We were there almost a month ago and looked even went inside after we got through. There was no one there to speak with the only person that was working stood and spoke to the same people the whole time we were there never got asked if we needed help or information. Even called after leaving there was no answere. If left on a judgement of customer service I would say a 0.

Absolutely the worst experience! Bought a trailer 3 months ago and have yet to get plumbing, heating and air, or leveling finished for my mobile home. Every time we reach out to the office to try to figure out when someone will be here to complete those task we get sent on a goose chase. Every person we talk to has a different answer. We will be told someone will be here one day and they no call no show and we won’t hear anything until we call them. Save money and time, go else where!

My parents 76 years old purchased one of their mobile homes and have been waiting over 2 months for them to connect the plumbing the unit the underpinning.. They say theyre coming out and then never show up have excuses for everything. The bank paid them in full and was supposed to finish the job and never did so my parents are still waiting today. Please save yourself the time with them and shop around. Whoever they contract are worthless and dont worry about when they come when they get the job done. Mobile home liquidations is very poorly managed.. be careful. If the owners only knew I believe they would clean house and start fresh..

I can only assume the five star reviews are from people with no construction experience. While I do like my mobile home itself the installation was a circus from start to finish. They also put in extra linoleum that was not original from the factory. The flooring isn’t right and they won’t fix it. Not only will they not fix it but are making up a non existent contract I supposedly signed off on saying they weren’t responsible for anything wrong with it. Nothing but a constant headache. They might be cheaper but you get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

I was highly disappointed by our salesman, Brad..Brandon. He never was on time nor could we ever get ahold of him and when we actually did get a chance to finally meet with him he was all over the place and scattered.

Sorry had to change. Tried to buy house twice from them had to pull out for personal financial issues. Got credit up and out of credit card debt, was gonna look at another home and Nancy was very rude and basically said they wouldnt help us again and that I left owing....thats a blantent outright lie! We paid 600 out of pocket for title search and never received anything on that. Not a problem however we went to another company and all that was put into our loan, had a zero out of pocket! I could never get a answer on how electric was gonna work as we were trading in old home. With all the no answers on process and Nancy saying she was eating costs of stuff ever week we decided too many red flags and pulled out. So glad we did as now we got the house we originally wanted at a waaay cheaper price with all the bells and whistles. We are now very close to moving into our beautiful new home! Blocked us from their page!?? Very unprofessional and petty.

Nancy was absolutely amazing at helping is with everything involved in getting our new doublewide. There were a few issues outside of her control but she was able to still fix them all when we mentioned what they were. She was so helpful and got everything done so quickly for us. We were expecting our child and she was born 6 weeks early and Nancy was still able to get our house setup before she got here. We are so thankful!

Rich Olin lied to me the entire time I thought I was buying a new mobile home. After weeks of thinking things were moving along, he told us that he couldnt acquire financing. Then the financer told me he hadnt sent anything to them. Then when I tried to behave as though it must have been an oversight and gave him a second chance, weeks later the financer said they still hadnt heard from him about our home. All this time later Rich has never offered to apologize not communicate with the lender nor me. Shuck and jive wins again.

There was a couple of issues on the a/c unit which delayed us from moving into our home. After alot of anger, Brandon worked around the clock to get us in the home. Long story short dont buy from mobile home liquidators. They are awesome until you sign and the check clears then expect no communication and when they do finally get the home set cant get anyone to fix the problems like busted and bowed walls from transport a brand new water heater they robbed parts from and a new ac unit that doesnt work.

I was able to find the home of my dreams and do all the financing right there at one spot. They have a great selection of new and used homes there to chose from. This is not a place to miss when looking for your new home.

I just want to take some time to say one of my family members bought a home from mobile home liquidators. Over a year later, there was an issue with plumbing. One of their contractors, Mark Houchin sent a crew out on a Saturday in the pouring rain to address the issue. After the fact, my aunt had several more questions, and Mr. Houchin stayed on the phone with her for over an hour and even walked her through how to fix the issues. I highly recommend Mobile Home Liquidators and their staff!! A + in my book!!

