This place has been family run for generations and I found this family business to be so awesome. When I 1st moved to the area I walked into this shop for the 1st time and I have not stopped shopping there every since. The staff is so polite, helpful and also very knowledgeable about every aspect of lawn care service. They even provided me with their family run lawn service company that provides excellent quality lawnmower services. I highly recommend this family business rather your looking to purchase lawn equipment, or service small gas engines & or lawn gas engine equipment, or just looking for a reasonable lawnmower contractor to service and maintain you personal lawn....

I took my 0 turn for a regular check up everything was working perfectly fine, when I pick it up and took it to work it didn’t even last 30 minutes. I took it back and they told me they were going to clean the carburetor because somehow water went into the fuel systemWhile it was at their shop. They told me they’re going to have it ready the next day so I went the next morning and realize that they didn’t do nothing to it. I spent around $600 and my machine is worse. Don’t wast your time or money with this lazy people.

They need to work on their phone answering skills. I called three times today first call no answer no message. 2nd call a woman answered says please hold and she’s gone wait 15 min I get hung up on. 3rd call again same woman please hold waited 15 min and I hung up. All I wanted was to schedule a service for a mower I bought from them. Wasn’t planning on having it serviced today just wanted to get on schedule. If this is how their phone service is when they’re busy, I worry how they will handle my service.

Lazy customer service and not very knowledgeable at the front desk. For anyone else looking. Here is the part number needed for a non self propelled blade adapter that fits the predator mower engine from harbor freight. Snapper pro lawn also had 2 of these engines sitting on the shelf to the right of the counter. Part# 748-0376. Bolted straight onto a craftsman mower body. The briggs & stratton motor (124T02-0736-E1) I replaced with this engine also has the same size adapter, but its rusted on and the puller couldnt remove it.

Just trying to call in to ask one question started @ 1230pm. Called put on hold for 8 minutes, then a hang up. Called back, put on hold another 8 minute think sure they will answer. Then excitement someone picked up!!!!!!! Please Hold, Dam. I have bought 2 riding lawn mowers from them 3 mo. After having them they died. Yet since after30 days No returns on used lawn mowers. Be careful of this Company!!!!!!!!

Was at Lowes looking for some parts for my Husqvarna riding mower and had no luck. When leaving I found Pros lawn around the corner by accident. I stopped and was able to get all the parts I needed. The staff was great and very knowledgeable. Stop in for all you mower needs, I believe theyll have it.

I placed an order for a primer bulb on 10/2/20 and was told part would be there in 3 days. You must prepay for all parts ordered. Unfortunately, the part was not available after multiple phone calls and on 10/20/20 I was told again the part would be there in 3 days. This time it arrived. My credit card was charged on 10/2 so they charged me, lied every time I called to check on status. I assume they gave up and ordered my part because they saw they couldnt steal my money and get by with it. I will never use this business again. Please reconsider vendors if you need anything from this vendor.

Customer service is very rude. This place lacks professionalism and are antiquated. We all understand that you want to sell your products, but if I simply want to buy a part for my existing equipment, then sell me the part nothing else. If as a customer, I am interested in your equipment....I will ask. Please dont force it upon me. Oh yeah, the store smells like gas! Work on that smell.

Best lawnmower shop in Conyers! They do have a lot of work they take in so expect to wait 2 weeks to receive your equipment back but everything else about Snapper Pro Lawn is great!

Horrible customer service!!! Please go any where else! I left my chainsaw to get fixed and asked them to not go over $60. They told me the wrong price I’ve the phone. When I got there the bill was $78. I asked why they went over $60. The mechanic Mark came out and yelled at me in front of my son! I asked him to stop yelling at me. He said that is just how he talked and it was my fault for braking the chain on the chain saw! I told him I was done talking to him. The girl up front is rude and gives the wrong information! Will not go back. Spend your money some where else! I wish I did!!!

Visited this place trying to find an edger attachment for my Husqvarna 128LD weedeater. Called back to give the model number and was told that they would order it or someone would call back for credit card information. Heard nothing..... 1 week later, I call back. Put on hold immediately, wait 10 minutes for someone to ask what I needed. Asked if my attachment had come in yet, as I had heard nothing. Put back on hold for another 10, for my call to drop. Called back.....and nothing. Probably just too busy. Trying to help local businesses out, guess they don’t need my or your business. Thanks, hope this helps.

