Showed up at 955 pm to buy a quick pack of Cigarettes the gas station closes at 10 pm pulled up the guy that was working stood outside smoking a cigarette with his friends told me told me that the gas station was closed I said Hey dont you close at 10 he said yeah but our clock inside is 5 minutes fast I said well thats not my not my problem its not 10 oclock he said sorry and then started laughing and started smoking again with his buddy. I realize now why your rating is under 3 stars. Your morning staff is great nighttime definitely would rather shut down early vs take care of us locals

I love Fast Tracs pizza and their deals. However this specific store has had horrible customer service the last two times I have attempted to order. 1st time I tried to order, they tell me it takes an hour to make a pizza when there was literally nobody in the store, so I tell him never mind as he was too busy outside smoking. Any other store it takes about 20 minutes. 2nd time I come to order he yells out its well over and hour if you are ordering pizza. I stand there waiting for him to take my order as Im willing to wait this time. He let me stand there for 15-20 minutes and then asks me if Im still ordering. I respond Im waiting to place the order. He then tells me I need to go to the register to place the order. Why cant you tell me that in the first place. Im tired of this person trying to discourage me from order pizza from here so he dont have to work. Ive never had an issue with any other Fast Trac. So, off to OIP. They had my pizza ready in 20 minutes.

The attendant is very disrespectful. They close the pumps 10 minutes before they are supposed to close and this is a consistent thing with them. Not the greatest place.

The guy in front of me that was in line was an active military member who was denied a discount even with his service ID. The clerk made some remark under her breath and he snapped calling her a bunch of derogatory remarks and threatened to sue the place. With movie theaters currently closed, this was the best show Ive seen since pre covid. Thanks for the show...10/10, I show up here and get fun and entertaining experiences like this every time

This location has terrible customer service/maintenance. There are seldom any hand towels or hand sanitizer at any of the pump islands. The pumps are often out of receipt paper so you cant get a receipt for your gas purchase without going inside. The windshield squeegees are often out of fluid. They must not care about their reputation. Hopefully Kwik Fill will open a station in this area soon.

I haven’t been here in at least six months, I went in yesterday and the place was spotless and the gentlemen at the counter was very helpful. Definitely a total change from my experience six month ago. GREAT JOB!!!

I really dont like how I was treated by the cashier when I got gas. Was very aggressive towards me! I handed money for gas and coffee. Literally pulled the money from my hand. I understand we have bad days. Im easy going. someone else might not like it.

Love their pizza... hate ordering it online there TWICE I pre-ordered and paid online... the first time I could see the cashier was making it as I walked into the store... today she was making another customers phone in order and was totally clueless that there was an online order... ORDER online at your own risk...

If I could give a lower score I would asst manager Marcus was very rude daughter stopped on way to work to get gas only had a 100 nowhere on any pump was a sign they dont take large bills used her cash card pumped her gas went inside to pay and was told he wasnt going to change it told her she better call someone to make change she called me I went down and he refused to take me debit card said she used a cash card it has to be cash had to go get money and bring it back if they are not going to make change for people at night time they need to post signs so people can see before they pump gas

Stopped in there had a new jersey i.d. and it wouldnt work went across the street to topps it worked fine

Would give zero stars if I could. They are terribly slow and very rude. Tonight we ordered pizza, and like usual we were told it would be 45 minutes, when mind you, it was late at night and they are very slow with business so they have nothing to do. Besides the 45 minute ridiculous wait time, I get there after waiting 50+ minutes to get it, and they had it sitting on top of the oven not cooked! And the sad thing is, its not the first time it has happened. It was at least the 3rd or 4th time! Other times they have giving me a free pizza to basically make up for them doing so. This time nope, full price for a pizza with an hour wait because of their lazy incompetent work ethic. Understandable to forget, nobody is perfect, but come on, 4 times?

I tried to use my member card for the gas discount. It didnt work and had to go in to see the attendant. She was rude and after having me try it multiple times then informed me I was locked out for 24 hours. The woman obviously knew this would happen but never let me know. Very rude.

The workers here are horrible. Im not sure who is doing the hiring but they need their head examined. They are extremely rude and not very smart. I avoid this place because of it. Never thought Id take the time to review a gas station, but just thought i could save someone some time.. this place is a joke.

Ive had many acceptable incounters at this location, but Ive stopped twice this week and been very disappointed. I was told the internet is down and thus the loyalty cards arent working. This wasnt posted anywhere, so I had to wait at the pump to be told I had to go inside and see the cashier, opon going inside I was told about the internet not working, that I would have to use another card, and that even though I had the card I couldnt get the discount. I then gave the cashier another card, ran it and went out to the pump frustrated only to find that I couldnt get it to work. Trekking back in I was told that I had cancelled the transaction and I should have known to just push the type of gas button. I again gave them my credit card, was told emphatically to only push the selection button, and was sent out as if I should have known this the whole time. Making customers who go to the extra effort to use your loyalty program feel stupid when you are having a technical problem is a great way to ensure they will never be back.

Worst Gas in town, used my Debt card 3 times now and realized they charged me a $1.00 PRE AUTH plus full price for my gas. Will by at TOPS same Price BETTER GAS. I think this practice is illegal and am checking into it. DONT USE THEM

If I could rate a negative, I would.They refuse Military I.D., and make derogatory remarks about Service Members.When pulling out of fastrac, make a right, go about a quarter mile, and just after McDonalds on the left is a Mobile station. THIS, and every other, gas station in Corning welcomes Military.

I have given this store 5 times to go in and try to buy something. Everytime I try and go in there they are extremely rude and unprofessional. They need new management and staff!!!

Worst experience Ive had at any gas station. Product in the freal freezer was open and they put caps on them to resell them, as soon as we entered and asked the attendant where the bathroom was she informed us POINTEDLY which one we should be using.

Night manager was rude. Was trying trying to throw away a few things before pumping gas and got told there was a store to throw away our garbage and told us for customers that bought there product not outside trash. Was very rude. Can see why minimum wage workers get a bad rep.

Ive NEVER gotten gas anywhere else but here. The price is always the lowest. But the gas is terrible recently. Must be adding water or something because my car is starting to mess up. A gallon of gas gets used from fastrac to cbc.
