Driver was always attentive and nice. Occasionally forget a uniform here and there, but its never their fault... When we decide to switch services after our contract expired, they turn around and tell us how they are going to SUE us if we switch. Way to treat a loyal customer of over 5 years. Good luck earning back business if that is how you treat your customers. They left our uniforms here for two weeks at the end and they charged us for no service.

I just wanted to say how pleased we are with Debbie. She has always been on time, worked quickly and always with a smile. It is hard work doing what she does with how hot it is outside, yet she always has a positive attitude and outlook on everything. We really enjoy seeing her every week. She is such a pleasure to be around.

Rudy has been an awesome sales representative. He listens to our needs for uniform repair. He has good communication skills. And above all, he does his job well. We are satisfied with his service.

Im assuming this is the coporate location, if not I do apologize. We are having issues with the local office in mobile, Al presenting themselves in a professional manner. I have reached out multiple times to schedule a consultation for uniforms. We could never get a call back. We called the number on the website, gave our information. Finally received a call from the sales rep which seemed promising. Scheduled a appointment today at 8:30. We called her at 8:50 as she had not showed up. She informed us she was still in bed.... STILL IN BED... Not I cant find the place, or Im in traffic... I Freaking bed. She could not even reschedule for the same day with us. We are cancelling our future appointment, actually were just not going to show up! Maybe we will stay in bed also. Called corporate who said all they could do because we are not a current customer is transfer us to the local office in Mobile. Management here is a joke, the entire impression is a joke. Stay away from this place! This is a clear sign of how unifirst conducts business.
