Great experience with Brian and Cam! I told Brian what I was looking for, and he had cars ready to go that matched my price range and needs. First vehicle we test drove didnt fit the bill, so he walked around the lot with me and helped narrow down choices. It was cold that evening, so he had me wait inside while he got the car ready, bringing it right up to the door. Second car was perfect! Since it was getting late, I signed paperwork to take the vehicle off the market and came back the following day to sign out with Cam. Cam was incredibly patient with all of my questions and was able to get me the lowest rate with my preferred credit union. All around fast and convenient experience with extremely personable staff. Would 10/10 recommend to friends and family!

Tried at least a dozen times to get am oil change here in the last 2 years and never able to get one. I have only tried because its closest to my house. A couple times I went there I didnt have an appointment so thats somewhat understandable for the most part and those type of situations, but when they have nothing in there and they dont want to do a simple oil change and tire rotation when theres no other customers especially early in the morning then they do not need any business. The last time I was able to get an oil change at this place was a few years ago with an appointment and I was waiting for at least 3 hours for a simple oil change and of course there wasnt that many people there then either. Anyone I have known that has purchased Vehicles there has never been able to get them serviced there. I will never try there again and I will never get my parts there either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a brand new 2021 Dodge Durango and started having issues with the screen 1 month after buying it. I brought it in to the service center and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and said they were going to order a new radio. After waiting a month, I called to check on the status of the new radio and it turns out it was never ordered. I got involved with the service manager, Dave and I had to bring the vehicle back in two more times after that to have them look at it again before they could place an order for the new radio. The last time they looked at it Natasha notified me that an order had been placed for a new radio but also a new dashboard because the techs tool “slipped” and damaged the dashboard. I am not sure how the techs tool “slipped” THREE different times. I get that accidents happen but this was clearly NOT an accident. The tech was obviously having a hard time getting the radio out and this was his solution to his problem.

She got everything ready and was prompt as far as getting us taken care of and on our way. She was knowledgeable and thoroughly explained and showed the features of the car. Amber was awesome. Every time I have to take my jeep in, I’m greeted with a smile, extra customer service care and expedient time picking up and dropping off. Appointments are respected and everyone is prepared when you walk in the door. Extra kudos to my service guy/manager Dan Ahlstrand for being on top of everything always, along with his crew. Nicholas Kiage in the service department was fantastic with a very complicated engine temperature issue that was diagnostically challenging. It eventually led to the replacement of the head gasket and more (covered by Jeeps warranty). The communication was impeccable and workmanship was just as good. Additionally, he has an awesome sense of humor. Id recommend any Jeep owner to choose this dealerships service department and Nicholas in particular as their contact of choice.

I called to make an appointment and was told the soonest I could get my Jeep in was two weeks from that date. They did ask if I have flexibility and that I could drop off my Jeep early. They were able to finish my repairs and return my Jeep back to me prior to my appointment date.

A great place to buy a car from! I have purchased quiet a few cars and have been burned several times. This dealership is very honest though and gave me the best deal possible! David was my salesman and he was amazing! He didn’t push me to make any decisions and answered all my questions. I bought the car knowing there was a small issue with the back door because it came with a warranty. When I took it back to be repaired they fixed it free of charge even though it ended up being a huge hassle for them!Next time I’m in the market for a car I will definitely come here! I’m fully approved to buy a vehicle form my bank, and the dealer is trying to REQUIRE that I get my credit pulled for them to close the deal. All they want is to make more money on doing the loan.

Incompetent! I would NEVER recommend anyone buy from this incompetent dealer. We are still waiting for a title after we bought a Van in early April. We bought the certified pre-owned van remotely and when we received it, it had no temporary plate. After SEVERAL attempts to communicate with them we finally received a temp plate almost two weeks later. Now its the end of May and we still have no title and AGAIN,, we have attempted several times over the last week to get a response from anyone about the status of the title or our request for a temporary plate extension since it will expire on may 28. I dont know what type of game this place it trying to pull, but I do not recommend anyone buy from here.

Terrible service. $1300 for them to look at what was going on with my Jeep. They dug everything out of my center console and just tossed it in the back seat. When they were done they randomly through stuff from the floor in my center console and left a huge mess of my things all over the back seat. Said they had to get in the storage compartment to fix my starting in neutral problem and didnt want to put stuff back wrong (so trashing my vehicle is apparently acceptable... ) but instead the problem still persists and they didnt do anything. If I could give this place -5 stars I would. I recommend taking your service business elsewhere.

