Its a nice shop for all kind of perfumes but even after discounts they offer, they are a little higher than other big stores like Macys which is just next door. The salesperson are polite and are a real help in selecting the right fragrance for you. The shop is well laid out and inviting.

Great variety and reduced prices, excellent service

Very disappointed in the customer service. I was a potential buying customer because I already knew what I wanted and was ready to buy. It would have been an easy sale. However there was a woman in there who was more engaged with her phone conversation than to see what a paying customer wanted. I waited 5 minutes for her to get off the phone I timed it so finally I said I guess she doesn’t want my business and left and when to Macy’s where I purchased the perfume that I wanted. I paid more Im sure but I value customer service over everything. I’m a business owner I would be very angry if one of my employees ignored a paying customer that long. I will say she did hold her finger up indicating 1 moment but that moment turned into 5 mins. Customer Service rules: always see how you can help the customer in front of you first because most likely they are in there ready to purchase. The person on the phone politely put them on hold or offer to give them a call back. She could have said do you know what you like and I would have told her and it would have been a very fast transaction. I probably won’t stop in that perfumania anytime soon and I know I won’t be going in if I see her. I’m only commenting so the owner can see what’s going on in their store. It appears to be nice store with great selections but unfortunately I never got the chance to experience what they had.
