Wow!!! Nothing else needs to be said. Awesome
Took my father-in-law this weekend as he loves old military antiques. He was in Hog Heaven. The people were so knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate how kind you were to us and took time to explain the pieces he was interested in. I was referred from a friend and will definitely pass this hidden gem on to others. 5 stars. Thank you and God bless!
Friendly and knowledgeable folks, easy to deal with. Great atmosphere and displays... whoever designed the layout is to be commended. Impressive collection of vintage items such as militaria, collector-condition firearms, etc.
My wife, grandson and I visited The Bunker today. Great place to find antique and new firearms, and other interesting collectibles. Lots of pieces on hand and very helpful personnel.
Over the span of about 5-6 visits they were extremely patient and helpful in helping me find the best firearm for me. Would recommend to anyone seeking any part of U.S. or war history.
The Bunker is a refreshing venture back into the days of high quality, antique arms shops. There are pristine rarities combined with affordable and desirable military arms, along with a variety of associated antiques and accoutrement. I make it a point to stop in when I am in Cookeville.
Its below the antique store. You walk in to the antique place and the stairs are in the very back. Awesome selection of militaria and antique firearms. Ulaf is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and they have an extremely wide variety of antique firearms to choose from, awesome just to even look around and learn about things!
Money grubbing vampires. Took some things in for trade. Turns out my stuff was apparently made of whale dung, but their stuff was made of bedazzled platinum & diamonds. Insulting. A guy would be treated with more respect in a pawn shop.
If you are looking this up on google maps, its below the antique store. Walk in and go all the way to the back and take the stairs on your right. This place could ver well be a museum. WW2 era guns and memorabilia. It almost feels like a movie scene because of how well decorated the place is and how old all of the guns are. Mauser pistols, nagants, Enfields, all the classics. If you are looking for a place to buy a 250$ shotgun, this IS NOT your place. Those looking for classics in good condition would love this place.
The Bunker is the only source of quality vintage military firearms and militaria around. Mr Forneheds knowledge of the subject is amazing. He is always willing to educate and explain the history and intricacies of different firearms. Various military periods are represented although the emphasis is on World War II militaria. The decor of the shop is like a museum, except that you can buy an exhibit. There are no racks of look-alike black rifles or showcases of anonymous pistols. A great place to bring visitors who are interested in militaria and history.
Awesome place, thanks!
Helpful and friendly
