After being Shanghaied by Jim at Ashworths this fine morning after getting permission to have my vehicle there up to 24hrs but not to exceed that time frame. I just bought it, ran fine but all of the sudden it didnt start, after buying goods from ashworths because prefer to support our local business man that takes care of their employees and his customers. After buying a used car on Craigslist and having NUMEROUS issues I decided to try and find a new-used car. We found expert towing and auto, they were happy to help find what i was looking for, even though i didnt have thousands to spend and had a tight schedule because of work. When my family and I got stranded in Ophir, Expert Towing was dispatched to us for roadside assistance. They were backed up on calls, but accommodated us, so we didnt have to wait for the tow. Expert towing went above and beyond what a towing company does. Due to a horrible situation with my insurance company for our RV, my family and I were left stranded at a camp ground and we didnt have any more time to stay. Expert towing not only helped us make it home safely but made sure that it was an enjoyable experience. The tow truck driver was extremely polite and even allowed my son to sit in the big rig toe truck. The staff are all professional but also have the biggest hearts. I highly recommend this tow company to anyone. They also will work with you on payments unlike alot of other companies.

I had the most wonderful experience with Expert Towing today. I had to get my Airstream towed all the way from the coast to the Rouge Valley. It was obvious that Sharon gave me a very great deal right off the bat, without me even asking.They told me that the tow truck would arrive within 45 minutes and he was early and cheerful. Such a nice fellow! Mike is amazing at what he does and we had a fantastic experience with him hauling our Airstream. He even blew his big truck horn for all the kids when he dropped it off for us.We will be forever grateful and this will be the company we use from now on!

I reached out to this company in need of a trailer to be towed from Coos Bay to Eugene (quite the trip) hoping to be done within the same week. I asked if they could send someone down to take a look at it and let me know what I need to do to get it travel ready. He (Sean) asked me to take pics of the tires and send them to him, and he would reach back out to me later.3 hours go by and I havent heard anything. So I call back in to check on the status. I was told he had my information written out on his desk (my information was confirmed with the lady I spoke with) and he would reach out to me soon. 2 more days go by and I STILL hadnt heard anything. I felt this was extremely unprofessional. No text, no call, no update. Just ghosted. So I reached out to another company and in 20 minutes they sent some one out to take a look at it and were even able to tow it the next day!I was very upset with Expert Towing especially seeing all of the good reviews left for this company. But I highly suggest not reaching out to them if you are in need of a towing service.

Great company, found this place through a mutual friend who also purchased a car from Expert. They did not disappoint. I told the sales manager my budget, he was more then happy to show me all of the cars in my price range. They have a nice variety to choose from. Would defiantly recommend.

Sharon is absolutely fantastic, especially if you only have liability insurance she will fight for you to get covered. She was so helpful after my accident. The only person you should call in coos Bay if you are in an accident. She fights so your insurance pays her, not you. She had her mechanics look at my car for FREE just to make sure it was safe to drive. I am so thankful.

I was in a bind looking for an inexpensive car as I had blown a head gasket on my vehicle. On a whim I decided to visit Expert towing. I was greeted by a smiling Sharon who was super friendly and patient. She took the time to show me several vehicles. It took me awhile to make a decision, but she was incredibly patient the entire time. When I finally decided, she didnt just hurry through paper work. Great towing company. My car wouldnt start yesterday and from the time I called them it was only about 20 minutes before they showed up and another 20 before they had my car loaded and delivered to my mechanic. From their office people to their tow truck drivers they were all very polite, friendly, and professional.

Called a local tow company (I wont include their name) and they not only charged me an outrageous amount but also PUT A DENT IN MY TRUCK! After deciding to go another route I ended up calling Expert Towing and Sharon came and towed my truck, charged me a very reasonable price and didnt cause any damage! I had lost the keys to my Infiniti and had to order new fobs and keys from the closest dealer. They came in at 6:55 Wednesday evening via an overnight carrier not gonna say who but my car had to be towed to the local locksmith. Shawn with Expert towing and Sharon Baldridge came to my rescue.