5/14 We brought our ‘15 Jeep it in for service. (our 5th comeback for related issues) At that time our headlight was full working & I mentioned to the advisor the dash saying turn signal out but my concern was it could be related to the last wiring repair & the advisor agreed. Next day I was told the seat clips we found were broke from their service technician & the part is back-ordered until 5/22. I was told the headlight had to be replaced. 5/16 I requested photos of their diagnosis for the light, I only got an email with a screenshot & I replied asking for a story on how the lamp failed or where the damage is. There was no response to that, & went 17 days with no follow up.6/3 I was told the seat was done. I requested photos a 2nd time of the damage they found because the vehicle was not damaged & the light was working when we brought it in. I received photos showing trim, bumper & headlight damage from the outside. The advisor agreed the vehicle did not look like that when we brought it in, then I was told “we had to cut it in order to get the assembly out” 6/4 Called Nick B to ask why the vehicle was damaged & questioned why it had “cut parts to get it out” as this did not sound like a factory repair procedure. Did not hear back from either voicemail I left with Nick. On 6/5 I was told by the advisor she will talk to Nick in the morning. We then heard nothing for 8 more days.6/12 received a phone call from Nick B asking when our loaner would be returned. I informed him it was apparent that this issue was not brought to his attention since the 5th. He declined ever receiving voicemails. I still had zero explanation as to why parts were cut on our vehicle & why its currently damaged from when we dropped it off. I expressed my deep concern on this vehicle being damaged at the dealership or some type of operation that was trying to be covered because of the 25 days of zero contact or update.Nick explained that the reason for the damage was “missing” or “broken” parts they found. He also agreed that it was not in that condition when I brought it there. I was never given an exact answer as to why there were no photos provided before as part for diagnosis like I requested, or why the Jeep is not able to be put back to the condition it was when we dropped it off. Nick stated there was no way to know the headlight has damage without removing the lamp Looking at the photos, you can tell this is not true. The lamps are now completely broken and strips have been added or were there prior to removal. Nick’s plan was to make an attempt to “make the bumper look better” 6/17, we picked the vehicle up. The Jeep still looks identical to the photos from 6/3.I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow up & the attempt to cover up or dismiss the issues we had with our Jeep there.

I have taken my Jeep in to get service a few times since buying it in September. The Service Team that I have worked with (Craig and Dustin specifically) have been great. Dustin made sure I was able to get into a rental vehicle I was comfortable with which I really appreciated. While doing some routine work the team found a pretty big problem and were able to promptly get me scheduled, set up with a rental, and make sure all work was covered by warranty. Although they had it for about a week and a half, Craig communicated often to left me how things were going. 5 BIG stars.

Great experience from start to finish! I had been doing research on trucks for almost a year as I knew my 13 year old car would eventually need to be upgraded. I stopped in on a Friday afternoon and met with Jake Holmquist. He was extremely professional and not pushy at all. I test drove a few trucks and then went home that night to decide between 2 models. I stopped in the next day with my wife and tried both out again and decided to go new instead of used. Again, Jake was so laid back and answered all of our questions. We then worked with Sean Flanagan to get the final paperwork taken care of. Sean was awesome to work with and again extremely professional. He explained all options and was very thorough without being pushy. By the time we were finished with the paperwork, it was past 6:00. Jake had stayed to make sure all the paperwork was good and that all our questions were answered. Then he offered to go over the truck again and show us some of the bells and whistles that came with the truck. Heres the kicker, he was leaving to go on vacation the next day. I know that if I was going on vacation the next day, I would want to leave my shift ASAP. But Jake went above and beyond to make our experience incredible. My daughter went to purchase a used jeep for 26k. The salesperson was very condescending. He even wandered away to help someone else while they were negotiating her trade (which they low-balled). She does look very young for her age, and is of course, a woman, but those are not excuses for being disrespectful. What they did not realize is that our bank had already approved her loan. Dont EVER expect a major company to do the right thing. STAY AWAY from RAM TRUCKS. The Sales people will tell you they fixed the AIR SUSPENSION issues. NO THEY DIDNT. Ive had my truck in 3 times for the same issue. When the TEMP drops below 5 degrees, the compressor no longer works and the antifreeze lines freeze up and the suspension drops on top of the wheels. With a warranty it still cost me $400, without its $1500. Dodge does not want to OWN this issue. They havent provided a recall to repair it and they have no intention of it until a class action suit is brought forth. Its not a CR Dodge issue, its a DODGE RAM TRUCK ISSUE. STAY AWAY!

Pros: The accessories/customization department staff (separate from service staff) was great and got vehicle in quickly to add accessories. Great customer waiting area.Cons: Called service department 11/26/19 7am to make appointment for check engine light on Challenger with 400 miles on it. Was told the soonest they could get car in was December 20th, 2019!? So apparently if something goes wrong with vehicle you need to either wait almost a month or find another Dodge dealer who can get your vehicle into shop right away? I had planned to get all service done there after positive experience with customization department but that is not feasible if it takes almost a month to get car with a problem looked at.

