This cake may no look like it much but it is exactly what my daughter wanted for her birthday party and the employees are more than willing to help accomplish everything she wanted on a very short notice. They made sure that she picked out her colors and exactly how she wanted it and didnt complain once! They said they needed. 3 hour noice but texted me that my cake was done early and was ready for pick up! My daughter absolutely loved her cake and the employees are more than happy to give us what we needed. I am going back for any future cakes!

Took my two children in for some ice cream. The two ladies were some of the nicest people that I have served us there in a long time. Kelsey and Maggie took the time to make sure everything we ordered was correct and were really nice to my two girls even though we were quite complicated. I am definitely coming back and always will! Wonderful people!

Most of the time when we go, everything is pretty good, but aside from one or two people, most of the employees are incredibly rude. I understand that they’re mostly teens/college aged kids (Great American Cookies was my first job as a teen, so I really do get it), but they always seem so inconvenienced when you ask to order. Only one other family was there tonight, but Maggie was very short with us and I could tell she just wanted us to hurry up and leave.

My kids bought me a double layer today for my birthday. We have purchased a number of these over the years. The one we got today from the new Cookeville store was by far the BEST cookie cake EVER! The cookie was fresh. The icing was perfect, creamy, not too sweet. Loved it! Thanks so much.

They do an awful job with decorating cookie cakes, it seems like no one there can even do basic writing. Also when i went in to pick the cake up the workers are just so rude. The place is a mess these reviews dont lie.

One of the best places to get ice cream in Cookeville! All the employees are nice and very attentive!

Theyre not open on Sunday, so dont try going. Cookies are usually really good. I have gotten old ones though, and those are just gross.
