Clerks were not helpful solving my issue at all. I ended up figuring out a solution days later. Definately switching cell phone providers
Had to get away from T-Mobile. Glad I decided to go with US Cellular, Lily was so helpful. I didnt realize US Cellular had grown so that it can compete with those industrial, big name carriers. I was able to purchase the brand new Moto G Power at a great price, too
My reason for a 1 star rating is the Supposed 5G Super Fast Data this cellphone network company is advertising which is Bogus. I got the New Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Ultra Note, about 2 months or so ago and the Super Fast High Speed 5G Data has been Non-Existent. When I watch YouTube, I cant even use Phones Video Quality to its Full Potential. I have to keep it in 480p, just to keep ANY Video from loading, every 10 seconds. The sole reason I wanted this phone was because of its ability to Smoothly handle 4K 2160p Video quality and run without having to load. It even happens on Videos that are a little over 1 minutes long. I had T-Mobile, when I lived up in Washington State, 2 months ago and though they are a Terrible Cell Phone Company, at least I could watch YouTube in High Quality, WITHOUT it having to load, AT ALL. This is a Brand New Phone so it SHOULD NOT have Blatantly, Annoying issues such as the Main One I am having, right now.
I love their service and phone choices! I will never ever use any other phone company
My trip today was way more painless than the first time! The Aaron helped us and he listened to what we wanted and was able to get it done and got us out the door in less than 20 mins! I wouldnt recommend going to this one unless you deal with Aaron!

I was locked out of my galaxy tablet and Aaron and the woman at US Cell in Coos Bay, OR helped me with a factory reset and a re-load of data. The people at U.S.Cellular are heroes in my book.

This place was very nice. Very friendly staff! I was using around 3 months US cellular and ok it is fast. But they dont work in too many places and also they are so expensive and they are not clearly with the bills. They have too many hidden fees. I dont recommend this. Now I made switch to other company who is pretty much better and doesnt have hidden fees.
Never have any issue with us cellular. Everyone who works there is friendlyMO is the best imo.😊

Went in top transfer a phone from my names to my moms. The employee was very helpful but unfortunately ran into a problem none of us knew how to fix. Their database showed phone as active when it was not. The only thing the employee could think of is that because my moms old phone was/is with US Cellular through Walmart, they thought maybe it was caused by Walmarts database. Recommended us to talk to Walmart and see if we can get it fixed up through them.
