Very disappointed and feelings hurt, just be on top of what you are charged, I was told I should know my co-pays,, I trusted you to use my ins. Cant believe how much cheaper it was today somewhere else. I now have my insurance papers they showed where you charged me and my insurance company and you charged me too much on other products I have tried to get in touch with a district manager and no one calls me back what have you got to hide
We went there for passport photos and were lucky enough to have Mrs Marta Helena helping us. She was really nice and made sure we got all we needed. Excellent customer service.
Disappointed because I just made an appointment for the Covid booster shot. I get there and they tell me it’s not approved. So then why are you making it available to make an appointment? Not yelling just saying. Common sense
On August 3, my 15 yo daughter got her Covid vaccination at this Cooper city CVS. The technician giving The vaccination gets five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and We were given a 20% off entire purchase coupon at CVS.However, we tried to use the coupon immediately and Martha, The cashier in the front of the store, told us we cannot use the 20%coupon on any items that were on sale. Martha sarcastically said, “Read the fine print!”We were very disappointed that she would not let us use our 20% off entire purchase coupon that day in the CVS where my daughter got her Covid vaccination. Martha gets 1 ⭐️On August 4, I went to my local CVS on Indian Trace in Weston, And SOPHIA allowed me to use the 20% off coupon for the entire purchase including any CVS BUCKS on my receipt for ALL items, including those on sale.I am very happy with the Indian trace CVS in Weston!
I’ve been going to this pharmacy and store since they opened they have filled every rx I’ve ever had. I love the store manager she is gracious and helpful always kind.The two main pharmacist Suzan and Sam have always been helpful. However, the help they have hired at the pharmacy is rude and make you wait while they fiddle with putting away rx bags when I was in customer service you take care of the customers first don’t make them wait. The last few times I have been they do not want to help they act angry you are even at theCounter. They are not comparing your scripts like they used to. Word to the wise don’t use the drive thru it’s a long wait. If you pick up a script with out knowing exactly what you are picking up like milligrams (my dr changed mine they filled the old and the new ) you’re stuck with it. Your insurance co will not buy u moreIt’s a long story with them I can’t write it all you’re better off some where else if you haven’t established there
The attention given to the public by the person named Alessandra in the pharmacy is very bad and rude, it is good that no one imitates her and that she does not hurt anyone else.

Absolutely the most inefficient pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. If you have to pick up a rx? Youre waiting 30 minutes in the drive through. Every time. Their excuse is covid drive through testing, but my last visit there were none. Still 30 minutes in drive through. Hopefully there are no issues with that rx either, because no one knows whats going on. No one wants to call a Dr. Its simply a headache dealing with them.
After the store remodel the shelves are clean and very easy to fined product the people help you as much as possible
They never answer the phone when I call. Maybe they have cut the staff. Not sure. They used to be good.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I took my father for a COVID test. We had set up an appointment and asked how/what was the procedure the lady, in full PPE, indicated for us to wait in our cars and we would be called up. I began to notice people who arrived after us were being called up and then I asked the person parked next to me and they indicated that they were informed to just go through the drive-thru. The lady was so distasteful and rude to us. If you hate your job that much.... just don’t work there.
Visiting the Minute Clinic and the wait is very long, only one nurse. They should change the name to Hour Clinic if they do not plan on hiring an additional nurse or two.

ON JULY 17, 2020 MONICA LOST MY PRESCRIPTION AND WAS RUSHING ME MOSTLY LIKELY DYING TO CLOCK OUT AT 2PM. DEMANDED FOR MY NAME AND TO CLARIFY WHAT MY PREPSCRIPTION WAS. I HAD TO DRAG MY POOR ELDERLY DAD OUTSIDE TO BRING THE INFORMATION BACK IN THE SCORCHING 91 WEATHER SUPER INCONSIDERATE. I HAD STILL PROVIDED SUFFICIENT INFO (DATE OF BIRTH) BUT WASNT ENOUGH FOR MONICA, HAD SUCH A OBNOXIOUS ATTITUDE DIDNT BOTHER TO GREET ME OR MY ELDERLY DAD AND SHE SAID YOU WILL HAVE THAT SAME PROBLEM ANYWHERE YOU GO. I RATHER GO TO PUBLIX WHERE I KNOW SHOPPING IS A GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS SO MUCH BETTER. I WILL LET CORPORATE KNOW THIS ISSUE HAS TO STOP WITH MONICA ASAP. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM MONICA. Pharmacy needs serious help. The two times that I called about my prescription, I got attitude in addition to what Im pretty sure is discrimination due to the prescription that Im taking. The first time I called, I had to hang up after waiting 10 minutes on hold. In addition, I was told to come pick up my prescription the next day because they are too busy to fill it and its still 2.5 hours to closing time. I havent ever observed this level of incapability from a pharmacy. Im going back to taking my prescriptions to Walgreens where theres better customer service and I dont get discriminated against.

Took an Rx into the store today at 10am to get a price. There was no line, no one in the waiting area and no one waiting in the drive through. I was told they’d have a price for me late this afternoon. That they were busy and couldn’t do it now. Really? I’m sure they were busy filling Rx’s for people not present, but you know what that tells me? That my time isn’t important. They want me to leave the Rx, leave the store, wait for a phone call late in the day and then drive all the way back hours later if the price wasn’t agreeable. Instead of taking the 3-5 mins to run the Rx through and give me a price while I waited they want me to leave and wait until it’s convenient for them to do it. Explained my irritation to the tech who once again stated she’d do it later this afternoon. WTF? I told her I didn’t want to waste the whole day not knowing if I was going to get it filled.
Sent my prescription to this cvs due to proximity. Told me it would be ready at 6:05pm, they close at 6pm. Worst customer service ever will never get another prescription filled here, or any CVS if I can avoid it.
The pharmacy people are always cheerful, helpful and courteous. A couple years ago there was a young man who got me 2 different deals on an expensive prescription drug. One was offered by manufacturer and I cant remember the other, but I was impressed with his knowledge and sensitivity, and he saved me a bunch of money.
Get rid of the whole pharmacy, then try again.
The pharmacy department really needs a serious overhaul the people in that department are all ignorant and don’t want to help with anything, it’s a disgrace
My review is about the Clinic at this facility. If you need to go because of the cold or flu please stay away. I wasted $139.00 on a visit to this clinic because of the cold, the nurse was totally wrong, did more harm than good, prescribed tylenol, nasal spray and some b.s. pills that caused shortness of breath, better pay $120 to see a real doctor at any emergency care than to put yourself in harms way and waste your money.
Ruben at the pharmacy was Incredibly rude and insensitive. My Entire prescription was not There any asked me to step to the side and take care of it myself with my doctor refused to be helpful and try to make the script right

Good CVS location, the pharmacists are helpful just a bit slow, the food and drink options are more plentiful than the closest Walgreens thoufh!

Terrible service to providers. The pharmacist processed rx wrong then when contacted the supervisor instead of correcting problem states we dont know why I cant explain the system but we need the refill anyway and it isnt not due!. get some training for Christs sake! these are your supervisors? wowif we could give you negative 3 stars we would.

This pharmacy is the worst. The orders I put in are wrong most of the times and need to be corrected. The staff is beyond slow even when there is no line. Closest CVS to me or I wouldnt go.

A suggestion the OTS medications are not traceable and those that appear with their label when you arrive at the cashier to pay tell you that they are not OTS so you spend 1 hour selecting what you are going to take and it is a waste of time because it does not exist organization in this regard. In other CVSs there is an OTS medicine-only rack and people already know what they can choose without wasting time.
