Just bought an upgrade for my wife and we worked with Corbin. She was wonderful to work with. We had fun and there wasnt any pressure. Brought the ring in to be sized the next day and the process was easy and quick. Worked with Corbin and Kenzie...both are just amazing people. Everyone at the store is awesome...we will be coming back here in the future :)

If I could give a zero I would …. No acknowledgement when you walk in the store, they Never Answer the phone ( had to call 12 times in a day and still got no response ), they never get back to you. It’s a joke. The jewelry is wonderful but this location and workers are pathetic. I had to call the corporation just to get someone to tell me about my service request and they couldn’t get the store to answer them . Don’t come here

Honestly the WORST experience. I got my ring resized here and it broke literally the next day. I work as a bridal consultant and I was carrying a dress and it immediately broke. I was extremely upset as I had just got it resized and they refused to fix it. So disappointing, especially because they offered to “fix it” by changing me more. Will never shop here again and will not recommend this store to my future brides or family.

I find it interesting that when I walk in, there is no acknowledgement without effort, yet when another woman walks in a minute after me, everyone jumps at the chance to welcome her in and assist her. I dont know what I did but it felt as though I was wasting their time being in there.

A bit of a frustrating experience, I stopped in today hoping to have my engagement ring inspected. I entered the store and waited approximately 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Then, I find out everything needs an appointment. Yes, I attempted calling the location multiple times. I feel like the phone there is never picked up. I was attempting to call to see what the process would be to have my ring inspected prior to entering the store. I understand policies and processes are much different with COVID, but, please try to answer the phone for people before they go out of their way for service.

Woman told me they dont fix ANYTHING in store. I broke the chain on my necklace and they wanted to ship it out for 3 weeks. If I had a microscope I could fix it myself in three minutes :/

I brought my channel set wedding band in for repair. I just needed a stone reset and I understood that the channels would need some reinforcement. When I picked it up the first time, the channels were built up so high that the visible diamond surface was literally half of the original. The diamonds were so deep that what used to look like ice looked like gray specks. Not only that but the ring was no longer round, it was hexagonal!!It no longer looked like my wedding ring so I wanted them to fix it. When I picked it up the second time it was better but it still didnt look like the original and was still hexagonal. This time there was a rough spot and gap where the diamonds ended.I was so disappointed and angry that I wanted to ask for my money back. I waited almost an hour for the manager and finally left.I dont have anything bad to say about the saleswomen and I know they have to tow the company line, but I wish they had the authority to do the right thing on their own.The most disappointing thing is that I had a stone replaced 10 years earlier by another jeweler and it looked perfect, so I know its possible to repair it without ruining it.Now I hate my ring so much that I just want to melt it down and start over.

We bought my ring from there, and dealt with a wonderful saleswoman. We came back a few weeks later to look into buying my boyfriends ring and we dealt with Austen. He was very pushy... and non-informed at all. When we questioned him on things that did not make sense- his answers made even less sense, and you could easily tell he was feeding us some BS lies. When the topic of warranty came up, we kindly declined and his response was Are you serious!? I highly suggest you do it... Again... I declined and he made me feel like I was inconveniencing him personally by declining a $80 warranty on a $200 ring... For this reason alone- we will NOT be buying his ring there. It was unbelievable how unprofessional and rude Austen was to us. We will be looking elsewhere.

Bought a ring ten years ago got the warranty with it. Diamond fell out they couldnt repair the ring. They gave me every penny I spent on the ring toward a new ring plus 20% off the next ring. Customer service was amazing. Store manager Sam helped us personally the whole time. It is truly a great place to shop.

I went with my brother to purchase a ring as a present for Christmas. The gal we worked with great to work with, no complaints there. A few days after the ring was worn the middle diamond fell out. My brother went to exchange the ring and the women who helped him today 1/6/2020 treated him so rudely. The ring looked a little different so he wanted to be sure it was correct so he went to get a picture to confirm and she began belittling him and he had to tell her not to talk to him like hes less than her. The manager ended up taking over the rest of the transaction. Judging by the reviews on this site, seems to be their way of treating customers who have issues with their jewelry not long after spending hundreds of dollars at their store. There were other customers in the store whom had left after seeing how he was treated. Neither of us will ever purchase from them again.

Been a Kay customer for 35 years. Bought engagement and wedding ring for my wife there. Bought 10 year and 20 year anniversary jewelry there. Bought numerous birthday, Christmas etc. presents for my wife and daughter here & at Northtown location. Kay a while back switch from a previous banking partner to Comenity Bank. They had me with a $10,000 line of credit. I carry an 802 credit score. They decided after 35 years of business since I had paid cash for my last three purchases they were going to cancel my card. No warning, no communication. Found out wen I went to make a $2,500.00 purchase and my card wouldnt work. Kay confirmed account was closed 21 earlier (right before Christmas) due to inactivity. It had a zero balance and a +++positive rating on the account. Kay associates response, well lets just get you qualified for a new account! NOPE! No help from bank. No help from manager. Im taking y business elsewhere. Also have closed another retail account with Comenity as the financial backer. Their professionalism and Kays lack of concern have lost them my business.

