Went in for a spacer for my lip piercing and the guy working was very rude. I ended up with one exactly like the one I already had that I was looking for something shorter, plus I paid two dollars more for it than I did for the one at body partz. To top it off he gave me the wrong gauge( 18 instead of the 16 I needed) definitely not going back here for any body jewelry that’s for sure

If I could give 1/4 star, I wouldnt.... their customer service (or lack thereof) is nauseating at best. They are outright RUDE. They speak to customers like garbage. Ill never ever give them my patronage ... ever..... not if my life depended on it.

Really expensive but they have some cool things, they only have one size in shirts and they are not made very well, they have vape mods and juice just not a large selection of things

Went in, over my lunch break, for jewelry, for my nose piercings. Nice selection and good prices. Fast and friendly service. Store has a big selection of unique gifts, as well as a tattoo and piercing parlor.

They have anything you can imagine had two piercings there once doing great but I am concerned about my Monroe I think it may not have been done correctly or it may have just been me but possibly rejecting

Helpful staff

I take daughter there every year to spend $100 to $200 on a birthday gift for her. Always spend money when we go in but last week was so bad during our visit. 3 men working and literally stared and followed us as we shopped so bad we felt like criminals and couldnt even joke about funny items cuz they were listening and staring so hard. I started having a panic attack and couldnt talk finally went outside to call husband to come shop with her but on his way she couldnt handle it anymore and asked me take her elsewhere. Not sure if they were robbed recently or not but treating every customer that way is so wrong. It was a tradition shopping there thats now gone.

Bought piercing jewelry and it wasn’t until I got home (45 minutes away) that I found out I was given two different gauge bars when they were supposed to both be 16g. Called three times to try and settle the fact they sold me the wrong size, but no one answered, so good luck getting a hold of them if/when they mess up.

I also run a business in cookeville, so our hours match up so I never get a chance to run by due to my schedule, but that does not stop Cole from going ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!I call him up, if they have my vaping items, juice, coils etc, even when I need a replacement HE GOES THE EXTRA MILE, getting it prepared for me to have someone pickup!! He truly makes Illusions what it is today with his awesome customer support!!! Thanks Cole!!!!

Well, if you would like to give an undeserving business your hard earned money, look no further. I was sold a fake Nintendo system. Over $40. It stopped coming on at all after a week. Which, just so happens to be their return policy time limit. 7 days. Was given no receipt at the time of purchase. Tried to return the system, or even switch for a new one. I was told that even if I had a receipt, they couldnt give me a refund. When I asked them to review their cameras, and see me buying said system...I was told that the cameras dump all of the footage after a week. Ironic to say the very least.

Don’t take to being wrong well.I love illusions gifts, been going here for 15+ years. Got my first piercing there. They are one of the only places I buy vape juice. ( and will still be) I like the staff. I’m a member of their rewards program.I know right, this is all good . Then what’s so bad?The way I was met with resistance, skepticism and ignorant hostility when I call and told them that a change in their product line had made the new product hard to identify the menthol line from the non menthol line.So I live about 20-25 miles one way and come here about once a month, So I buy bulk.So when I finally identified the evidence that it was menthol and I’m not crazy, I was excited to call and tell them ... after a discharging conversation I’m heading back (1/2) my 40 mile trip to exchange my mis sold product.

Really nice staff. Inventory and selection is not what it used to be. Vape juice selection is pretty good. Prices are a bit higher than online shops but if you cant wait....

Fantastic staff and a great selection of all kinds of things! The shop side is great, the vape side has an awesome selection and a great atmosphere and the tattoo artists and piercers are skilled and very knowledgeable of their craft.

Lots of great gifts! If you want to give a unique gift its the place to go. Girl behind the counter had attitude and wasnt friendly at all or care about helping anyone. Best to shop when one of the guys are working. In the past, theyve always been helpful. Never an issue with them.

Rude staff on the vape side. Its like you are even bothering them just for walking in the door. Dont try to start a conversation because you wont get much back. Juices are over priced and again, dealing with the sales staff is pretty much like getting a bad root canal.

Helped me find what I needed but didnt follow me around or bother me while I shopped.
