Was just there this afternoon 3/23/ 21! Been having trouble with my right aid, no hearing help. Tried the same aid in other ear and I could hear it, that told me problem was not the Resound AIDS I have used for 11 years. To me, this time was built up in ear canal and might have been helped along with the ear “cup” on the end of the plastic line inserting in my ear. The aids came originally with “cups” that had small holes in the outer ring of the cup shape which to me, allowed air to flow and equalize with the outside air and not block my ear canal. Well it took some talking, showing and trying to describe my version with what the young attendants were familiar with but in the end, their digging thru old repair items they came up with proper replacements for the ear piece of my 11 yr old Aids, working fine now. I was very impressed with Jennifer when I went in to see if my hearing aides needed adjusted, she said I need to have a mold made of my ear canal in order to get a custom fit. She really seemed to know exactly what my problems were, and she explained how my aides have a lot of accessories that are compatible to help make them better, very excited to hopefully be getting some use out of them after having them a year. Will update later after I have seen her a few more times.

We were researching hearing aids for my wife and Jen was a godsend! She was very patient, answered all our questions and did not let the sale get in her way of educating us and providing reasonable options. Jen Badillo took the time to review my hearing tests with me. She walked me through the diagnosis and pointed out some potential effects of the hearing loss. She showed me a couple of hearing aides and described the pros and cons between in the air versus around the ear. The entire time she was very patient and caring with my questions. I greatly appreciated the time and care she gave me.

I have had impressions of my ears taken twice at this office to create custom earbuds and earplugs. As someone who works in loud environments at times, you really cannot beat earplugs that have been molded to fit your ears perfectly (were talking near-complete isolation of outside noise). My earbuds never fall out of my ears when I run the way that generic in-ear earbuds do all the time. I had a near infinite amount of color options, and they matched the mold to the exact earphones that I use (I sent them my earphones and they made the molds to match!). I cannot recommend the services provided by this office enough. For anything ear or hearing related, Jennifer will take very good care of you!
