Great place to get your audio music installed. The owner mr John is always helpful. He will answer any questions you may have. I always come here to spend my money. Nice clean install. And the sound is amazing. Sound Pro was able to give me what I wanted and still stay in my price range. My car is a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE.
This is the best place to come. I came in with a budget and they got me out the door with exactly what I wanted. Customer service is great. Jody and Dante really were exceptional. I needed a sub and amp installed in my Jeep. They gave me their suggestions and recommended what was best. Didn’t take Dante long to do the install and showed me everything before asking me to pay. For my sound needs I’ll definitely go back to this business.

This place is very unprofessional!!!!! I called the place to see if they can do my alarm system and the guy stated that when I get there he can get me straight in. When I get there he had another car in front of me so I had to wait 3 hours. We set another appointment for 1:00pm. He stated that when he get done with that specific car he was working on he will pull me in. So now it’s 1:00pm. Keep in mind I stayed there until my appointment time. This guy literally pulled in another car and said I had to wait till he got done with the other car before he can pull me in which could take up to another 3 hours!!! HEADS UP!! DON’T WAIST YOUR TIME GOING THERE!!!
I was very satisfied with my experience!! I had went and got my speakers done at a different auto place and I had went through two sets of speaks in a two month time period. When I called to talk and ask some questions about what to do he was very helpful to me. He made me feel like he was truly listening to me. He also was very honest with me. Now that I have went to him they made me an appointment 2 days later :) When i got there I did not have to wait my car was taken straight to the back and everything was figured out. I was explained everything they did and why the old one was not working!! I will most definitely be coming back for anything with my car modifications!! :) The environment was great to and amazing people!! :) Will be recommending people and getting the rest done for my car!!

I purchased a back-up camera from a 3rd party (Amazon.com) and Sound Pro installed it; they did a great job with the installation. The camera works to my liking and no wires are visible. They installed it in such a way that the wires are not visible, and that the wires will not be damaged by the elements (rain, dust, etc). They are also very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this business. The owner, Mr. Jody, works very hard to ensure customer satisfaction! He personally called when I expressed dissatisfaction and he was able to remedy the situation. That type of dedication and attention to detail is very hard to come by. All in all, they are honest, respectable, and produce excellent work!
I wish there was a zero star option. We brought our car to sound pro to have a radio installed. We drive our car there with no problems. We picked up our car after the radio install and it didn’t make it home. The car cut off a half mile from sound pro and would not start. We had to have it towed back to sound pro. After taking the radio out they said the car still won’t start and it has nothing to do with their install. So we said we wanted a refund because they not only took the radio out, now the car isn’t running. The owner Jody Hammond said we wouldn’t get a refund, He was extremely rude, disrespectful and defensive.I asked him what did we pay them for. We have no radio installed, dash is in shambles and our sons car will not drive. After disrespectfully talking to my wife and I he said you know what I feel threatened and called the police on my wife that is 5’ 2”. BTW when we called the police they told us it was a civil matter and they couldn’t send an officer, as soon as they threatened whites person calls they were there in u under 1 minute. Long story short, the police didn’t do anything to us or sound pro because there was never a threat, I appreciate that they did handle it appropriately and we’re kind!! We now have to take our car to a mechanic shop to figure out what sound pro F$*:%d up. Run away fast as you can. They quoted us $100-150 then charged us $400.00 which we paid. Now we are out of $400 plus another $200 in towing plus whatever the repair shop will charge to repair our car. We are the kind of people who support our community but sound pro steals from their community. Please Beware!!!In response to the owner. I took the car to the repair shop to have the problem diagnosed and they informed me that the anti theft system was activated when the new radio was installed. I now have to take the car to the VW dealership because they are the only people that can reset the anti theft which is directly tied to the radio replacement. If it was activated with the removal of the radio the car would not have driven to sound pro. Our son drove the car all around without the radio in the compartment including to Sound pro. The car did not stop running until after I took it to sound pro. Sitting in the waiting room of the repair shop I met another person that told me that sound pro drilled through their gas tank installing speakers and an amp and they were getting repaired to their car after getting work done at sound pro. Because of them I will have spent what the car is worth in repairs and still haven’t gotten a radio installed. In the end I believe in karma, Sound Pro took $400.00 dollars from us, and $400 in towing, but I know karma is real. Everyone makes mistakes. Sound Pro just likes to make mistakes and blame their customers for it. Every bad review this place has, they blamed the customer.We have on video Jody Hammond the owner saying he will give a refund if we can bring the paperwork from the shop saying what the codes are NOW LETS SEE HOW TRUE TO HIS WORD HE IS AND WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS MAN HE REALLY IS WHEN WE RETURN WITH THE PAPERWORK!!!WE WILL UPDATE YOU ON THE REFUND!
If i could i would put a lower rating i am not happy at all i brought my car to them in 2017 and was told it will take 6 months to complete the project. I basically had to get my car from them 3 yrs later and nowhere near complete i paid over 16000 dollars to get work done. What i received in return was broken door panels, door wrap coming off. The radio install looks like someone just learning how to install installed it. I wish i knew how to upload photos on here to share with everyone. The funny thing is i didnt see any of this until i recently returned from Korea. They basically told me they will refund me 1000 dollars and like i said if i can share pics i will so you can see what 15000 dollars paid for

