Wouldnt negotiate prices and wanted more for a queen bed than I paid for a king and base combined! Go to San Antonio for a bed, its worth the $1000 discount.

Outstanding service . Our sales person identified as; Donna, she really new her products and was very informative on each one. She really took the time to show all products and explained all in detail. She answered all our questions. We bought a mattress set and the delivery when excellent. Deliver and set up personnel did a great job. The whole experience was pleasant AND MATTRESS FIRM BECAUSE OF DONNA AND THE SERVICE WE GOT, MADE US VERY HAPPY. Thank you all so much!!!!!!!!!

Not sure who the sales lady was but she was super rude. She treated us like we were wasting her time. I thought people in Texas were a lot nicer but so far its not been that way. I took my business elsewhere.

It has many mattresses to choose from, the salesman was very knowledgeable and nice. The only negative was the mattress wasnt delivered when it was supposed to. The delivery people didnt have it on the truck. Not good.

Sales lady needs to keep her opinion to herself. Will not be back her due to her rude pushy comments.. that had nothing to do with us purchasing a mattress.
