This place is awesome! The young lady that helped me was the greatest. I was so comfortable in speaking to her and she covered all the details and then some.. I couldn’t even find the place my google map gave me a different location and when I called she was so polite and actually came out the door to see if I was need by! We definitely need more people like her in fact all the employees there was so professional it’s unbelievable, when I say everyone I mean everyone if I have to do business with them I again I certainly will… Honestly I’m new to Georgia and they may me feel welcome especially the young lady who helped me out. I had such a good experience with this place. Im a beginner gun buyer & entered the shop to buy my first gun. I walked up to the counter & the man behind the counter immediately asked if he could help. I told him Im a beginner & wanted a gun for home security & to also conceal carry sometimes if I needed to. He showed me a few guns that are good for beginners. After about 15 minutes, I decided on a gun. And he immediately got everything together. He was very knowledgeable about everything I asked & made suggestions. I definitely recommend this place & will be going back for accessories, ammunition & more when needed.I definitely recommend this place.

The first thing I thought was impressive about this establishment was the friendly staff that greeted me upon my arrival... I Had a AWESOME experience at Elite Pawn and had the pleasure of working with a knowledgeable young man by the name of Reggie. He gave me ample information prior to my arrival about my upcoming purchase of a gun and showed A1 customer service when I arrived. I will definitely be returning to by another firearm but, there was so much more outside of that, which caught my attention. I would highly recommend going here to anyone.

Long time customer and have never had a bad experience. Always greeted when walking through the doors and assisted with what I was shopping for. Any issues I’ve had with purchased items was handled promptly. If you’re looking at making a firearms purchase, they normally keep a good selection of new and used firearms as well as ammo and accessories (can’t fault them during a pandemic where everyone is having issues keeping a supply). I have always recommended them to someone shopping for firearms or tools and other items. Good group of people.

The only issue I had was that when I received the notification from Fed Ex that my firearm was delivered (2/4/2021 @10:45am yesterday) I waited until after 3pm to call and see if it was ready to pick up. I was told that it was not ready for pick-up that it had to be logged and I would receive a call when it was ready. I just happen to drop in today at around 4pm and it was ready to pickup. Never received a call saying it was ready. Other than that I would still give it a five star just because of the Lady who I met when I dropped in. Husband is with Rockdale County.. She was great 👍🏽Communications goes a long, long way with me.

Elite Pawn is one of the most professional gun and pawn show room in the Rockdale County. I consciously drive exactly 12.3 miles past two Cash American stores to get to them. They have alway been courteous, prompt and respectful. They have a way of making you feel less dignified about your circumstances. Unlike Cash American employees who talks down to you and makes you feel less than human during you hardship. The are the best!

Ive been going here for years usually a great selection of items but for whats going on now and days the selection is slim. But I have done a few transfers here and its quick and easy 5-10 minutes and your out of there.

I had to make to trips because they knew nothing about the merchandise I was prepared to purchase. It hadn’t been check to make sure it was in operating condition. The ladies there were very nice but clueless on the merchandise. I knew the problem but it was not my job to explain it nor was I asked. They researched it on the web and called me back an hour later, inconvenienced me greatly but at least I was able to make the purchase finally
