I called the pharmacy and got the ringer for a few seconds, then heard someone pick up and then immediately put me on hold. I was kept there for about 10 minutes without anyone picking up again. When someone calls a pharmacy, theyre expecting to be helped about their current or possible prescriptions, and sometimes it can be very serious. I chose to hang up and call again, then the phone was answered in a normal timing, which indicates that they most likely just forgot about the call. I understand if its really busy there, but the pharmacy isnt normally very busy this close to closing hour and the fact that my second call was picked up pretty quickly shows that it was probably not a super busy time. It may have been a coincidence that it happened this way but I should at least have been asked to hold for a short time before being put there. Instead, I received not a word.

I called cause i could not get online to order med`s and i did not have the rx number and my friend thru his bottles away and the lady was so rude to me and said she could not help me. yes she could of all she had to do is put in his name and birthdate and she could order them that way. they did it for me once before. this lady just did not want to take the time to help me. the whole store of workers suck with helping anyone. thank God i am moving and i wont have to go to this walmart ever again. now this site is making me give a star to post this. REALLY!!!

Busiest pharmacy in Coos Bay but the workers always make sure you are satisfied and your prescriptions are correct. I have been going here for 10+ years and I havent had any issues with them. The lines can get long but they always send more people out to help get them down. Pharmacists and workers are always really friendly.

Asked pharmacist a question he was rude and did not help me

Took over 1 1/2 hours to fax over a copy of a prescription to Walgreens two blocks away, with 4 calls from the pharmacist and 2 from me!!!!

They have given me half of my prescriptions twice now and Ive had to go back there to get it made right. Im tired of them making this mistake, the meds are important for me to get all at once since Im on a very limited income and cant afford to keep going up there to get problems fixed.

From the pharmacist to the manager.... worst service ever! This is the 3rd time this Wal-Mart has messed up! Twice I have been given the wrong medication, since I take Kadian... in the morphine family. They gave me morphine sulfate which I cannot take, again!! And the manager of the dept. tried to blame my doctor! She was so rude!!! And her attitude was far from acceptable!!! Took 5 days to fix!! Done with them!!!

It is hit or miss at this pharmacy hence the 3star...I recommend you always follow up on your with them when you have to get a new refill authorization from your doctor.

Worst pharmacy I have ever used. Line of customers waiting, clerks standing around talking. My sister has been trying to get my meds four 4 days, keep saying they never got the script, dr. office has proof they sent. NERVER GING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Everytime I get a new script filled here they always have problems with my insurance. I have trillium through oregon health plan, so I dont know what their deal is.

Horrible service! Tried to get my husbands diabetic medication and the pharmacy kept claiming they never received anything..... My doctors office called three times before they admitted to receiving the prescription. Huge run around that took 6 hours!!!! Very frustrating!!!!
