I just bought an awesome hybrid for a whole lot less than the other stores. As a single mother with limited resources and in a bind for a new bed. Kenny was amazing. He took the time to find out what I really needed. The other stores advertised deals on mattresses that they didnt have available, and wanted to sell me on expensive beds I didnt like. Now the $150 mattress that got my attention was not the best. Kenny did show me options that were in my price range, and I found the perfect bed. The $1.00 down deal was awesome and I got approved!!! I will always get my beds from Kenny!

Kenny was a life saver when it came to finding a mattress and delivering it fast. I had ordered a bed from another store 12 weeks ago! It still was not in, and it did not look like it was going to arrive anytime soon. I found my mattress and had it delivered the same day. I have been shopping around all weekend for a new bed. They say this is the best time to get a great deal on mattresses. I went to a few places, and Mattress by Appointment blew everyones prices. I bought a $4,500 bed for $950. The process was fast, fun, and Kenny really knows his product. I highly recommend get one of the bamboo pillows they are heaven. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My wife found this place on Trash to Treasure. At first, I was apprehensive about sending my wife by herself. A retail store that works by appointment only, and close to six points. It seemed really sketchy. I was 100% wrong, and glad that I went with my wife. Kenny is an encyclopedia of knowledge when it comes to sleep. Our new bed is amazing! My wifes lower back pain is gone. The by appointment concept is very unique. It was nice being able to have the store to myself. I was able to take my time to pick the mattress set that provided the best support while giving me the comfort I need. I dont typically leave reviews, and I waited a couple of weeks before I wrote this. I wanted to make sure that this bargain mattress would not break down. So far I have been thoroughly impressed. Not sure how many people can say they Love shopping for a new matress, but not me. After visiting the “big box” stores I was ready just to leave my guest room empty! Thanks to my husband we made an appointment with Kenny as one last resort to finding something comfy and adjustable. If I am honest, sales people are a huge part of my decision in buying while I am in store. Although there isn’t much of that happening right now, it still matters. Matress by appointment allowed for complete privacy and a feeling of safety since there was exactly 3 people involved in the sale. This store smells amazing! The lighting the music, I almost felt like I was at home when I picked out the perfect mattress. I typically pick out the most expensive item in a store. I was shocked! A pillow top set, frame, mattress pad and pillows for less than a grand! Kenny is now my go to mattress man!