I hunted for a while for the specific car I was looking for. Everything went great during the financing process. I only received one car key and they told me to come back the next day to get the other one. I came back and it was out of stock and they needed to place an order. Once the order came in I called them to confirm and that I could be arriving after 6pm. I got to the dealership to find out that they could not help me after all service techs go home at 5:30. And also questioned me twice if I had the car with me. WHY DO YOU THINK IM HERE, of course I brought the car I purchased. Why was this not conveyed to me when I called the first time to confirm. Lack of communication and no apologies after driving a long ways out of my way to get to the dealership. I guess if anyone has this problem make sure you get detailed correct information. Or better yet. Don’t leave the lot without both sets of keys, and also make sure you bring your car you purchased to get your vehicle serviced.

AMAZING customer service. I truly cant say enough great things. Aaron helped us purchase our vehicle 6 months ago - it was so smooth and painless- during a pandemic none the less. We did what we could over the phone and were in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes!6 months later there was a issue that came up with the bank. AJ and Aaron were SO quick and responsive and handle the situation with such class. I would definitely refer this first class team!

I can into the dealership to get a recall done on my Jeep. I we met with great people the whole way thru the process from scheduling to service and beyond!Craig was my service guy and he was super great! He helped me thru the process of getting everything taken care of with the recall and then helped me again about 20 minutes later when I came back because my sunroof wouldnt close. He let me know some of the possible issues it could be and gave me a full picture of my options and costs associated with getting the work done.I am so thankful for the whole team! Everyone has been super helpful, kind and understanding anytime I come in! I will be coming back again and again!!

The service is a joke!!!! I made an appointment on the phone about 1 week in advance. Got several text reminders and I made arrangements to get my Jeep brought in and get a ride home. When I got there I was told by the service writer that making a phone appointment was just a time to drop off and to speak with a service writer? ??? They would look at when they had time hopefully later this week but not for a few days because they are very backed up. The service writer had an attitude that this was the norm then why make an appointment, why build a new dealership to treat people so unprofessional??? Well its ok I will never come back and if you keep treating customers like this maybe you will change this very unprofessional procedure of wasting customers time.

My appointment was for 9:00am. I arrived on site at 8:30 am. I was told approx. 2:30pm that the truck was ready. I was approached within minutes after I arrived, and asked What can they do for me! There were 2 issues involving the truck! I was under the impression that it would take less than 6hrs. I should of had my wife follow me and bring me home instead of waiting in the Customer Lounge. With that being said, I appreciate the service, initially I was told by the sales person (Brian DAngelo) that he didnt think the leak would be covered under the 30 day or 1000 mile warranty by your Dealership! I was a bit confused about that, I paid $48,000.00 cash for the Vehicle, and thought the leak in the rooftop marker lights should be covered! In all the years Ive purchased New or Used Vechicle, I dont think Ive ever run into this type of situation. With that all being said, Mr. DAngelo was very Professional with us, very friendly,no real pressure,he showed us respect! Im also very pleased that the two issues the truck had, were taken care of at no expense to me. Thank you for the way all of this has turned out. Thanks to Mr. DAngelo for his Professional Salesmanship! I would not hesitate to purchase another New or Used Vechile in the Future if that situation presents itself to my wife and I! I also wouldnt hesitate to tell someone about our experience with your Dealership! Thanks again, Mr. & Mrs. H. Clarence Shaffer

Scott Burns was fantastic, he was very patient with me while I was trying to pick out the perfect truck. He did a great job explaining the buying process, details of the deal, and features of every vehicle I inquired about, all while assisting another gentleman. I spent lots of time researching and they will get you the best price.

I want to share that I had an amazing sales person at the Brooklyn Park dealership named Paul Palmer, he now works here! Our good friends also bought from Paul and we all agree he is the best sales person we have ever encountered when buying a car. I love my Jeep and Paul took the time to help me set up everything and he is always available to answer my questions over the phone when Im unable to get into dealership. I actually say he is my virtual manual. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to our family & friends!

First when I bought, they told me I get the first oil change free. NOT.Second, the front wheels were SO TIGHT I bent my speed wrench in trying to get them off.( they can buy me a new one) why so dam tight ????Third, when I was there to pick up my new ride, the seller was Rude, yelling for me that its ready. THE WORST DEALER I EVER BEEN TO.

The people and the facilities are top notch. I thought 1 1/2 months to get the required part was a bit much for a truck that was only year old and left me stranded on the side of the road. I thought Dodge trucks were supposed be better than that.
