than what we were expecting and we had a large order with multiple shirts and jackets). The final test of confirming if this will be our go to vendor for company apparel was the fact that EVERYONE in the office absolutely LOVED the shirts and jackets. The feel of the items are unbelievable soft and being located in Florida where the humidity is usually above 90%, the shirts are cool, but we cant forget about the logo which came out GREAT!In other words, very very happy and dDefinitely will be our go to for all future company apparel orders.

The company is fantastic Kim helped me design a hat with the army patch I wore when I got out the details of the patch photo I sent her were spot on and the quality of the embroidery was amazing your company made a veteran very very happy I’ll wear this hat with pride knowing it was embroidered in the USA 🇺🇸

We ordered (online) various shirts and jackets and many different sizes of each item along with 2 different color schemes of our company logo. Corporate Casuals did a PERFECT job on our order. They were very affordable and their embroidery work was beautifully done! We are also very pleased with the quality of the clothing that we ordered. I gave them the smallest order theyll ever receive (one hat with a logo, which I increased to two hats), but they still gave me top-of-the-line service: prompt to the point of being almost immediate, and extremely professional. I wanted a logo embroidered on T-shirts that an artist had designed for me and I had uploaded to the company’s website. The company representative, Soheila, was conscientious to ensure that the stitching would come out looking the way I envisioned it. After I asked that adjustments be made, she promptly and courteously, sent two more images, one of which was just right. The process was quick and the shirts look great.
