Ordered a subwoofer box from this company that was supposed to fit 2 12” Speakers in which I gave specific instructions for dimensions. I paid the company $250 for the box and $100 for shipping. The box arrived a couple weeks later with the incorrect holes cut out. The owner then admitted the mistake and offered to ship me a template and a router bit so I could cut it myself. He also said he would compensate me for my time. I told him I wasn’t thrilled with the idea of trying to do it myself and assumed the product would turn out poorly. He never once offered to replace the box even though he admitted his foreman messed up the order. He wanted me to build the box for him. It turned out poorly and I was also dissatisfied with the fact the dimensions of the box did not match the description. I had to cut parts of my seat in order to make it fit. I informed him of all of these issues and I never got a response. I also then said I wanted a refund or replacement at this point and again no response. His credit card machine sure works properly though. It’s not rocket science, provide a product someone pays for or refund their money. But now the owner won’t even respond to me even though i spent hours of my time cutting holes in his box and cleaning up the aftermath. Great customer service Subthump. Next time I’ll take my business overseas since it’s apparent a US company can’t provide customer service or back their own product.

Was looking for a corvette box, found this place online and to my surprise it was close to my house, I drove over and was kindly greeted and shown around and got to physically see a few samples of the box I was looking for, I had questions about certain speakers fitting, the owner took the time to look up my speaker dimensions to verify the would indeed fit, once ordered box was ready in the given timeframe, and I’m extremely please with the fit and finish!!

Worth every penny. The sub box that they made for my FJ cruiser is top notch. Would highly recommend them.

I’ve tried calling this company multiple times. I’ve tried emailing this company multiple times. No responses. No calls back. They accepted my payment with no product in return. 1 week is acceptable. 2 weeks is pushing it. 3 weeks I want my money back. I can’t get a hold of anyone at this company. Im now assuming this is a fake business and should be reported for fraud. Incredibly displeased with the way they handle business.
