Absolutely awesome. Perfect for snacks and cravings. The staff has been absolutely amazing considering the turnover in a retail store such as this. I thoroughly enjoy and am impressed almost everytime i visit our 7/11.

Cortland, NY store i visit at least 4 times a week. the entrance floor has been nasty, dirty last few times. Brown and gray stains ground in. Service has been fine, just a mess on the floors, I do realize that location has a lot of sketchy customers.

The new green shirt, 54 short hair over the ears,store manager likes to lie and let other managers say they are the store manager while doing nothing then yell at customers. She thinks she can do no wrong.

I was in this store early this morning and had a horrible experience w a female employee who was extremely rude to me.. Its a long story but it ended w the cops being called on me and me now not being aloud in the store for 2 years.. I was told by an officer anyone can be told theyre not welcome for something as minor as an employee not liking the color of your shirt.. The way I was treated and the outcome is not acceptable. I would like to know who I can call or write to to make a complaint against this woman who shouldnt have a job where she has to interact w ppl.

Horrible place... CUSTOMER SERVICE is beyond rude.... Employees NEVER HELP!!! Never have tobacco products... Everytime you ask to speak to a manager, there’s never one. Also, Everytime you ask for something. They don’t have it. Just beyond trifling anymore. And needs the whole team fired and a new team put in.

Is a 7 11. Has the usual and lots of hot snacks cooked while you wait. Quick service and nice clerks.

The coffee is great first thing in the morning. It is hot and really inexpensive.
