We were out of town and got a flat tire that we needed repaired. The employees were very helpful and friendly. They fix the tire great and even got our truck in earlier than they said they would.

It took them 2 hours to change the oil of my car and one other person. Why did it take so long? Great question.

Dont do business with these folks. Lady at counter was slow and not knowable.Make sure you go through what they charge because they add all sorts of stuff and made my bill $100 more than we talked.

I couldnt use them because they never answered their phone (I tried 9 or 10 tomes over the course of 2 hours), and dont live right close so I wasnt about to drive all that way just to find I couldnt get in, even tried the store so they could transfer me over in hopes that someone would answer but the store didnt even answer...which is why I say not professional, a professional would answer the dang phone,

Went 1 hour prior to the closing time still didnt do the oil change. They do not pick up the call.

Bought a tire of wallmart. Com, used their online tool to make sure it was correct and when I picked it up and tried to have them mount it for me they told me it had the wrong speed rating. I ended up paying a shop as much as I payed for the tire in the first place just to have someone else mount it. Rediculous.

Only difficulty was getting the front desk to answer to put the call to the department.

Quick inexpensive oil change

Took 3 hours for a standard oil change and a tire rotation. Everyone kept leaving on lunch and there is no sense of time management. Was first one in too. No one understood the computer system either. Never had such terrible service

Took nearly 2 hours just to mount and balance 4 tires it takes me 10 minutes when I worked for Goodyear tire

Don’t call this place they never open or have time for you takes them two hours fro a set of 4 tires and can’t fit you in

Had a great experience with the auto dept at the local WalMart. Had a car battery installed, left that morning and vehicle would not start. Called WalMart and Miquel drove to my location got the vehicle started. Cant Thank him enough. They do service what they sell.

Went to ascertain warranty on 4 tires. I got the impression I wasntgoing to get any satisfaction! Will return next wk. with records to prove I had multiple balances & rotations. So far it looks like Ill be getting my tires from Midas from now on.

Not really happy with my service here. Asked for a single tire rotation and noticed I got charged for the life of the tires. Staff wasnt that friendly either.Id say look closely at what they charge you for and see if it matches what you asked for. Or better yet, find another option.

Always good customer service. The wait times are terrible as always, but thats any Walmart you go to. Got some shopping done, they called me when it was finished, and we headed home. The crew is always great. Just wish Walmart would allow more than one mechanic to be on duty during the day. 3 hours! 🙄

Darnell in service was great, today things were very chaotic in service area due to some call ins and they were getting flooded with walk ins. everyone there was very professional and courteous, including joe the manager. They handled our problem with very little issue and we were on our way. A+++++

Don’t go until they get a new employee at the counter.Went two days in a row to get a tire replaced.- Day 1(Saturday) Didn’t even attempt to get service done due to employee being EXTREMELY rude to other customers.- Day 2(Sunday) *Same Employee* Started great. Was told half hour or less. Shopped for about 45mins and came back after my name was called. Paperwork was ready and was getting ready to finish and my stuff wouldn’t pull up. That same employee walked up and said they haven’t even started. At this point it has been an hour. Again the employee was super rude. She told the lady that was helping me that she originally told me it was going to be more than an hour. Again she was super rude to the customers she was helping. Grabbed my tire and left.

I had a high mileage oil change - which includes all fluids and systems checks. I went in planning to make an appointment, but they were able to take care of my car immediately. I also had a number of questions regarding auto products in their isles. The technician gave thorough, helpful, and price conscious answers.

Just came in for an oil change. Everyone was were super friendly. Doors were open right at 7am

Showed up at 6 PM, and the center closes at 7. Took 10 minutes of waiting in line to even be acknowledged and was then told it was too late for them to do an oil change. Did not offer any other options or suggestions, just walked away saying they cant fit us in.

A longer wait, but the staff is friendly and the price is fair for the service provided.

