Nice atmosphere! The staff we’re nice too but not a lot of selection of desserts when we came in (it was almost closing time so maybe that’s why)

This Starbucks is always clean, well stocked and adequately staffed w friendly, helpful baristas that can actually make good coffee drinks. The food choices are actually quite good. The iced lemon cake & the impossible sausage breakfast sandwich are just a couple highlights. I’ve never had a long wait here

Starbucks is my family’s safe travel spot where we can always get something safe and even healthy. Right now the road leading up to it is under construction.. should have turned around.We make our order.. I usually get the healthy boxes for my kids (eggs/cheese/PB/apples) or the like.. they don’t carry them. So I ordered 2 plain bagels with cream cheese.. we don’t have cream cheese. Okay.. Butter then.Then after waiting 5 minutes (there were other customers), I’m told they only have one plain bagel. My kids won’t eat any other kinds.. I got refunded for my bagels. It’s 12:30 on a Monday.. not like it’s 8PM.Staff was fine and our coffee was fine.Avoid this poorly stocked Starbucks if you’re like my family and on a road trip looking for a healthier option.

This location is amazing. I go at least twice if not three times a day and am waited on by a different Brotista. They all know my order as soon as I say Good morning! They are so amazing and very pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend this location to anyone!!!! Keep up the good work everyone!!!

The staff here was sooooo nice, I love coming to this Starbucks when traveling through this area. They make you feel like part of a family. And they even have a photo book of all their drive-thru dogs. How cute is that?!

Their street is under construction, drive slowly! Met expectations with good strong coffee, standard food offerings.

Always tell the people in the drive thru to do something fun and creative. They never disappoint. Its always delicious. I will continue to go there, as often as I can afford.

Inside the store was very clean, staff were great. Chairs were all clean and comfortable.The parking lot was a different story. This is clearly somewhere people driving long trips down highway 81 stop often and because there isn’t a garbage can on the outside of the building it seems everyone just dumps it all in the lot. Old food that had be driven over, and even a bag that was tied up was placed in the garden area. Very inconsiderate guests considering there is a garbage just as you walk inside.

We dropped off our kid at Cortland U for the start of his freshman year and stopped here on the way back home. The roads were being blacktopped so it was difficult to get into the lot. Not their fault. Inside it was clean. The young staff were a little pre-occupied with each other but basically it was satifactory.

This location needs to revamp their drive-through so that folks can get in and out of the parking lot and parking spaces.Service was very slow, however the server was very nice.

I went to Starbucks today and showed them a picture of what I wanted. This guy made it almost perfect. This guy gave me my drink with a friendly voice “it’s gonna be good because I made it!” I love all the baristas there❤️

The baristas are always super friendly here. The coffee is always great and if they mess anything up, they are more than willing to help fix it. The last time I went through, they had to restart the cash register, but my cold brew was already ready. They didnt want to make me wait and have my iced coffee melt so I got it on the house. Amazing customer service.

Waited in drive thru for 20 minutes and when I finally got to the window they asked me to pull around front to wait for my order. All I ordered was a regular blonde coffee black????

Very fast & friendly services here. Whenever my drink was done wrong theyd fix it with no problem. So happy there is a starbucks in Cortland.Although I do miss their comfort wellness tea that was my absolute favorite.

The location of this starbucks is so good. Parking is ample. It is near to the highway. Very clean place. It is a very cool place to hangout with a coffee and some tasty bites. Starbucks coffees are anyways super hot. They also have wifi. Staff is good here. This place also have out door sittings.

Clean and friendly but items take some time to get completed. It was very busy and I am not sure if it was poor planning, lack 9f help or a call off employee. They were out of child brew and offered a sub, charged the same price. But it is always clean and the food has always been fresh.

It took 20 min to receive two cream frappacinos and 1 regular coffee. Very unorganized.

Delicious beverage and wonderful staff. Not easy to keep ones smile when they clearly had to deal with a Karen a couple cars ahead of mine in the drive thru.