They are great, as a consequence; they are very busy. Had to take equipment elsewhere to get installed because I could not wait. The amp couldnt take the lload, kept clipping. I went with another amp from another shop, everything is good now. I will shop with them again in the future.

Customer acknowledgement is big for me when customers enter the establishment. Multiple times when entering the building, I wasnt acknowledged....until maybe 5-10mins later, which isnt good. Also, when initially setting an appointment to have service performed, the person told me it would be done by 12:30p if I brought it in by 9am. My car wasnt completed until 2:51p. Bad deal. Other than that, technician follow up was good when I picked my car up.
This morning, just as Sound Pro was opening, I called and asked if they could install a new radio for me. I was told to come over and they would do it when I got there. It was a more difficult install job as the radio was going into a 1986 truck and modifications had to be made. I arrived at the store and met James. James spent a lot of time coming up with how to install a new radio in an old truck where he had to make many modifications to make it work. He smiled through the entire procedure and I left with a very professional install. The amount that James charged me to work this whole process out was incredibly low. I rarely see such customer friendly service these days and dealing with James restored my faith in doing business with someone who really cares. Thank you James. You have a customer for life!
I ordered a pair of H11 TECH + LED light bulbs on March 29th. I was referred here for work my Dad told me they did for a friends lights. I was told I would get a call when they were ready for pickup For something I was told would be a 2 day thing is now turned into 10 days for some “light bulbs”. So I’ve called several times with my information, invoice number etc I have my receipt and everything thank god for that as one time I called they said the computer was down so they lost 5 days of orders which shouldn’t effect mine as mine was ordered 10 days ago. Nether less every time I call they give me the run around telling me to check back tomorrow or they don’t know anything or the voicemail is full. I was told to call today looking for John I called 3 times goes right to voicemail. I initially put a 50$ deposit down. If that’s the case I would’ve just went to a Auto-zone and just bought some normal ones but I had troubles putting them in myself so I sought this place because they would put them in for you but he said 400$ just to put in light bulbs and I told the mechanic when I attempted to put them in you don’t need to take a bumper off but he insisted on the price in which I just decided to just get the bulbs. Long story short I want what I paid for this is unacceptable service I need somebody to follow up with me A.S.A.P don’t tell me to call because I been doing that you CALL ME!!

I paid in full to have a radio installed $971. They acted like they knew what they were doing when they took the order. They ordered the parts without even looking at my current system in my car. They said it will come in the next day. The parts took 4 days to come. They called me to come in. I came, sat for 1 hour and they they told me part was wrong and basically took no blame for this saying that they wont know the exact size until they part comes in. No one who’s experience orders a random part and hopes it fits... I know this isn’t true and they should’ve simply check the car and they would’ve seen that my screen isn’t 4in, its 7in. This was an error on their part and they couldn’t admit it. I asked for a refund because they offered nothing to show that they were sorry. The customer service was simply poor when handling this and they at no point even attempted to make it right. I now have to wait 3 days to get my $971 dollars back so I can then go find another provider that appreciates my time and money. If you go to this business, check the parts you need before and don’t be so trusting that they know what your car needs. Total waste of time!
This company is far from pros. The quality of their work and poor customer service is upsetting. They will butter you up and act like you were never a paying customer when a problem arise. Please find a business that appreciates their customers through out the purchase.

This was the worst service I got yet. I had to come back multiple times for them to remove my tint. On top of that they scratched my window and tried to charge me more then what they quoted me for.! I will NEVER recommend people to go there.

The owner sold us a Pioneer 12 in box with built-in amp for $450, said it would be the best thing on the market. Stated he wouldn’t return it if not satisfied because he didn’t install it. Very dissatisfied with end result in service and product.
Beware of bait and switch: i didnt get what was quoted and paid for! I brought it up to the sales persons attention that whats installed is not what i paid for nor wanted. he played dumb and said i dont remember and indicated they installed what he had quoted. ( i didnt have the original quote with me at the time) ; see photo.

