It is nice to shop here, but its is true that no one store is the same as the other to locate what you need.

Very good location and helpful customer service! My Costco credit card was taken, and I drove to this location for help. When the customer service agent Logan found out I was tracking from other state, he not only recorded the incident in Costco system but also walked extra miles to connect me with the Visa and explain the situation. I got my new Visa card within two days and was able to continue my trip. Really impressed and appreciate Logan’s help.

Its a whole sale purchase quantities are large. Products are good cheap and tested also keep getting deals. I love it

Costco is constantly changing what they have in store. It is the perfect store to keep coming back to because you never know what you are going to find. I especially like the Costco in Coralville because they have covered parking.

Costco is great, discount on gas alone more than makes up cost of membership. $4.99 rotisserie chickens and $1.50 hot dogs/soda are also great. Employees are nice and helpful. Comparable in price to Sams but you feel better shopping here.

I was delivering water full truck load . Overnight parking, they came out to truck n grab paperwork early morning.Fast unloading.

Big store and must have a membership to shop here. I went with my son who is a member. Lots of stuff here. Some pretty good deals. I dont think it is close enough to my place that I would get my money back in savings for the cost of the membership though. But thats just me.

Always fun and great options! Bulk buying can save you money, plus you save on gas as well. Just get the executive account and let your friends come with you, because you can bring a friend. Then get all that sweet money back at the end of the year. Great deal

We just went for the first time with two kids which was a wreck. And when we were leaving the man Lyle at the door asked why my oldest was upset. It was just late and dinner time. So he drew her a happy face on the back of the receipt because she needed to be a happy person. Because of that interaction I will Forsure be switching from Sams club to Costco. Dr. Aria and staff at Costco optical give outstanding service and care! My 12 year old son was recently fitted for contacts. Dr. Aria was not only patient, but encouraging, funny, and enthusiastic in showing him how to insert his contacts. She is not only the best Opthamologist we have ever seen, but perhaps demonstrated the best service we have ever had anywhere! Looking forward to our follow up visit with her and her staff,(Matthew, I think), who was also exceptional. What a unique experience! Also, I would like to give props to Jacob A. He set me up with my membership. He was cheerful, informative and efficient in getting me started with the Costco experience. We need more people like Jacob. 👍

Love that the parking lot is inclosed from the cold and rain and snow. We got in and out fast friendly staff.

Their parking leaves something to be desired. While I appreciated that it is covered, when it is busy parking in handicap spot is very difficult. Because of the bottleneck of people it is slow and dangerous.It was too warm in the store.I like this Costco better than sand because it is generally cleaner and the employees are friendlier and seem generally more knowledgeable.

Tyler runs a great operation and the covered parking is a huge plus. The store is always clean and organized well.

The employees were very nice. I have never seen a Costco with indoor parking. It was great during this 90 degree day.

What can we say about Costco that most people don’t already know, the couple of things that set this one apart is the covered parking lot attached to the store, which in Iowa is a really nice addition and makes the shopping experience better as you can stay dry when the weather is nasty. The second thing is the people, Iowa nice is definitely in full display at this Costco helpful and friendly, especially the people that are at the optical counter.

What can I say...but I love Costco. Esp. That no matter what I buy there, its alaways quality. Weve never had a problem. Best of all the parking facility is inside so a person is always protected from the elements.

They have stuff today that they were out of last week. Uncrustables. Nature’s Bakery Fig bars. My favorites!

Incredibly disappointed in the service and staff I have interacted with. I do not like to post on social media or online without first trying to remedy the issues with the store. We were looking for an item from the bakery. Unfortunately in order to receive the item we wanted we were required to come into the store to make the request. The down side for us is that we live 1hr and 15min from the store. We were willing to drive this far to purchase the items we were in need of but to drive that twice was asking a lot. After trying to work out ways to avoid this travel the staff who we were talking with became very rude. I find it very sad these large retail businesses make it difficult to spend money there and get away with treating customers so poorly.

Been members fro years great savings on glasses for my wife glad they got back to food samples

This place is a black hole. I walked in expecting to get a $5 chicken for supper and walked out with a new wardrobe, lights for the house, new cookware, a muscle massager, and new patio furniture (I dont even own A patio!). To top it off, Im apparently into fitness now as my cart magically became filled with protein bars. Long story short, this place stole my identity and replaced me with someone straight outta my wifes dreams. Avoid at all costs if you dont want to better your life.

We enjoy going to the Coralville COSTCO, roomy and covered parking. Probably the only one in the world with indoor parking.!!!

Love Costco. This specific location has indoor parking, very nice for bad weather. The employees are friendly and great at their jobs. Only wish theyd bring back the turkey provolone melt to the food court.

A large store with any type of items for your home and outdoor spaces. Grocery items with large packages meat, vegetables and canned foods. Membership required. Great for families.

