The selection of styles has always been terrible, and now the only sizes they have are 6 or 11. Consistently. We’ve checked back multiple times.

Hadnt been in there in a long time. The young lady that helped me was so kind and helpful! Wish I had asked for her name! I didnt buy any shoes because I didnt have time. Plan on taking my granddaughter there very soon to get her a new pair of shoes. Hope the same young lady is there to help us!

There is a good amount of shoes to choose from what I didnt like is the first time they ran my card it said declined on my side (even though I know card was good) so we ran it again and it went through (even though I know I pushed right pin I said maybe I put in wrong) the girl was rude and said yea thats probably it yet when I get home I had 2 charges for the purchase and 1 refund idk what that girl was doing but she messed up and was rude to me in the process.

Best to grab new footwear! They have a good selection of brands and types and generally have a buy one get one half off sale going. I especially like they carry extra wide widths as a standard practice and not just smaller sizes. I wear a 5E width and most stores dont carry past 2E or 3E. I dislike having to special order my shoes and waiting sometimes weeks for them to arrive. Not at Rack Room, they have several brands that make the width I and my two sons wear(theyre also 4E/5E) and with the BOGO special we can generally each get a pair of sneakers and shoes without having to spend much. That is another thing we like here, prices are ultra competitive.The store itself is generally clean, although some days it can get a bit messy, especially on paydays and during the back to school period. However the staff tends to be attentive and friendly and will help you grab whatever it is you need.

Great selection of shoes. From flip flops to (steleto like heels).The store was very nice, clean and orderly.The staff came through the iles several times to ask if we needed anything. This store was very well stocked with shoes athletics, nursing, infants (large variety).At check out I received a 15% off that I just was not paying attention. Any time you can save a few bucks, go for it.Friendly staff wanting to help ( they do not hang out at checkout talking-to someone on the phone or employee to employee tearing down the store an management. Or their personal business.( I get tired of hearing in public their personal relationship.)I give this store and its employees a big 5*****Thanks, shoes at a fare price.