I went in to have my front windows in my two cars tinted with darker (but, not illegal) and UV protection plastic film. Jim did an Excellent job - no flaws at all and still looks & works perfect after 6 weeks. I dont know anything about their Audio or Speaker installations.
Fantastic jobs had my corvette windows tinted here great job and great customer service I only wish they installed Car stereo systems other than that I give them a 5 star rating my car looks amazing oh and they had amazing covid safety procedures. Appointments only

I scheduled for 9 a.m. and was told all work was completed by appointment only. When I arrived there were several people in line waiting. My car was not pulled in until 9:30. I waited PATIENTLY until noon. I started asking for an update at that time. Not until 12:45 p.m. was I made aware there was a problem with my car. I was not able to leave with my car until after 1 p.m. Not only did I loose my entire morning, but I lost a deposit from another appointment that I missed because of their lack of upfront communication. I was inconvenienced and only received a sorry and my keys handed back to me 4+ hours after arriving.
Went to Sound Pro and talk with the tech and I was telling him what happen and before I could finish he rudely walk off. Few minute later he came back in and gave me the key. I ask him was it fix and he said yeah. I got into the vehicle and tried the phone. I can hear them but they couldnt hear me. I went back into Sound Pro and James came out and I told him that the Bluetooth wasnt working. He told the tech and he said that it needed a mic because it was plug up wrong. James said he will have to order it and he will order it today. I call sound pro to inquired about the mic. Left message to return my call. No one return my call. I call back and talk with James. Ask him about the part. He didnt know. I ask him do he know when will it be in and he gets smart with me and say when it come in it come in and I will give you a call then. I took it that James lied to me because I never receive a call nor did he order it. It has been three weeks. This place need to work on Customer service and taking care of the Customer. I will never return back for any service. I wanted a radio in my car but after this I will find somewhere else to go.
I have a 2017 Harley Davidson road glide that I took to have the radio and speakers done, I have took it back 6 different times cause of the speakers blow not at once one at a time and its always the two back speakers called there today and they said the warranty is up and that I had the speakers up to loud and blew now I dont much about speakers but I pretty sure thats not the reason they keep blowing cause the last time I took it and they supposedly fixed them they told me it was a switch under the fairing that kept getting hit when they put the fairing back on and they told me today that I could bring it back and they would take a look at it at the rate that they charge thanks but no thanks Id rather buy a Bluetooth speaker from Walmart and tape it to my handlebars rather than let them work on my motorcycle again so good luck to whomever takes there vehicle to them maybe 7th time would be a charm for you

I went to Sound Pro to inquire about a sound issue concerning my current radio. I walked in, was just stared out by the employees without any acknowledgement. They carried on their Trump conversation as though I wasnt there. When a white lady walked in, she was immediately acknowledged. I will not recommend anyone to come here, they are rude and need to work on their customer service.

Do not take your car here to have the windows tinted!! so disappointed in the finished product i received on my car. the edges were uneven and there was dirt underneath the tint. called the shop to tell them and was told to give it a few days. it looks awful!!
They took my money to do a job, almost 900$ and told me it was ready and when I got it the job was only 90% done, the excuse I was given was they didnt charge me for the labor of not doing it but had no real reason for why it didnt get done. Instead he told me I could make an appointment for 5 days away and pay to have it finished. This is my 3rd time doing business with sound pro, today they lost a customer for blowing off my job and keeping my payment
Its like pulling teeth to get these guys to walk to your car and give you a good estimate with accurate information. They sit in a chair peer out the window from their chair to make a judgement about your car. The work was good. But would not get more work done unless the estimate is in writing. Twice i was told you didnt talk to me i didnt say that. So in the end unless you get it in writing up front its your word against theirs.
My husband had a backup camera, GPS and radio combination installed in my truck. Its great and what Ive been wanting for a while. The product is great, they went over everything with me on how to use it, but it is very expensive. They can install in a day and offer financing through an application at the store location.

Made an appointment on Tuesday for Thursday at 4pm. I wrote it down and even told the person at the desk I wasn’t available any other day this week. I show up at 4 on Thursday and he tells me it was for Friday (tomorrow). No... it definitely wasn’t. He said he would try to work on it anyways in a couple minutes which I appreciated, but I waited in the waiting room from 4:00-4:30 and after 30 minutes of waiting I walked out. Super disappointed with this place, was looking forward to getting my radio fixed.
I went to them to repair my alarm that another so call authorize dealer could not get right. They did everything they said would do and better. They even showed me some stuff that about my alarm that I didnt even know. They repaired the work faster than I thought even though they had too rewire my system. The old installer had had my dashboard acting up. Keep up the great work!

