This is a great little store. If I can shop here for home improvement basics over Lowes I will. They have a great selection of merchandise, often surprising me with the things they have in stock. Good prices, friendly service, its all good.

Terrible people! Lady gave me attitude at the counter. When I gave it back, some idiot walks over to me and tells me Im the problem. Then tells me they dont need my business and I should just leave. So I did. This will never again!!!!

Staff is always helpful and congenial. Its not a huge bigbox store so less overwhelming and easier to get in and out. Parking is easy.

People are great and always help for as long as requested. They dont just show you what to by but actually show interest. Great place for a small town.

Always friendly staff and helpful when needed. They know what they are talking about and if they dont they are not too proud to admit it. Great place to get a personal touch when shopping for all your home improvement needs.

The staff are willing to help you find what you want without hoovering over you. The items I needed / wanted in the store reasonably priced and a great variety of items as well.

When I walk into the store there is always someone there to ask me can I help you with a big smile 😊 on their face and I love that because I am disabled wish all stores were like that, on a scale from one to ten they get ten

I can always find what I am looking for at Cortland Valu Home Center. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Its nothing very fancy its basically just like a true value. They have more specific things and unique items needed for home repair and customization in comparison to Lowes.

Can find what I need for home improvement without going all the way to Lowes and prices are very reasonable. Friendly helpful staff and no long lines.