I went to this location on February 7th with my Mother In Law because she wanted to purchase a few items for herself. The woman who helped us was very pushy. Anything my mother would look at, she would ask constantly if she wanted to buy it and would go over the sales. We must of heard about sales at lest 10 times. Once my mother was finished purchasing her items, I asked the sales woman if she had any recommendations on how to keep my wedding set clean, since I have well water at home. She recommended that I had my ring sent out to be recoated. I agreed since my husband had purchased the extended warranty on my ring. The sales one woman noticed that my ring would flip on my finger and asked if I would be interested in having something put in my ring to make it not flip. I asked about the charge and she said it would be free since I have the warranty. So, I agreed. My promise date to get my ring back was today, February 22nd. I called into the store yesterday, February 21st to see the status of my ring and was hoping it would be back early. I spoke to Amanda and she said it was still at the other location and that I needed to agree or decline on the ring setting. I explained what the sales woman said to my mother and I and she said no, it would be an extra $1000 to get that in my ring to make it not spin. I declined the service. I asked on when my ring would be back because my paperwork says PROMISE Date 02/22/2020. She said it would not be back until the 25th or 26th. I was upset at this point and said firmly my paperwork clearly states the 22nd and no one ever called me about the service on my ring. She then stated she would contact the company to see if it could be shipped over the weekend because apparently they dont get shipments in on weekends! I was told I was going to get a call back by the end of the day yesterday, but no one ever called me back.I contacted Sam, a manger this morning and explained everything that happened and all I received was excuses. His first excuse was oh they were so busy since it was Valentines Day Then I was told that the date on my paperwork is more of a Estimated Time when it would be returned to the store, even though my paperwork it clearly states PROMISE DATE. I complained about the service I received from Amanda and never hearing back from anyone in the company, once again got an excuse that sometimes their phones dont call out properly. My husband has spend a good amount of money at this store, my wedding set alone was $5,500 and I have many necklaces and earrings from this store as well. We have been shopping with Kay for the past 10 years, but after this experience we will no longer shop here. They want to take no responsibility on their mistakes.

Wish I could rate lower than one star. Got a necklace from here for a gift a week later the chain snapped and it had to be brought in under warranty. 17 days later when I can to pick up the necklace after speaking to someone on the phone who claimed it was in perfect condition, came in to find it the same way I brought it in. Finally I got my necklace back today and within 5 hours of wearing it the chain yet again snapped. I will not be doing business here any longer.

I like to say I am very happy with the jewelry I got from here. The manager Sam is amazing. I got a ring that broke a month later not only that he accommodated me with just getting another ring, but a better one by saying wait for the mothers day sale. I think he is amazing at his Job. He listens and tries to make the customer happy. Although the nosy lady customer that was there was hating staring at me mad that my man got me such a nice ring on sale with a great vaule. Sam I told you that I would rave on you so here it is 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 5 stars for you luv thank you so much.

Sam is a very disrespectful inconsiderate manager. He purposely taunts people and accuses the customer of it being their fault when things are done incorrectly. My ring came back its still had marks on it from the saw after taking my two rings apart and missing two diamonds. Stated that it was my husbands fault because he didnt inspect the ring when he picked it up!?! Never accepts responsibility for his own actions! Cannot believe he is a manager?!? From his reviews K should get a clue and get rid of him. One of the other staffers actually handed me a card with the number for customer complaints on it because she was so astounded at the way I was treated. Very disappointing... will never go back to the store and wish that I had never done business with Kay in the first place!

Le Vian Garnet Ring- I love my ring and after just two years I am unable to wear it because the center garnet stone is scuffed so badly. It makes me so sad I am afraid to wear it because I want it to last so I keep it in my room. The garnet scuffs, do not get this as an engagement ring, get a stronger stone if you can. The sales lady told me that it would be absolutely fine and the stone was strong enough for me not to worry. It took less than a year and I had to retire my engagement ring. It makes me so sad. Do not buy this ring if you are looking for something to wear every day. Best intentions in writing this. I just dont want it to happen to anyone else. I cant wear my beautiful ring and people have even asked me where my engagement ring is and why :(

Went in to have my husbands ring re-sized. Had to wait about 45 min. It was a busy Saturday. Fine. They took the ring and I paid. They said it would take 2 weeks. My husband was told they would call or e-mail when it was ready. Two weeks plus, no word, so we stopped in since when he called, no one answered the phone after 4 attempts on different days and different times of the day. When we went back again, we waited over half an hour to be helped with one of the salespeople stating, Where were all of you when it wasnt busy this morning?. I rolled my eyes and said, working. We finally got helped and lo and behold, his ring still was not in and it ended up being over another 2 weeks before it was ready. My husband NEVER got a call or e-mail when his ring came in. He had to call to find out it was ready. A little communication would have been nice. We asked why they never answered when he called and they said, we cant answer the phone when we are showing diamonds. No apology. Perhaps a voicemail system would be a good investment to get back to your customers when youre not so busy. We went there because it was closer to home than where I had gone to a jewler in the past. What a mistake. I wont be going back to Kay Jewlers. Ever.

The General Manager Sam is very disrespectful and will not help his customers...and will laugh at you! Will never to business with this location EVER again! Limited selection, nothing special. Also the past two times weve been in (first stop a purchase, second an exchange) we got a very negative vibe from who we worked with, (two seperate people). The staff is very rude and act as if everything is a huge inconvenience, even a sale! Also one of the stops the store was completely empty so they werent even busy.I am in sales and every sale, big or small, should be treated with respect and given a positive experience. If that isnt there you will lose that customer for life, and you never know how much they may spend in the future. You treat the person buying a small gift for someone badly, you will miss out on the thousands of dollars theyd be willing to spend when they want to purchase something for themselves.I know based on my experience here I will be shopping elsewhere for my future jewelry purchases.

Never have good experience here. Customer service is terrible, had 2 rings in for metal issues and both times the rings came back in I had to call them to find out if they were in,days after the rings were due. No apologies for not calling.Crappy metal quality, Crappy diamond quality, Crappy warranty and bad service. There is no need to buy anything from this place.
