Darren, who I believe is the owner, has to be one of the NICEST people I’ve come across in this area. He has patience for every customer that comes in. Whether they need a scan, return an Amazon package, or delivery a gift to a son in another state. I’ve seen it all, people confused with QR code’s, email addresses and more/Darren and his team always remain calm and patient. It’s a rare thing to see these day. I LOVE my ups store!

The best and most efficient UPS store I’ve been to/go to. Rarely a wait- the one time I did wait was a Saturday morning and it couldn’t have been more than 10 minutes with 6 other people in front of me. When I call with a question someone always answers: they’re always friendly and helpful.(I do pre-purchase all my labels and mostly use them for drop off)

We have visited a lot of UPS Stores throughout S Florida especially the Broward area. The top notch customer service and expertise they have is all you need to know and when its time to shop for UPS dropoff location highly recommend these guys and girls.

I have been coming here for many years and this is hands down the best UPS store in my humble opinion in West Broward County. It is easy to get to from all major roads and highways, it well located in a very nice shopping plaza with great parking.The customer service is excellent and yes it can be crazy busy at times, but this alone tells you that they must be doing something right if they are that busy.I have had very very bad experiences at other UPS stores which shall remain nameless, however, here from the moment you open the door, the location is super clean, well-organized and everyone I have dealt with has been super helpful, kind and friendly.I look forward to many more visits!

Understand no masks during this pandemic due to health reasons...but it is never ok to call another customer service representative retarded.. decided not to help me when I asked him not to use the R word as it is rude and insulting... Have used this store for years..will never go back

Poor customer service from the start. Rude associate. Actual ship charges were $12.00 higher than originally quoted. Could not explain why the rate was so much higher less than 24 hours later. $97.00 to ship one medium size box regular ground. The associate that helped me,Sol, did not seem to know what he was doing.Will avoid this location in the future.

They dont care about anyone at this business please go somewhere else.. Very rude and cranky they wont print out a simple label .. I saw 5 star reviews and thought it would be a good place If you like bad customer service and like to spend money on labels go here .. Ive been to plenty of UPS stores and never had any issues.. Im afraid to even leave my package at this place, Do your research

Everyone working at this store (morning shift and afternoon shift) are super kind and considered... I had to make some copies of my Missing Dog flyers to share around, and very nicely they made me a bunch of copies for no charge... thanks to those flyers a couple of neighbors were able to call me when they saw my dog and we were able to get to her in the community nearby... Thanks guys!!!

They helped us with a large shipment, and it was the best UPS experience weve had! Such nice staff, great rates and very easy process. I couldnt suggest this place more!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this store and the management because they truly deserve more. They print all the paperwork I need for my office from posters, flyers, you name it. They always provide exceptional service. I have never had any bad experience with them and they go out of their way to make sure their clients are happy.

For years now this is family owned and operated. I like that! All the staff is knowledgeable and exceedingly friendly. I trust them with all my packages.

I read the 2 negative reviews and I am so surprised. I really like this store, both owners Sol and Darren are very nice and really accommodating. I am a Real Estate Broker so I visit the store often for document shipping and notary services and in the 7+ years I have been going there I have always received excellent service from them and their staff.

Worst customer service!! if i could give this review zero stars i would, first off the second i walked into the store i was greeted by a employee named Sol (who i then realized was the owner) from the second i walked in he was very strange i felt like he was flirting with me, he also tried to get very touchy feely. I am no way into this!! and think this behavior should be addressed!!!

What a shame that this store has such an unhappy manager making examples of patrons -his exact words about me for basically waiting patiently. As I walked into the store, I saw that 4 people were already either being help or waiting to be, so I stood off to the side where I was visible and patiently waited my turn. I only wanted to make sure that they were still waiting for their Fedex to pick before I gave them my packages, and was in no rush. I visit this store maybe once every 6 months because we have a daily ground pickup at my work, so on occation I have to drop off if its missed. When it was my turn, I asked and confirmed that their pickup had not come yet, from a nice young man, and gave him my packages and turned to leave. As I was walking out I hear the older gentleman, whom I assume was the manager comment that he was, making an example out of her, meaning me. Apparently he assumed I was cutting everyone to drop off. Every inch of the counter was being used when I came in the store, and honestly no real line was formed, so like I said, I stood off to the side where I was visible, and waited. I just walked out and ignored him, but was shocked, that he found it necessary to treat me as such for mearly waiting patiently. In reality, I never noticed the example he was trying to make. He also might want to consider making rude comments about his patrons AFTER they have left his store and well out of earshot so that rating like this dont happen, but thats just my opinon.Sincerely,Patient Line Cutter

We waited 20 min today and I left because the store did not open as scheduled, there was 2 ladies and one said that this is common.
