My wife and I bought a brand new treadmill here one year ago. It stopped working abruptly. After almost 2 months we have been waiting for parts to be delivered to correct the problem. We were informed that the parts may not ever be delivered due to the pandemic. Joseph general manager told me I could pick out a new treadmill and he would give me $700 Off a new treadmill. So we would have to spend another couple grand to fix this problem. When I said this was probably the worst offer I’ve ever heard of he told me that he’s been doing this for 30 years and he felt that it was a good offer.

Great place.. There equipment is on a professional level.. There customer service was solid

Tried trading in my new magnetic exercise bike. They are hesitant,,,then offer to call me with a trade in value. Been 2 weeks now. My machine bought Dec. Of 19, at Hest, used a total of 1 hour or so. Brand new still, looks like the checks in the mail.
