Ordered a sandwich with the plant based protein and was not told or informed by employee or menu board. But then got charged a lot extra. Sandwich was pretty poor quality, aesthetically, taste wise, and accessibility. Parking lot is extremely inefficient.

I just discovered Dunn Brothers 2 weeks ago. Very close to our home. They are very personable there, I dont feel like Im at the big coffee chain shops. The coffee was very good and my husband liked his also. Just wish they were open a little bit later in the day to go there after work for a refreshing tea or lemonade.

They made my coffee perfect today. Just wish they would stay open a bit later so I could get my afternoon fix!

I love dunn bros coffee!!!This location has a good layout on the inside and the workers here are friendly and helpful. Ive been here on several occasions and Ive had good service each time. The drinks are tasty and not overly sugary/weak, my coffee drinks taste like coffee, not sugar and a hint of coffee lol I would recommend this dunn bros location!The parking lot location is a little awkward and kind of difficult to get out due to traffic but easy to access the location.

Staff isn’t friendly or inviting. Drive thru never greets you, it’s just “order when you’re ready”. And “pull ahead”. No thank you or even telling me my total. And this consistently happens there, every one I get is trained to talk cold to customers.

Excellent natural light, cozy fireplace seating, and great drip coffee. Their pricing is a great value for the quality of coffee. The staff goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. I asked for my free refill after medium drip coffee purchase and the staff offered a first cup for a new brew they were starting and delivered it to my table. 3/3 afternoon staff deserve praise and a raise!

We love Dunn Bros! Our drinks are always good. Its one of the few places I am not afraid to try something new. We love that they offer kids sizes when we order our daughter a smoothie too. Dog treats at the drive thrust and a small shelf of kids entertainment(large scale puzzles & a few games) make it a perfect place for the family. Good selection of sugar free syrups for those in need!

Coffee frappe are so good and the mocha frappe great way to start on a really hot day. Friendly staff quick service drive through convenience makes it an easy stop.

Had a latte and a sandwich. Both were delicious!

A quaint and quiet place to get a decent cup of coffee and relax for a while. The staff is always friendly and easy going. They have the usual selection of bakery items and some quick bite types of food.Ive been here several times, both on the go and to hang around for a while. All occasions met my expectations. My only gripe is that the shop could use a minor cosmetic update. It does add to the rustic charm though, and it is clean, so take that as you may.If youre looking for a cup of coffee with or without company, I recommend this location.

Honestly I was kinda disappointed. I love love love the dun bros in elk river because they make you feel so welcome. When I walked into this dun bros, they looked at me like I was an alien. No friendly “hello” or anything. Asked for extra Carmel drizzle on my Carmel macchiato and did not receive it

Love Dunn Bros! Probably the best coffee in Minnesota; the Vanilla Iced Nirvana is so good I even drink it in the winter. The other coffee is great too. Dont forget about the hibiscus iced tea and the smoothies for caffeine-free options. Food here is also tasty! Theyve managed to make this location a cozy space that still has a fair amount of seating, with a fireplace for winter warmth and a patio for the summer. To top it all off, the staff are always friendly - I cant think of any negative experiences in the nine years Ive been a customer of this location, and only one marginal experience which was probably just a new staff or they had an off day (were all human, right?). Theyre a great part of the neighborhood and I hope theyll continue to be here for many more years to come.

Terrible place to go. Every worker was rude and they got rid of the only girl that was pleasant to be around. Seems like management should rethink their employee retention and training strategies. Hire more nice people like that Sarah girl that doesnt work there anymore. (Go figure!)

I usually go to Starbucks for my latte but Dunn Bros is more convenient for me when Im in the area. They have a better bakery than Starbucks and the service here is really great, they are always so pleasant. I wish they had locations in Arizona. I would always go here if they did!

Not busy enough to be distracting but busy enough to feel comfy. It is a local chain like Caribou Coffee and is significantly better than there or the Starbucks powder mix drinks. Friendly staff. Its my go to place casual work and reading but when it gets too crowded and distracting it can be unpleasant.

Had the veggie wrap. Tasted good. Wrap itself was a little dry but it was whole wheat so....service was quick and nice.

Great space, decent coffee. Its not gourmet, but its as good as any chain coffee joint out there, as far as the coffee goes. The food is superior to any of the chains, too.

A neighborhood atmosphere of friendliness makes this comfortable coffee shop a great place to stop by on the way anywhere or to just park yourself by the fireplace in a stuffed chair for a relaxing break from the day. Went from ordering almost every day to never returning. Brown haired girl started working there and ruined all customer service. After months of dealing with her poor unsolicited attitude, she refused to make a simple iced tea with HONEY. Owner felt she should be given another chance. Loyal customer of 4 years should give this antisocial excuse for a barista a second chance? No thanks! Enjoy your now hiring sign though, I see its been hanging there for a while.

Confusing drive through with zero attempt to show off the menu or let you know what they have. Wife and I are new to the area and had never been to a dunn bros before. I panicked when I got to the window cuz I thought maybe you could see a menu there. Nope, instead I got a plain black coffee that was overly bitter. The inside seemed nice and the staff were freindly but I doubt we will be returning with so many better options around.
