I typically always choose Kwik Trip because it is common, comfortable, and reliable, but I will no longer choose this store anymore. I will preface my comment by saying that I have never left a poor review or complained about customer service in my life. I have a degree in hospitality management and I totally understand what it is like to be on the other side of the counter. But, my experience with this store has changed my mind.Tanner, the cashier, made me feel unwelcome, uncomfortable, and an inconvenience. Not only did he embarrass me, but embarrassed himself. I went to go get gas and accidentally pressed pay inside while at the pump. I thought Oh whatever, I will just pay inside. Over the microphone, Tanner - clearly annoyed, said Pump 17 pay at the pump or pay inside. I was scrambling to find my wallet, when he shouted annoyingly, again, Pump 17 pay at the pump or pay inside.I quickly ran inside and stood in line to pay inside, as to not cause the employees any trouble. While in line, I heard Tanner talk to another employee cashing out other customers say I dont care if pump 17 doesnt get their gas. They can wait there all night. I was anxiously waiting for my turn in line to pay, while Tanner for a third time was straight up shouting into the microphone: PUMP 17 COME INSIDE TO PAY! At this point I felt so uncomfortable and embarrassed that I left and didnt get food or gas. The other customers in the store were clearly uncomfortable too. I am sorry for any management that might read this, but I really felt that I needed to share my experience with your store.

The employees here are nice enough but this is the dirtiest Kwik Trip I have ever seen thus far. You can return weeks later and it never changes. I thought Kwik Trip was trying to maintain a certain high standard but not at this store. I stopped going to SA/Speedway because their stores are always filthy and now it seems some Kwik Trips are following the same decline.

Isles were a little tight, but that was at the end of Isle going into next Isle. I use a scooter. But I managed without nocking anything down. Thanks 😊

Every time I stop here looking for a snack, the shelves are mostly empty. This place needs to either stock their shelves faster or get more frequent shipments.

I went to kwik trip and the service and clock- work was good but,.. Their sandwich(egg salad) needs some work compared to their competitors(holiday and speedway) their sandwich had no flavor. So I suggest you guys change your recipe for your egg salad.

This store is a poor imitation of a KwikTrip. Kwik Trips usually are well stocked with all the items they carry and super clean. This store always looks a bit grungy. The hot deli and bakery are under stocked and the bakery items are very stale. So disappointed. When this store was new it was a pleasure to visit. Now it is just frustrating - to go in and find they can’t figure out how to count and supply the quantities needed for their customers. I have never had this problem at any other Kwik Trip.

Great customer service. The employee who helped me check out did a wonderful job. He did his best to make sure that I had everything I needed.

I’m very thankful for this store. Jocelynne C always makes sure I’m grabbing the most fresh hot food and never lets me forget my cigs or ID! The man Ross J is always on his game and helped me get pictures of the vehicle that stole my plates while I was at work. He is always kind and willing to answer my questions.The best kwik trip around!!

Only one that closes at midnight within 5 miles, parking lot full of cigarette butts.

Stopped in this morning for breakfast and an energy drink. My card was declined due to a fraudulent charge the night before so my bank stopped all transactions. I did not have any cash on me to cover the entire thing. So what next the gal behind the country tells me not to worry because they wanted to cover it today. Hands down some of the best customer service and realizing that taking care of someone is more important. Thank you very much and this is why I shop at Kwik Trip.

I like Kwik trip a lot, the chicken tenders are great and the mash potatoes is delicious, however the car wash need some attention, the sign is almost cover withe brushes and the branches from the three are touching the cars... No bueno lol

I will not go here again. I don’t like how I took the time to go inside the store to prepay $25 for gas. I pump my gas and it stops at $15 dollars. When I went back Into the store to get my refund, the store clerk told me I didn’t have to waist time coming in it will always go back to my card. When I checked my account I noticed I was charged $31 and some change which was confusing to me because when I went into the store I said $25 on pump 2. Why my card should have been charged anymore then that is crazy. This was Jan 24th. I still haven’t gotten my money back from this transaction.

