Worked with Robbie to pick up a good condition used Steelcase Leap V2 chair at a very good price for my new home office. Had the new 3D version available as well. Chair is in very good condition and feels great so far. Even comes with a 1 year warranty from OEB! Excellent, very knowledgeable, and patient customer service. We had a mostly good experience. We wanted our office space re-designed with a completely different layout. Robbie did a great job coming up with a design that we love. The desks that he recommended are holding up pretty well so far with just a few minor dings here and there (installed just after Christmas 2018). Only giving 3 stars because the gentlemen who came out to install the new desks drilled large holes into the wrong wall and the company has done nothing to fix it for us. Now we have ugly holes in our wall that are difficult to cover because the wall is wallpapered. Would happily give 5 stars had they followed through to fix the damage they caused.