I purchased a riding mower from them a years ago, very easy to work with. They Have always been extremely friendly and helpful. If you are a landscaping professional this is your place, if you are a homeowner they will take the time to help you choose the right equipment for your situation. I had a situation come up with the mower almost a year after I purchase. When I took it to them they repaired it under warranty no questions asked. Five star people, five star business.

We will never do any business with them ever again.Just wanted to do a simple return.A bunch of grumpy individuals. Really not impressed. Think twice about dong any business with them.Would not return an item unused still in the box.On the receipt it says no refunds on electrical parts, special order parts or accessories.Which this part is not. At least they were open. Thats all the good I have to say. Ordered a part. They never called me. Finally I called and was told we dont deal with those. They shouldve told you. Come get your refund . When I did, I asked, since I waited so long, can I get something as a show of good faith, they told me to go get a real machine. Well I see why they have poor reviews. I guess they dont read them.

I would give a zero if I could. Owners son does not belong in the customer service industry. He needs to be in the back working on the equipment. They dont honor their warranty work. I got my riding lawn mower home and mowed for 5 minutes and my mower stalled. On the phone and in person, all I heard was reasons it stalled other than the possibility they might have missed something. I got frustrated with this and our conversation became heated quickly. A good customer service rep would defuse the situation. i really just wanted to leave, but since I did pay for the mower to run, I left it. They called and said they did not find anything wrong. When I picked it up, they charged me 25.00. I discovered they had changed the fuel filter. So they lied o me and I paid twenty five bucks for an eight dollar filter i could have bought at hardware store. What made it worse is I told him I had a fuel filter for the wrong horsepower when I brought it in so tried using a larger filter from crastsman just before bringing it in. It did have water in it, but had nothing to do with stalling five minutes after getting it home. They. Have a warning sign that reads something like, .... our charges depend on the customer attitude. Surely posted as a joke, but how true it is. Listen learned... dont argue with the owners son. I can only hope To keep twenty people from ever setting a foot in this business.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! Bimbo up front DOES NOT CARE! If its the wrong part THEY gave you she will argue with you to make sure she doesnt have to give a refund!!!! If it does not work it DOES NOT WORK. Then when you chump the b**** off she just WALKS AWAY without a care in the world. I was refunded 3 days ago still hasnt showed up. They will take your money so she can tan and cake that make up on and buy clothes that are NOT age appropriate. They need to employ her a** at the carnival where she belongs.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolute disregard, disrespect and very poor work done at this place. Wanted nearly 3k to replace a motor in a ferris. After naturally declining their repair quote, went to pick up the mower and it was in pieces. Had to make them track down all the parts and bolts, only to get charged an additional 30$ on top of the 25$ diagnostic for their labor...Want a reality check? On their front desk there is a mouse trap with a sign that says customer complaints - push button for service Sometimes simpletons are their own worst enemy. Truth in humor huh?

Just to let every person that order anything from these people at Snapper Pro.. They will lie to you about having parts in stock and dates on delivery... I called monday and was told that part was there in stock then arrived at location and was told they just sold part.. They inform me they would have to order part today monday and i had to pay for it now... So i could receive part on Thursday.. After calling location Thursday part still havent arrived. The crazy thing about it is the price they charge me was 3 times the amount online had listed. Plus if i would have been told the truth about wait time on delivery i would order online and save money with stress of being delay on doing work because of lies.. Next time i will never give them my business or be referring any person to do nothing at none of location.

I took my rider lawmower in for diagnostic on a poor running motor. I was told the carburetor needed to be adjusted, so I authorized them to do so and had some other maintenance. Less than 30 days later (under warranty) the same problem appeared. This time they said that they would rebuild the carburetor and this would fix the problem. Now 63 days later (out of warranty) the same problem has returned with no offer of resolution other than to purchase a new part and pay for that and installation. Not a business I will return to nor recommend people to.