I give five stars to the mechanics, but that ghetto service writer that works in the morning needs to be terminated. Given me attitude

I’m 17, and got my first flat tire On the highway, and was crying and nervous. After putting on my cars spare, I got to Walmart to get my tires changed, and they helped me relax and I walked me through the process and gave me the lowest rate I could get and we’re very fast about it. Very polite and professional people.

Normally, decent service here. Today though was completely different. We arrived at 11:05 and was told 2 hours for an oil change. We brought a second car at 11:15 and was told 2.5 hours so I said no thanks, just do the first vehicle. At 3 hours of waiting, I asked how much longer because I had seen 3 cars come in that werent there when we arrived. He said mine was next and that he told us 3 hours. I said then why did you tell us 2.5 for the second one and about 3 people after us 2.5 hours before he started telling additional people 3 hours. He told me I was wrong and that he had a log of when people arrived. When I checked out I asked to see the log and they said they couldnt do that and again told me it was supposed to be 3 hours. It took 3.5 hours and was told that we were wrong over and over.

Mary is a delight to work with! She really knows her stuff about tires, and shes funny. If shes working, I recommend getting in with her. Good at answering questions and steering you in right direction for tire purchases.

Waited.for an hour and a half for 2 tires, WITH AN APPOINTMENT MADE THE DAY BEFORE! Had to come back within first 15 minutes of driving because the balancing was not done AT ALL. No compensation for missed work, orspoiled groceries.

The guy was super helper with my online order that somehow got lost in the system throughout the day. He got me my tire and did what he could to squeeze me in to get it installed even thought they were crazy busy.

Affordable? Yes. Family oriented? Definitely NOT! Was told an hour and a half wait for tires and oil change. Its been over 2 and a half hours now. The waiting room is like a sauna and smells like pee. There is no form of entertainment other than magazines. Even so, I think I might as well just go else where and pay an extra 100 or so for a wait time that is far less than half of what Ive already waited. And I did call ahead of time, and was never informed the wait time or that it would be nearly this long, other wise I would have waited to go elsewhere.UPDATE: a year later I decided to give them another go. DO NOT bring your car here. It has only gotten WORSE. The first time was a 3 hour wait. I got here at 10:30am....it is now 2:30 and they have not touched my car as of yet and told me it’ll be another 1-2 hours before they get to mine. 2 hours okay. 5-6?!?! Outrageous. This is the las time I will be returning. I was able to sway one gentleman who they lied and said his wait would be 30 mins, when mine is still 2 hours?! Oh, and they told me they wouldn’t touch my car if I didn’t buy 4 tires - because mine were in horrible shape. I was at Firestone the previous night and was told my tires are fine, they’d suggest new ones in the near future but nothing detrimental. Walmart made it sound like the wires were showing and because of “liability” they can’t do service on my car and let me drive off with tires like that. I have no words for how horrible this place is.

This place by far the worst of them. The workers are lazy and have a clue about what they are doing. 4 hours for a oil change.. manger takes a hour or longer lunch break and people been waiting for hours

Ive been here few times to get my oil change l.. customer service is horrible, and last time I went they told me they werent doing anymore oil changes that day, this was an hour half before they close.. they had only one car in the garage and wasnt any cars waiting..

We got out or tires balanced for free. They couldnt find the receipt at first and that is what took the longest.

Very difficult to get in and out quickly (no appointments), but their prices are unbeatable. This is definitely the most affordable place to get quality tires for my car.

Dont bother calling the store or the automotive department nobody ever answers the phone.

Turned me away because they said I had water in my engine. Went and got it serviced else where and they said nothing was wrong with my car AND they did the oil change. Yeah, they dont seem to know what they are talking about

Waited two and a half hours just to have two tires put on which should take around thirty minutes. only to have them tell me my rim was bent. I purchased the tires bought a new rim and took them to a professional. only reason i was so angry was because i was told initially that my wait time was an hour.

I got there, they pulled my car in and then the guy that was working on my oil change went to break.....an hour and a half later it was finally done.
