They have everything you could ever need as a college bookstore, just pricey.

Just to be absolutely honest: you will not find a good deal on anything here. Its kind of like one of those ground floor supermarkets in a nice hotel. They have things you might want and you might get them very conveniently, but we all know youd be much better served finding a WalMart. That being said, the staff here are pretty helpful and you are usually in and out without any trouble if youre picking up/dropping off textbooks. If youre in a pinch, they do have the essentials like cold/flu medicine, toothpaste, granola bars, etc. You can also get Tech merchandise here.

I am really disappointed with the bookstores lack of student support. I payed $130 to order a book from the bookstore a week ago. I had to call to check on the status since I have yet to receive an update on my order. I was told that they were not able to get my book and I would have to come in for a refund. Since I paid with my debit card, they would not give me my refund in cash to purchase the book I need elsewhere. I will have to wait until the money is put back on my card. Now I will be getting my book later than expected and spent a lot of wasted time trying to get the book from the bookstore. The most disappointing part is that the bookstore wanted to blame my professor for the issue for picking an older edition, but never thought to apologize for their misinformation or the fact they had me pay them for something they couldnt get.

Price gouging like you wouldnt believe. Stupid long wait to check out. Always messy. Only shop here if youre absolutely desperate. Do NOT like this place. Employees that arent student volunteers are very condescending.

Bad deals. Use anything else. They charged me 70 for a non valid product without a refund policy. Saddly, there are editions of books you can only get there; for those, they will have a giant marked up price because they can.