I went in based of a reference from a friend. I spoke to the gentalman named Tony, I told him I needed an alarm on my car and he told me the price and he told me he would be ready by 2. So he called me at 1 and told me to come on now if I would like. He was polite and he told me it would be around 2 hours. Which I was totally prepared for. I know a job like mine, it would not be a 20 minute job. Afterwards the time was a little UNDER 2 hours and he went out to my car and showed and explained to me how to work my new alarm. I told a few people at work about his service and the companys overall service. I would recommend going to them for other services, in a few weeks I am planning on going back to get another radio system put in my car by the same guy TONY! I feel like if I have that first great impression than I do not mind spending my money with that business. I would say to other people see for yourself! I read the reviews the good and bad, but I did have to go and see how I would like it. P.S. it was easy to find to!

Went to have BMW replacement subwoofers installed under seat M6. Flawless, professional install. Better than OEM now. deep tight rattle free distortion free BASS. Consider this upgrade for your OEM or b+o subwoofers. Great shop.

I wouldnt use them again. I was quoted one price, then when I had my daughter br bring it in it was a higher price, then while doing the work they wanted more, which it was taken apart at that point. I ended up paying the higher price for the 3rd time and they still didnt do a good job, they said it would be more to fix it.

They are very expensive, and charge $75/hr for labor, then stretch out the job as long as possible. I received the wrong parts multiple times, its very difficult to return items, they first try to convince you that you are wrong, and that you intentionally ordered the wrong parts, even when peacefully asking for a refund. Then they charge a restocking fee. I spent $600 here in one purchase and the only thing useful I have to show from it is holes cut in my doors to mount tweeters. Which they charged $150 labor for, and didnt actually mount anything. Theyre very frustrating and unproffesional to deal with. Their installs are mediocre at best. You would be better off going to another shop like custom tint and sound about 10 minutes south of them.

My experience with Sound Pro has been wonderful since 2014 when I purchased my husband a 1500 Silverado for Valentines day and wanted to get the windows tinted before presenting it to him. The original vendor did not complete the service as scheduled so when I picked the vehicle up at 3:30pm windows were not tinted. I called Sound Pro and they took me at the last minute. Then for 2016 fathers day they installed a Dvd/Stero system in the same vehicle. Today for 2017 fathers day surprise they installed the automatic start system in the same vehicle. Customer service has always been great and I never had a problem with service or price changes. I will definitely use Sound Pro again.Thanks for making my husband fathers day a blast again this year.

Poor customer service. Very unprofessional! Beware! Not worth the aggravation or your money!A very smug gentlemen took my order for a bluetooth for my vehicle. Very bland, no smile and acted as if I was bothering him. I should have left then but I was curious about price. When I picked out the bluetooth and paid the deposit he became very happy to work with me. He told me he would receive my part the same day and would call me to schedule an appointment.He called that evening and I advised the rep that I would not be available till Wednesday because I had to work. The rep stated it would only take 45 minutes.I did not have to be in until 11 am so I agreed to a 9 am appointment. Upon arrival at 9 am they took my vehicle right in (I was the only client they had) but I dont know if they ate breakfast first or not because before I knew it, it was 10:30 and their had been two customer coming in with complaints. One with a bubble in his tinted windows and another with speakers that kept blowing out (He was there for the 2nd time). I asked the owner Jody to ask how much longer because I had to go to work and I got very discouraged about my decision to do business with them and he checked with the tech and came back and said another 45 minutes to an hour! Ok so now Im upset and asked why would they inconvenience my time? And he didnt even respond at all. Either the rep lied about the time frame initially or the tech did not have a clue on what he was doing. I asked the owner to return my car to me so I can go to work and that took another 20 mins which made me late for work. I get in my car and the radio no longer works and the tech says if you can wait i think I can fix it. I told him to remove himself from the vehicle so I can go to work.After work, very disappointed by the way business was handled I called the Owner to ask for my $50 deposit refunded. The owner blatantly said no we dont to that here. Furthermore, he did not try to provide any empathy, or compensation due to my inconvenience and hung up the phone.I tell you what, I have learned not to support small business any longer and that is why their business is small and will stay small due to lack of customer value and professionalism and they can keep that $50 and purchase themselves some customer service etiquette and how to run a business books. I will advertise poor reviews everywhere just so no one else will have to experience this type of behavior or quality service. Beware, stay away! its not worth the aggravation or your money! Thank yourself Jody, Allen, and Rob for being responsible for loss of clientele!