Recently reactivated my Costco card...glad i did. Although i have no children, and usually cook for two... many products sold here are in bulk, but not so much that we cant handle it. Its still necessary to know value, but most things here are pretty good deals. Also, the quality of the products, food or otherwise are very good. I enjoyed the samples, which contrary to other stores, the Costco employees want you to sample plenty. Its a great place to shop, and the Coralville location has indoor parking. The online sales are also good, but other than a car battery, i havent utilized the automotive service shop. Great store with rotating stock and nice employees.

Always have what Im looking for at great prices

I cant believe I pay to stand in the long checkout lines at this location. I have an idea...maybe more workers should be staffed at checkout to reduce crowds rather than walking around and telling people to put their masks on properly. Will not be back or renew membership.

Cosco is always clean and easy to get around in, there wasnt as many customers there, when we were there today- but as we were checking out, I told them of the chicken I bought last time we were there, being over dry, because the heat lamps dried it too much, they proceeded to get the cost removed from my charge, so credit was the solution..I appreciated them doing that for me...thanks

The store does not have a huge variety of groceries. It lacks in all areas except electronics. Definitely not worth paying for a membership of youre looking to use it mainly for grocery shopping. Ill be sticking with Sams Club.Other than that the staff was nice and the enclosed parking garage was really nice

Love this place and it seems it was built inside a airline hangar and the positive of that is covered parking lot so no trudging through the snow or rain while trying to make it back to your car with your overflowing cart of savings. Great job whomever picked this location or designed the building.

I gave this costco 2 stars because everytime I come here costco workers are rude!!! Unfortunately, this is the only costco I can go to, if I had a choice I would go to the costco in perrysburg, ohio. The costco in ohio is the best costco ever!! The staff is unbelievably nice, helpful, and just amazing!! This is what happened today: I had to return an item that was too big for me to carry, so I asked the service desk if someone could help me. The only woman there at the time was very rude! She didnt even greet me, she didnt smile, and didnt call anyone to help me. All she said was go back out and ask one of the guys out there, there are people out there that can help you. Then after I returned my item i needed help at the electronic area, I saw a costco worker in the area. He saw me but didnt ask if I needed help. Then while walking around not one costco worker said hi or smiled!!! Yes, I could have asked for help but my experience with the costco in perrysburg ohio every worker smiled, said hi, and asked if you needed help with anything!! I believe and think that if you want great service go to perrysburg ohio. They follow theTHE COSTCO WAY OF BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO EVERYONE .This costco in coralville needs to change their attitude!! This is Costco people !!! If you cant be nice at least smile or go find another job where you can be rude!!

Where else in the Costco world can you have covered parking inside a huge warehouse! Only known Costco to have it and for our winters its definitely a plus. Wished they get the Kilimanjaro trail mix in again.

This is a typical Costco except it has a HUGE indoor parking lot. Costco enclosed their entire parking lot! Kudos Costco! Particularly nice in the winter when the snow or ice cold wind is terrible.

Stopped by for pizza staff was super friendly. The indoor parking was a huge plus.

Cashiers have started to get really careless with throwing items in the cart. Smashed salmon twice in a row now and fruit thrown around like its made of rubber. Disappointing. Otherwise Costco remains a great place to shop.

Checkouts are congested, especially during Covid-19. Attempted to use self checkouts and was arm to arm with staff who refused to move while having person conversations with either other co-workers or customers. Other than that, store is always clean and stocked.

Great place to buy in bulk. Lines werent bad as they had ample registers open.

They have tunnel vision about the masks. They cant focus on whats important. Its a bit of a misery to shop there. Good stuff tho. They could have 5 stars if they stopped mistreating staff and customers with suffocating mask theory

Always a great experience here, the covered parking garage is great in gloomy weather and the gas is usually $.20-.30 cheaper than anywhere else.

It was okay. Like any place, you need to figure out how much the food items are per ounce to see if it is truly a savings. It is fun walking around and being able to see the workers put stuff together. They had some very affordable coats and shirts today.

Have been a member and shopped at this store for several years, today received the worst customer service at checkout, cashier was rude from the moment we reached her lane. After the horrific experience I called the store manager and shared with him the experience, he was extremely apologetic and ensured me it would be addressed, “you pay to shop here, and should never be treated disrespectfully or rudely” . I agree.

Clean, well stocked, friendly help. Love that there is a roof over the parking area. I did want the strawberry Ensure or Kirkland brand regular nutrition protein drink. Your grape tomatoes are delicious and firm.

I really enjoy shopping at Costco. It is typically not really crowded although there is a lot of people there. Their prices are fair and competitive. The only issue I have had is that their carts are enormous to accommodate the large size of their bulk products. This is great while shopping in their facilities however when you leave and stop at another store the other carts seem so small and it makes me feel like a giant that has recently ventured into the normal people world.
