There were very good as I drove from the east coast to the west coast.needed oil change and they were very nice and quick.

Took my car in for diagnostics. They werent able to find any readings on the computer of why it wouldnt start the couple times. My bill was less then half of what I thought it would be being a hybrid.Every employee I interacted with in the service dept was so friendly.As recommended, I will keep a journal to see what else is going on if it happens again. Every time we go in for service I feel like they are trying g to screw us over. I do not trust Coos Bay Toyota and feel they try to take advantage of people. Our last service they said we needed to replace our axle shafts, on a Rav4 with 30,000 miles on it. Before that it was brakes, before that it was an oil change every 5,000 miles. This is the last vehicle we will buy from them.

Sadly today was not my best experience. I have been leasing vehicles for 7 years but today mistakes were made and I waited2 1/2 hours with no update for a routine service appointment. The dealership was busy and the service writer apologized profusely but it still was unsettling.

NEW $50,000+ car and they dont clean the sticker glue off the windshield. Windshield was damaged by THEIR sticker, and service department says I can take it to a local detail shop (at my expense) and see if they can fix it.
