We have been trying to get a Cpap machine with them for 4 months. The reason we called this company was because they were covered by our insurance. They are giving us the paperwork run around even though we have a prescription, sleep study, doctors notes. This is a medical need and they have TERRIBLE customer service. So disappointing.
I would give 0 stars if possible. Have repeatedly left messages and have NEVER gotten a call back. I will have to basically drop by the office and hope that they are there so I can give them my machine and say bye to this horrible company.
I have had an incredible experience with this office and company overall. They informed me as soon as they recieved my cpap referral, which was the day my provider ordered it. I was instructed on how to use it and walked home with my new machine and supplies in 3 days. I will never go anywhere else!
Local staff is great however they have no supplies, office only. The main office (Tennessee) controls everything. Terrible customer service for a medical supply business. Their middle management just told me that the cpap mask (has taken two weeks so far) wont arrive at my location for two more days and they wont ship another. When I call to ask for help getting the mask I need, they say they care but even then they dont follow through with what they say.
Based on my experience repeated calls are required to get anything done. With rare exception, personnel are less than cordial and leave you with the impression that customers are nothing more than a nuisance. I recommend that you look elsewhere for your CPAP needs unless you enjoy spending a lot of time on the phone and being treated rudely.
If you want to get billed right away and wait for the equipment for a year and have everyone at the company tell you its not their departments issue... this is the company for you. What a NIGHTMARE
Will never use them again. Waiting 2 days + for a walker to be delivered and its an excuse every time. As of now still no walker. Had to purchase one for my sister. Notified doctors and social worker about the lack of professionalism of this company.