Second Post....After the front door was delivered and after all the problems i have had...The front door is leaking rain INSIDE the same door they replaced and of course who would have guessed..the warranty expired exactly 3 months after i purchased it..3 months..I was told they dont know why but when they wanted to replace my door,the manufacturer said the warranty had gone out.The contractor we hired did state the door was put in backwards as i suspected all along..So i have to replace door,carpet,and piece of flooring under the carpet. This company is a joke,unprofessional,and they do not stand behind their company motto..I was totally fooled.Just disappointed.I should have shopped around but this company did come highly recommended.When i say its leaking...its not the correct word..It was literally pouring in through the top of door...Never ever would i recommend this company..I thought the warranty was for a year at least..I have had this home for 6 months..I guess in a Year it will fall down around me..Shameful

Wow... Thank you so much for your help. I ordered my new home and it came in early. The only thing that held things up a little for us was the weather. If it was not for all this rain they would have had my house set up before schedule. They helped me get my loan as well as helped me understand what needs to be done to my land. If I had to buy again soon, I would go there for sure.

The sales guy was the best part but I know he has a job to do.. Its the after sales team that lets it all go down hell. Tell you one thing and then its another thing in the end.. Then when someone with say so comes out they try there best to make you out to be the problem our tell you that so and so has no right to tell you nothing.. Im just hoping we can work this out on a new home.. They are good at telling you you have 30 days to do a walk around..hope maybe the bond company can help out or something..

Yes Nancy is a very nice person and is very PMhelpful, she is a salesperson there to sell homes. After the sell it goes down hill. This is when you find out some of the true details. All of the things you have to pay out of pocket for, you are told you get that money back at closing. Not true, they are not funded for the home until it is complete, and so you wait, ours was 2 months of waiting and getting a run around, eventually we finally got it back. Alot of the good reviews about this company came from their employees. Go further down the list and you will see the real customers. There is very poor communication between the departments also. My advice to anyone wanting to purchase a doublewide.. pay a little extra if you have to just buy somewhere else. Avoid the stress of dealing with these people

Beware!! They dont take responsibility for anything!After you sign the paperwork it is all down hill from there. They use sub contractors for all the work. (I mean ALL the work!) they dont even move them their selves. Trying to get those guys on the line, (the subs) is like trying to get your car to fix itself. Not gonna happen! Even if you go through Nancy. It took two weeks to get the foundation guy on the phone. Then the movers tried to deliver before the foundation was in. Then when they did deliver they called us when they were already on the way! Then the HVAC guy who only has a first name and apparently no company name came out and installed the unit. Do you think it worked when we turned the electric on? Nope, had to call Nancy. Then a week or so later out comes (Larry). He said it was low on coolant from the factory. He topped it off and left. That was in July, then in September it was acting up again. Again (Larry), same thing. Then again in December. (Larry) again comes out. Did he look for the leak and fix it? Nope!! Our normal HVAC company came out for the first tune up and found it low again on coolant. They said there is a leak and we should get (Larry) out to fix it, since it was under warranty. You get the Idea! We ended up paying to have it fixed on our own. Did we get reimbursed? Nope, Mobile home liquidators took no responsibility. You know, because they use those subcontractors.The punch list we made for the initial repairs in the first 30 days was the same way. half the list got completed. The first guy they sent out only did a few things on the list, dumped his garbage in the weeds on our property and left. The second guy they sent out did what he could, but left us with a back door that still doesnt shut right. I guess we are just stuck with it.Buyers be warned!! They sell brand new homes, but you get sold as is service! If your gonna buy from them, you better hold their feet to the fire when there is a problem. Oh and take your own tape recorder to the closing table.

After a 1 and half hour drive was told prices were no longer correct ( salesperson advised they rarely update website). Didnt seem to want to get out of their chair.....
