These guys are great, I have a new truck with 145 miles and needed the tires and wheels swapped out along with the TPMS sensors. So a total of 8 wheels, unmounted, sensors swapped, tires remounted and balanced, reinstalled on the vehicle all in 20 minutes. Wow. The team work was outstanding, watching these guys work was like they had practiced this exact job a million times. The dealership that was scheduled to do it was so confused about what I needed.

I love discount tire, theyre a fantastic company. But the copperas cove Texas location could use some help with energy and hustle in their steps. No sense of urgency from some, I was in the bay for my 1:30 appointment at 2:20. Pricing is fair but if I have to wait the same amount of time as a walk in then whats the 30% time reduction calculated at in putting it in online ?

I came in with a picture and information of the tire that I wanted and they looked it up and got the correct size for my vehicle I mean very helpful and knowledgeable...

Took my car in for an issue with my tire. Pedro was able to help me out. I didnt have an appt. just walked in, he was able to get my car on the lift with in 5 minutes, and fixed the problem. Thanks again!!

Another outstanding customer service experience with this location. They were very busy and still was able to get two tires installed on my van very quickly. I ordered and set my appointment online and I was there 15 mins before my appointment and out the door 30 minutes later.

Very helpful and fast. I ran over a screw and happen to be driving by when the tire started going low. From the time I got to the register, the cashier checked me in gave me a time and Logan came to my window really fast and fixed my tire. I was out way before the time they gave me.

Im on the fence on this one... I had a flat and broke my right front rim the other day iand brought my car in to see about a tire and rim. I spoke with a gentleman and we agreed on a price. He had actually talked me into a set of 4, but I didnt tell him. The price was just what I wanted. Unfortunately, I didnt have the time to get them installed, so we scheduled an appointment for later that day. I missed it but came back say day or so later. I spoke with another guy and couldnt get any satisfaction. I went ahead and got 2 tires and 1 rim and payed to much... What was I thinking?!? Worst part was I took my old tires and rim and told the guy I was. He still charged me for disposal even after we discussed it. I was charged for another thing that we discussed and was told I wouldnt be changed for..

Always have a great experience no matter what location Ive been too. Always super friendly and attentive and super quick to get you back out on the road asap. Definitely recommend doing business with these guys.

I had all 4 of my jeep mud tires replaced and had indicated that I wanted to keep the 4 that came off to use for yard projects. 2 of the 4 tires were mistakenly taken away for disposal and so they offered to replace the 2 old ones with brand new ones at no charge, and of course I accepted. Even though it was somewhat chaotic, they did a really good job. I am very pleased with their service.

Well, I wasnt planning on dropping $2600 today, but my wife text me while I was at the counter and said to also get new rims while I was there. Service was professional and fast as always. Ive purchased tires from Discount for as long as I can remember, and always go with the Certificates.They were within the guidelines for this Chinese biological weapon, that 99.8% of people survive, and I appreciate that they were not bothering the person I saw without a mask sitting away from everyone else.

Copperas Cove discount tire was worth the drive, we are from killeen, they got us right in and the customer service was outstanding, so polite. Trent did an awesome job dealing with us, then when we came back to get the caps on Willie installed them and was very polite and did a great job.

Every time I come here now they mess up in some way. This time they only rotated my driver side tires. Then once they rotated them and brought the car out again I noticed my front tire looked low. Upon checking it only had 18 psi in it.

Josh was very helpful in trying to get my tire fixed and replaced. The actual time it took to repair was quick and the price was half off compared to the local competition that I called.

Service was excellent and completed quickly. Employees were polite however they were not enforcing the mask regulations, and though employees were wearing masks some of them were not wearing them correctly leaving their mouth and nose exposed.

I used to be impartial towards all discount tire dealers, but let me assure you the discount part if their name does not mean they sacrifice quality and impeccable customer service. I came here to get a Walmart tire repaired and they did not charge me a penny! That is a courtesy service for them! Unbelievable! This will be my new tire center from now on! Highly recommend them.

I loved the service and it did not take long. But a few days later when washing my car I noticed that my original air screw cap had not been put back on. It was replaced with a black cap instead of the chrome one and now I have 3 chrome and 1 black.

Honestly the best Discount Tire I’ve been to. I just moved here and needed new tires badly. But I’ve always been weird about going to any used tire or small tire shop. So I found discount tire here. I was so skeptical only because I’ve always had such bad experiences with any Discount Tire I’ve gone to. This location was beyond amazing. I had an appointment at 11 ( I’ve usually always made appointments before hand but still end up being there for 2 hours min.) and these guys got me in and out by 11:15.
