Awesome service and results. I brought them a totally dead (waterlogged) iPhone and they brought it back to life so I can get the data (pics) and use as a backup. Some features (face recog) not working...but Im very happy for a relatively reasonable price! As they investigated the issues, they updated me on estimated price and timeline. Second time they fixed a family phone for us. Very nice people too! I would use them again!

Wow! Talk about service!I’m always super wary about these “phone repair” places but I needed my Samsung phone screen repaired and wanted to call around for the best deals.Hitech Wireless is new to the area (they moved from their 7-year Coppell brick and mortar) and when I called, they offered me prices at LEAST 1/4 LESS than everyone else!! On top of that, the owner even offered to pick up and drop off my phone! I ended up visiting them at the store in Music City Mall (upstairs across from the food court) and I was beyond impressed by the repair, their knowledge AND their service! These people are truly genuinely caring and wonderful!They went above and beyond for me and I paid wayy less for the repair! I will be telling everyone about them!

Wife’s IPhone Charging port wasn’t working. They were able to fix it in about an hour. Very reasonable price too.

I stopped in the AT&T store in the same shopping strip to inquire about replacing my iPhone battery. They wanted to sell me a new phone more than help with my battery. They said because I had no insurance on the phone that it would cost $200 to take the back off and another $257 for the battery. Luckily, I saw HiTech on the way out of the parking lot. They gladly tested my iPhone and found the battery to be in good shape and recommended not replacing it yet. THANK YOU for you honest service. Ill be back!

These guys went out there way to help me get my phone situation sorted out when the metro store wouldnt. I bought the Note10+5G from them for an unbelievably good deal compared to everyone else. Seriously though super nice guys and really helpful. I will gladly drive out of my way from North Fort Worth to this store for their service and products.

Sam and his staff were very friendly. Christopher Jones wrote a review below which is accurate so I will not repeat it. I am going to give them 4 stars. I would have given him 5 stars for friendliness and because they are a small business. However, I was quite suprised when Sam called and repeatedly told me to have my husband fix a review that honestly stated my experience with the company (although 1 star was extreme).That being said, Sam will give you good customer service, and will attempt to diagnose a phone problem for free. I highly recommend them to fix a telephone screen or replace a battery. Sam took his time to drive and get a part he believed was needed and did not have. No large company (or chain) would do that.

I wouldnt recommend. They did an ok job. I had them replace my screen and volume buttons on my Iphone 10 xs after it was dropped in pool. When I picked it up, it seemed to work as expected and after 1 week it still works for the most part. At random times the screen goes white in which I just put phone to sleep and its back. Other times the screen zooms way in and I have to turn phone off and back on. Also sometimes the screen just does what it wants, turns off what Im watching or opens up random apps. So yes better then it was which wasnt working but I think I would of rather have spent the extra money and had Apple do it right. Also my battery life is 1/3 of what it was. I dont know if they did something to the original battery or the after market parts they put in the phone drain the battery way faster then designed. I wouldnt go back.

I thought I had a shattered screen - Turns out all I needed was a new screen protector and a better phone case. I could have been taken advantage of, but I was not and left for less than $50 - it could have been $270 instead. That is integrity. When I need my next phone or accessory, Ill be back.

My cell phone battery had developed a bubble and was causing the backing to separate out as well as lose use of the on/off button. They were able to get me a new battery that same day and repaired it back to full working condition . Thank you!!!

Excellent, straight-forward service

Ive had one other experience at a cell phone repair place and it was AWFUL, so walking into this place, I was already skeptical. But I told Sam about the issue I was having with my phone, the problem was the charging port. The phone wouldnt charge unless the charger was put in very carefully, left in a specific position, completely untouched, turned off and even then it would charge verrrrrrry slowly. After we figured out the model number of my phone, he told me that he would order the part for me, and the cost of everything would be $65. I have a Sony Xperia. I called Sony and because I was 5 weeks outside of my warranty, to repair my phone, they wanted $120 and I wouldnt have a phone for 14 business days.The part came in not even 2 full days later, Sam called me immediately after receiving it. I dropped my phone off at 2pm. He was done fixing it 90 minutes later. My phone now works like new. HiTech Wireless and its owner are the epitome of professionalism and exquisite customer service. If you want someone to do a job efficiently, quickly and for a reasonable price, go see Sam. I wish Id gone to see him the first time I needed my phone repaired.Thanks again, Sam!

Talk about an unusual circumstance - my husband and I both dropped our phones on a Friday evening and cracked the screens. I took my iPhone to the Apple store and was advised that it would be about $160 to fix and its not guaranteed that it will be fixed. I took it to Sam at Hitech Wireless and it was fixed in about 2 hours..Done!!My husband has the Nexus phone which is very difficult to fix. I went to fix my phone they charged me a low price. They gave me a student discount which made a difference on the price. They told me the approx time 45 minutes but they took 15 minutes. They even offered me a free tempered glass. I would highly recommend this place!!
