I was pleasantly greeted by Jane the store manager who heard my tale of woe. I had been trying for four days to clear a jammed boot up and ended up not even accepting a charge. Jane the wonder woman took charge and within a half hour had the phone charged and running like a finely tuned machine. What a blessing this local location is and what a difference compared to talking with the script readers on 611. Good job mobile 1 I was strongly considering Verizon where my wifes account is.!!!!

Since when doesnt a phone store fix your phone?? I walked in to get my screen glass fixed and was told because I dont have insurance they would fix my phone at all not even if I paid the full cost. Awful customer service.

Every time I visit this store I leave happier than the previous time. Bella and her crew are easy to greet and fill the place with an awesome attitude. Bella was able to answer my questions with ease and make my whole visit perfect.

Friendly knowledgeable personell. Ten minutes waiting to speak to someone. Unable to resolve my problem. Called TMobile twice and was told I must go to the store. The store says they cannot do what needs to be done...

I looked at reviews for several T-Mobile stores near me. This one seemed have the best reviews for customer service. I went in and spoke with Harrison. He is very knowledgeable. I am on the fence between a S20 and Iphone. Harrison went over both models with me and we discussed the pros and cons of both.

Since T Mobile bought out Sprint the customer service has gone to the scraps we are going on 23 years customers but will be switching to another cellular provider. We went to the store in Corinth to purchase another phone but were told that not all of Sprint customers were merged yet and she said they didn’t have the phone for Sprint customers yet and didn’t seem to want to get my wife a working phone since her phone wasn’t working or offer to order one.

Excellent service from an excellent crew. The manager Bella was very friendly and patient with my question as well as providing the information I needed.

Unfortunately I cant give a negative star review. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I have a been a T-Mobile customer for 10 years now and looks like i will be changing service due to the horrible service at this location

I took my mother to T-Mobile to see about a replacement phone for her, we spoke to Harrison, a very polite and knowledgeable young man. He showed my mother her options for changing her phone from Metro(which had issues from the purchase). Metro and T-Mobile maybe the same company but the T-Mobile staff have been superior in customer service. I have been with T-Mobile for 13 years. My mother is now on my plan with a new IPhone. Harrison went above and beyond to see she got what she wanted and getting her on my plan.

Aldo and Surely went above and beyond with assisting me! My phone and wallet both was stolen the night before, leaving me with no drivers license. They accommodated my needs and were so sympathetic and patient. I can not say enough good things about the two of them!

I went to our t~mobile store to buy a new phone. My rep was James and he was a joy. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He was polite and courteous. James took he^s time and explained everything. He was great.

Assist manager Miles and Store Manager Surely are phenomenal! They spent one hour troubleshooting my device until they found a solution and got ur fixed,. No I suggest going to this location they genuinely care about customers and g go the extra mije.

My husband was not able to send text messages. It turned out that some apps were downloaded that are similar to computer viruses. Alberto spent about 45 minutes scrutinizing each application figuring out what app culprits were in play. No revenue opportunity for Alberto, just great customer service. So glad T-Mobile opened a location in Lake Dallas! Welcome to the Lake Cities community!

Aldo & Harrison worked through all the complicated issue of an early upgrade on my phone so I could BOGO on 2 S10s. They also helped with adding a line and the purchase of an S4 tablet (at half-price)! These guys know their stuff and will work until its right. Theyre all about customer service.

Store manager told me that, because Im a veteran, if we change the name on our account from my wifes name to mine, we would get a 50% discount on our lines and we would get free Netflix. I made the name change and the cost of two of our lines went up $15 each and the third went up $10. So, instead of getting a 50% discount our three lines increased a total of $40, and no Netflix. T-Mobile makes a big deal in their commercial about giving vets a great discount and instead they screw us.

Harrison is the guy to see he gets everything and efficiently while still having fun. Go see him for all of your telecommunication needs
