We have been Tumi clients for over 10 years now and we have had terrible experiences with the Tumi stores at Aventura Mall & Dadeland Mall. However, hands down to the Merrick Park Store. John Eltaktouk (the manager) went beyond to assist us with headquarters with a situation we had with a return made in this store. We had the best customer service experience in this Tumi Store in all these years! Do not hesitate to shop at this store, please make yourself a favor an avoid Aventura Mall & Dadeland Stores and just to Merrick Park and ask for John you will not be disappointed!!

Outstanding store manager who went the extra mile to solve an administrative problem with a TUMI voucher. A great product with great customer service, what else!

If I could give zero stars, I would. NEVER buy Tumi luggage. You overpay for the bags because of the warranty. Well, the warranty is bogus. I sent my bag back after 2 years of VERY LIGHT travel, it was never checked, only to be told it was out of warranty. It would cost $240 to repair my $400 carry on that needed new wheel assembly, new bumpers, and new side handle. I will be happy to by Travel Pro who stands behind their product. DONT BUY TUMI !!

Fantastic, came in with a broken international carry-on handle and they fixed it on the spot. Had my dog in tow and they where great with him joining me in the store while they fixed my baggage right in front of me. Great people, great product.
