I left work early on a Friday to pick up my online order. I showed up 10 minutes before close and the doors were locked and no one would answer the phone. I live over an hour from where I work. So I either have to waste 3 hours of my Saturday to come all the way back or not get my project done.
Manager was helpful and knowledgeable. Girl at the front counter seemed upset and was curt, but not bad. Nice clean store with lots of product.
As an over 60 female, it was very nice to be able to talk with the two young men, probably under 23 years old who were working during my visit. They made me feel welcomed, did not rush me, gave me good information and appeared genuinely happy to assist me. That is very much appreciated.

Great service from Sherwin-Williams while we are on stay at home orders. Picked up a paint fan. Selected colors. Called the store. Spoke with a sales rep who was very helpful and confirmed our color combination. Ordered paint and some supplies. Drove to the store. Picked up curbside. They brought my order out promptly and placed it in my trunk. No direct contact with any staff. And, paint is currently on sale. Looking at paint samples to select paint for my next room.
They were VERY busy and could not mix up a gallon of exterior house paint. They took my requirements and said they would call us in about two hours. Good for them, business is booming I guess
I had excellent customer service. I took a picture of a front door and asked Lance if he could match the color. He spend a great deal of time, something a box store would never do, and matched the color perfectly. He took his time and was happy to answer any questions I had.
I needed to match my outdoor house paint color to purchase touch-up paint. It was purchased 9 years ago at a Sherwin-Williams store an hour away, The staff worked with me, found the formula, sent it to my local Sherwin-Williams and I picked it up the same day. Amazing service!
