Melissa Nelson is by far the best salesperson I have encountered! She was high spirits and joyful! If you need anything she is the one to make your day complete..I bought a camera and Apple Watch. she took her time to let us look them over, ask questions she wasn’t pushy that’s why I would recommend her.. thank you!! Notice the empty parking lot......I believe that the guy didnt want to buy her stuff because it was closing time and he wanted the paperwork told him were going to give him a bad review so that wouldnt be the first time thats not the best customer service Ive ever had in my life graphic we had some stuff that was pretty nice but only wanted like five bucks he didnt even ask us what we wanted for it that sound all right. We had sterling silver it says right on the window We Buy Gold and Silver they would not even look at it

I have visited a few of these locations in the past and the coon rapids location is without a doubt my favorite location. Darnell is very personable and builds great rapport with his customers. You can really tell when someone enjoys their job and likes working with people. I have nothing bad to say about this location or staff. I have been a customer for awhile now. Every single time I walk in this place the guys are great and the store is always clean. Rob and Darnell made my last visit one of the best. I appreciate the friendliness and I appreciate that they are never condescending or rude. Would definitely recommend this location for anyone looking to shop and/or sell something!

These guys are always nice and helpful every time we are here. They try their hardest to get you the most for what they can and always do a great job of us leaving happy. Came in for some Bose headphones I saw on Craigslist. Very nice, clean store. The gentleman that helped us was very helpful in setting them up! The flight will be much more enjoyable now :)

This was my first time ever selling at a pawn shop. It was very welcoming and way easier than I expected! I had many questions about my items and even when I mentioned that I’m not interested in selling some pieces, Darnell still went out of his way to give me their worth and what he could offer me. He also gave me a reasonable offer for my engagement ring but recommend that I go to a jeweler next to see if they would offer me more than he could. I really appreciated the time that he and Rob tool helping me. I left feeling good about my transactions and felt like I was treated with respect. Will definitely go back to buy or sell!

The way you should be treated!I walked in the door, and was greeted right away!I wasnt bothered as i browsed!As soon as Rob saw that I seemed interested in a Camera, he asked I needed assistance. He was very courtsious, and let me fully try out the camera at my own pace!We were able to strike a deal shortly after, and I left a happy camper.I was so pleased, I sat in my car to right the review immediately, to share a w8th others, that there is STILL, a great pawn shop in town!

Nice enough guy but I was at pawn America in coon Rapids they offered me at least 100 this guy 65 I was insulted. From the first offer I mean hp 705 elitedesk g3 mini should be able to fetch at least 150 8gigs ram and A6 processor and ssd boot drive I mean come on u cant even buy a i3 for that price

Went in there with a nice car sub and amp combo what a joke they told me there not interested. Funny thing is they say they pawn anything of value thats a lie. They said come back in Feb and they would make an offer. Dont waste your time with these jokers.

Called your Ramsey location wanted to talk to Chris he wasnt available I think the guys name was Rudy no manners what so ever, last time Ill ever call that store, very rude!!

I called several pawn shops in the area before picking one to sell our 400+ dvds at.When the person (who I found out later was the manager) answered the phone he was pleasant and even seemed excited about buying our dvds. All the other shops I called were not unpleasant but did not seem interested in taking time to speak with me.The next day we went in and I met the person who I had spoken with on the phone. Both he and the other staff person were pleasant and professional.I will definitely be going back to this shop in the future.

Over priced,minimum selection, I dont see them staying open much longer.Very disappointing overall
