Great service and experience. Came in on Sunday at 12pm when the store opened. Chris helped me with my purchase. Immediately tried out the mattress I wanted. Liked it. Signed up for a Furniture Row card and made my purchase. Drove to the loading dock and my mattress set was loaded quickly. I walked in the door and was driving off the lot with my new mattress set in less than 30 minutes. Great job!!

I feel after explaining what I wanted I was shown what they had or could have sent from Denver in a timely manner. Friendly, patient, low key, no pressure, just a straight forward approach and no smarmy sales tactics. Pleasant experience and I dropped a good chunk of change. I worked with Terry Mathews in living section and Chris Cherry in Denver Mattress section. I have all confidence in a timely, incident free delivery.

The reviews for Denver Mattress Corpus Christi were so good online that this was the first stop I made when I was looking for a new mattress after a major move. I was very impressed with the customer service. Gabriel helped me and was super attentive, informative, friendly, and professional. He patiently helped me for a long time and answered all of my questions and gave me lots of great information without being pushy at all (a major bonus for me when shopping anywhere). He made sure I was able to try all the mattresses I wanted to and helped me select ones that were comfortable (which were different than I had expected). When I left the store to make some more stops (so as to consider all my options), there was still zero pressure. I ended up coming back and purchasing my mattress here because the customer service was unmatched elsewhere in town. I brought my mother back later to help make decisions, and the other staff who helped us in store and over the phone at the time of purchase were also professional and knowledgeable. I have not received my mattress yet, so I cant speak to that side of the experience (I will update his review with mattress info once it arrives), but the in-store experience was absolutely superb. Walking intoxicated showroom full of mattresses and not knowing where to start can be very stressful, especially if you and your partner have different sleeping needs; our Steven was extremely informative, Even more patient and after asking a handful of questions was able to direct us and lead us into a stress free purchase that both my husband and myself agreed on.