Excellent place to fill up and get some snacks. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. Almost always have some delicious hot spot food to enjoy. Highly recommend!

I was here tonight and could not be any more disappointed. Tried to use the pay inside option in the pumps. And despite someone clearly at the registers I was not allowed to pump gas. Eventually the people near me say hey had the same issue that the worker would not validate the fuel request. I go inside grab some food and get in line that is four people deep. There is no other co worker coming to the front. Five minutes later there is still no one? As a former employee this discuss me. NOT GOOD

Today you guys failed. You were out of your specials for food with a long wait time. multiple gas pumps out of service and ones that were not covered up that werent working either busier than normal I get it but if you cant keep up... Figure it out

Best gas station convenience store! Great weekly sales on good stuff. Wonderful fresh bakery, deli, hot food bar. Love their oatmeal raisin cookies. Extra large, fresh coffee selections

A very nice girl was giving free samples of pizza and the iced snickers mocha. I tried the mocha and loved it! So she made one for me and taught me how to make my own for next time. I never get this kind of customer service from any other gas station. Plus they have the best values!

So lets talk. The selection is great. The prices are fair. And my husband said they have kid friendly bathrooms. The urinals are on the floor so my son who is potty training doesnt have to climb on nasty stools or do those weird tricks parents do when the littles need to go and the potty dance starts. We wish more places had kid friendly restrooms.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The only reason I gave it a 3 star was I needed a automotive tail light bulb and they didnt have any light bulbs whatsoever. But they sure had 500air fresheners and huge section of hand and body warmers which are so useful in the 90° days of August.

This is the best gas station in my opinion to go to. Love it! Has everything you need. Much better than holiday and super America. Keep expanding!

This is my regular stop (close to work) and I dont know what management is doing, but I want to know....every time I come in cashiers are so HAPPY and kind. Genuine people and service. EVERY TIME. I wish my team was this good.

Love the prices on a lot if their items especially milk in a bag for just $1.25 per half gallon. Or small bacon wrapped pork chop for just $2... You just dont find that anywhere.... plus gotta love 24 hrs open....

Was crowded, pulled up to a pump right up front not labeled prepay, staff come on speaker and tell me its prepay or pay at pump. I had been planning to get a few things and fill up. I asked staff why they made me come in to prepay when it wasnt a pump marked as such, they said theyve had a lot of driveoffs from that spot. I suggested they label it prepay so people dont waste their time. I felt like i was being profiled or something.

The fountain machine needs more attention... I come in almost daily and there is always one that is too watery (cherry pepsi) or my half and half lemonade tastes old.

I am a SA Manager and I.love this store always clean and well staffed. We could learn alot from this company. Kudos.

Thats two days in a row hardly any coffee out. The ice coffee out of order and hardly any food out. 410 am. Store needs better management.

I stop by here weekly for bread, milk, chicken breasts and hamburger. All which I find cheaper than Cub or Walmart. Im able to get a baked good if I choose, a Carwash, Im able to get FREE air and if I were to have an electric car I can do that as well!

Nice place, be warned though when filling up gas, they change their prices at noon, not at night so if you had crappy luck like I did, it was $1.79 at 11:55am and then I was in there for a bit waiting in line to pre-pay and I get to the register and its 12:02pm and gas is suddenly $2.03.

Only complaint I have is they dont have signs saying all pumps are prepay or pay at the pump 24/7

This store is a hot mess. 100 things on the rollers always looking like they have been there for hours, the coolers are never stocked and appear to have been done so by a small farm animal. Not sure I have ever been to this store in the mornings and seen more then exactly ZERO houseblend coffee brewed but dont worry, they have 2 french vanilla creamer dispensers to try and make the garbage coffee besides houseblend drinkable.I think its far over due for corp to step in.

Like any other Kwik Trip, I love them. However, the store radio is much louder than it need be, worse in the restroom, where it echoes. Bring your appetite, and a set of earplugs.
