I stop at the service station once or twice per month while on the way to East Texas to visit my mom at the cemetery. When I stop the restrooms are always clean no problem there but when I go to your deli and order breakfast, the older lady with gray hair in a bun on top of her head is very very rude every single interaction I have with her. She is not verbally rude, as she does not talk at all. It is more and body language and the look on her face. Makes you feel not welcome.Today the only thing she said to me was yes sir after I said good morning. She said something else to me that I cannot understand and then just looked at me and I said I’m sorry I didn’t hear you and she just ignored me and kept doing what she was doing. When she wrapped up my food and placed it in a bag I said thank you she said nothing turned around and walked away.The food is great, the customer service is not even something I could properly describe as customer service. That’s a shame. Reading through reviews I see the deli is a problem for a lot of people. Please fix this…
Old lady in the front took my $2 winning lottery ticket that I specifically told her I wanted to just do an even exchange with for a new one and use my card for my stuff... she went ahead and rang up my stuff anyway and handed me back a handful of change. She also loudly commented how much she hated it when people dont scratch the bottom of the ticket before handing it over to which I apologized for inconveniencing her. I then counted out the extra change needed to get back to a full dollar since I didnt want a pocketful of change. I asked to please have the dollar. She said no. I then asked for the lotto ticket I wanted to begin with and I pushed over the change with a 5 dollar bill. She took the 5 and pushed the change back over saying this is your change now and gave me the lotto ticket and 3 bucks. Basically sticking me with the change anyway. Its not my fault you hate your life and had to come out of retirement to work a register at a speedy mart. Zero pleasantries with that lady, good luck to her co-workers, geez. Failed every aspect of customer service 101 for sure.

Great tacos.. But they need to learn customer service. every time i go in there the workers at the deli seem like it the worst place in the world. well if they feel the way they look maybe they should find another job. This morning Jessica helped me and she was rude and never once smiled her name tag says she only been there since 2018 maybe taco are not for her.
Went in To Get two Tacos for breakfast, And The Tortillas were not only burnt but old. Eggs were soggy, asked for cheese on both and they didnt put any on either.
Dont expect costumer service at this location. The employees never know how to do their job. Id give no stars if it was an option.
Its a shame that an employee falls that nobody calls 911 . instead call manager who calls another manager to come take her to the doctor, putting her freedom and life in danger not to mention the employee. If something should happen the assistant manager. We call her. Miss Ce and Ewell we call you e what would Mr Will say about this. How do you rate your employees. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD AT THE PUMP!!! NOT ONLY DID THEY DECLINE A PURCHASE WITH THE CARD OFFERED, THEY HELD $55 OF THE CARD BALANCE IN EXCESS OF 72 HOURS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND NEITHER THE MANAGER AT SPEEDY STOP NOR THE BANK ISSUING THE CARD OFFERED ANY EXPLANATION NOR RESOLUTION!! Used to stop here EVERY time I visited Houston. Never Again! Lousy customer service and blame game with regard to why my money was not returned to my card balance!
3 times now I have had very poor customer service from this staff, all in the span of just a couple of months. Personally, I dont care what their complaints are, but when you treat customers the way I was treated you might as well start packing your bags and fill out the unemployment applications. The bottom line: one employee, a food service manager over the taco area, tells me their bbq sandwiches already have bbq sauce on them and when I asked for additional sauce, gives me red sauce and not bbq sauce, then has an attitude about it. Another employee, this time a young gal working the register, gives me attitude just because Im white. Sorry that my skin color or being Male offends, but seriously unprofessional behavior to the degree I looked at the manager and asked him point blank if this is the kind of representation they are hiring. Then, fast forward to today... another food service employee gives me attitude while trying to decide which taco I wanted. All I asked was if the taco was picadillo. Anyhow, I asked for red sauce. She tells me I can get it myself and slams the bottle down in front of me and walks 9ff.Apparently, this place is NOT wanting your or my business. Rudeness apparently comes BEFORE customer service.
