I am very disappointed with Corvallis location again. I came to pickup my cake (10/2/2020) which it looked already melted. I pointed this out to employee who was helping me. She said put it in the freezer when you get home and it will be OK. After paying $51 for this cake, I felt really ripped off.... All Cold stone cakes are made of cake, ice cream, cake, ice cream then little layer of frosting. There was no second layer of cake or more like little sliver of second cake with ton of frosting.

Im always disappointed when a business doesnt accept all legal forms of currency and tender. A 50 dollar bill is not ridiculous, even for a tab of 10 dollars. And the US government mints 100 dollar bills which legally have to be accepted in businesses. This is the kind of thing I report to the better business bureau.

Gooood ice cream but veeeeeery EXPENSIVE.Yes they chop and chack it deliciously on an ice cold stone.Hence the name Coldstone Creamery.DRAWBACKS:1) Do not use the bathroom! Just do not do it. You will regret it deeply, as many reviewers here have noted. With digs this swanky, youd think the kids would clean their potty.2) Do NOT buy a cake here for any reason, unless you dont like the person you are purchasing it for. Again, lots of negative reviews about the cakes. They are melty, made improperly, this is just not the place to buy ice cream cakes -- and at $50+ per cake, they should know better.3) Customer service is spotty. Sometimes the counter help is nice. Sometimes the counter help is vacant. Listen up here, Cold Stone: if the kids who work at Dutch Bro.s can ALWAYS be nice, your employees can, too. So invest some money in training them.

Ice cream was amazing, but I was concerned about the safety practices. I ordered a chocolate devotion which has chocolate ice cream, chocolate chips, brownie, and fudge, but after the girl added the fudge she put peanut butter in it. She realized her mistake and just scooped the peanut butter off and threw it away and I asked her if it was peanut butter and she wouldnt answer me, just saying that she took it off. Luckily, I am not allergic to peanuts, but she didnt even ask me when that is one of the most common food allergens.

How is a landscape designer supposed to build a sufficient stone wall for their clients when the ONE PLACE ADVERTISING STONES DOESNT HAVE ANY.To be fair, the temperature was a bit cold when I snuggled into the colored snow pouches they had in the middle of the store. So they at least arent TOTAL liars.

I ordered a cake but was given the wrong one; I didnt realize it until I cut into it. I had to call the store 3 days in a row to speak to a manager about the situation (he wasnt there each time I called). The employee I spoke with on the second day refused to give me her name (I was nice but unhappy to not have gotten a call back). I finally received a call back the evening on the 3rd day, only to be told by the manager that there was nothing he could do. He said I should have brought it back right away. Well I cut into it in the evening at my daughters birthday party! I wasnt going to drive back into town (I live north of Corvallis) once I cut into the cake and was at a family party! My daughter was already pretty bummed about having a Covid birthday and to have a cake that she didnt care for wasnt good at all. Also, I had just ordered a cake for my son two weeks prior, ordering the same exact cake...his was correct but this one wasnt. By Cold Stones own admission, they had lots of new staff and they have two similar cakes, each has a different flavor on the inside depending on which you ordered. They made the mistake not me but so far Ive gotten nothing but aggravation. I was given the owners number and left a message with him to see if he will do anything about this. I have ordered at least 10 cakes from here so I am a regular customer that will not shop here again unless I either get the correct cake or a credit towards another cake. I realize mistakes happen but for a $28 cake to not be correct and to be told nothing could be done is way out of line.

The customer service was pretty good but the bathrooms had no toilet paper no soap and the toilet was disgusting

I definitely recommend sampling a few flavors. Rich ice cream, but some of them are bitter or salty. I tasted some I didnt like before finding the one I wanted. A bit more expensive than Id like for the size of the container. But there are 3+ different container sizes. For my included mix-in, I got Twix. I would not recommend Twix because the cold caramel became sheets separate from the cookie and they were difficult to eat.

I have been going to location for year now because Salem location has really bad smell to it. I am only giving this location two star for couple of reasons.Last time I was in there, I had a really experience with employee. First, I order some ice cream in a container to go and I asked kindly if she can compacted it down for me. She said in a rude voice, I cant give you more ice cream because you want me to compacted it, I can only give you proper amount for the container. I said I am not asking for more ice cream, I am asking you to give me proper amount for container because In the past I had other cold stone employees robbed me by not giving me proper amount. Then I asked if I order a custom cake. So I order large round which cake cost $38.00 which is fine. But owner is charging $3.00 extra just to write on the cake even on custom cake. No other cold stone I have been to (Kansas, California, or Oregon) charges $3.00 to write on a the cake. I even order cake last year from this cold stone, I was never charge $3.00 extra for writing on it. Then I was charge other $3.00 for candle which I told employee I didn’t need. She said it comes with the cake and I have to give it with the cake orders. I said not for $3.00 more and I don’t need candles when I have some at home. She said Sorry, it comes with cake. I dropped the topic after paying $44.00 for custom cake at this location, I am thinking about next time driving out to Cold Stone Newburg, OR which is the same distance from my house to order custom cake and only paying $38.00 for it. I am also contacting owner and cold stone headquarters about this these candle and writing charges.

Prior to today, Ive had some pretty good experiences getting ice cream at cold stone with my gf. Unfortunately today the staff was extremely rude towards me, because I assume they had a hard time understanding what I was saying...I guess those sort of things happen during a pandemic.

Ice cream is good and they mix it well for you, my only sad point is that there frequently isnt someone out front/at the register so we have had to wait several minutes before seeing an associate. I believe they do have a bell to ring though just in case theyre busy in the back.If they accidentally make too much of what you ordered, theyll often just give you the excess for free and thats a nice bonus

Mmm... This is a great place for a treat of ice cream! Its a little expensive, but you get what you pay for. For some reason, I always go here after seeing a movie. I recommend that to any moviegoers who want a time to socialize after the movie. Enjoy!

It tastes good...but they skimp on the toppings. When you pay $6+for a scoop of ice cream....that just aint right.

My favorite place to go for ice cream. Unfortunately there is none near where I live. If you are a fan of coffee, try the coffee lovers.

The service was okay. But my husband and I walked in this evening and it was obvious they were smoking marijuana in the back. We dont really care about that either but the ice cream tasted old and not very good. And we couldnt eat in the store because the marijuana smell was really strong.

Great icecream but a little bit on the expensive side. I usually order one large icecream for me and my wife and believe it is enough. I like there icecream cake but it is a little bit overpriced a small icecream cake goes for $28 which make it not a frequent item to get.