This Starbucks is always awesome. I went there but didnt know what to get, as I dont drink Starbucks that often, and asked for a suggestion for something good but not sweet, other than coffee, and my drink was superb.

I’ve been going there daily & getting the same exact order. Usually I come in the drive thru but due to the large line I chose to come inside today. The women who took my order was incredibly rude to me. Then made my food angrily, threw my food down and turned around as I was telling her to have a nice day. I feel heavily disrespected and won’t be spending any more of my hard earned money there again!!!

I think the main thing with Starbucks is they overcomplicate coffee with the sugar drinks which are fine in the fall and Christmas season but should be eliminated the rest of the year. McDonalds doesnt sell the McRib and the Shamrock Shake year-round. Also if you go thru drive through and ask for cream/milk you need to ask for extra because they will never put enough cream/milk in their coffee to compensate for how strong it is. Inside the store you can add your own but half the time the container is out and you have to ask them to refresh it. I think the reason for that is the same as the reason you need to ask for extra when you go through the drive-through. Food for thought. Last thing... in LA the Starbucks owned by Magic Johnson have more/better food like fresh roast beef sandwiches and parfaits for a reasonable price. I cannot get enough protein for the buck at this Starbucks to make it worth getting food. Its all carbs and foo-foo food. I like that food but I need MORE.

I can see Starbucks is not just about coffee. Its a small space but it brightened up the neighborhood. I really enjoy seeing smiling happy faces when children grab their gourmet drinks here.

They went above and beyond. We appreciated them brewing a dark roast for us in the afternoon. It was great!

Its Starbucks so you know what youre going to get, but the staff here are awesome! Super friendly and helpful. They were very patient with me when I was trying to figure out how to order a medicine ball (I didnt know its name at the time and its a secret menu item) for my sick fiance.

Very Easy to access from the highway. Clean facility, nice staff, clean bathrooms. Right next to a gas station if youre traveling.

I do not frequent this location often as I do not live close. But I have been there a few times and each time was a very pleasant experience. The baristas are friendly and make a point for customers to have a positive visit. Very clean and comfortable location. Much better than my local Starbucks!!

Starbucks is the best everywhere, although my caramelmachiato taste differ from branch to another. However they still have good coffee and sweets

I love love love this Starbucks. Great fantastic respectful professional workers here. Havent seen any bad people come through here either. This place often is looking for people to work here as well so if you need a job this is the barista place for you!

First time and I love it

I went to grab a coffee from the drive thru before class, and as I was passing over my gift card, the barista dropped it. No big deal, but I couldn’t find it on the pavement, and I handed them my credit card and they declined saying it was on them today. So kind of them!

Their coffee is awesome. Being a new store, I hope the drive thru gets faster. Ever time Ive been there so far, its taken about 10 minutes to get through, no matter what Im ordering.

The seating are is nice and large for a Starbucks and otherwise is really nice, but to go to a washroom and find no toilet paper... its unacceptable.

Awful. They clearly dont care. Its amazing to me. So little pride when making drinks. I dont care that its fast. I want it clear that you understand the value of $5.35. Im floored. Such a beautiful new store but such a crappy beverage.

I HAVE NEVER EVER IN MY LIFE FELT SO OUT OF PLACE THAN IN THIS STARBUCKS. Too many whote privilaged people. Yes including the employees. I lived on the otherside of New York, Manhattan all my life. I have never been treated like i was a slave or a person that can not affors a STARBUCKS coffee.

Amazing place

Coffee was great as normal however staff was not very helpful, most things were not labeled. Seems unorganized possibly because this is a new location. All in all, disappointed. Not typical compared to previous Starbucks experiences at different locations.

Limited options for drip coffee meant a very long wait for pour over. Wish Id been forwarned that it would take 10 min. Otherwise place is brand new and everything you expect from a Starbucks.
