I recently purchased a f250 power stroke diesel from the Jeff drennen dealership. Let me start off by saying the salesman I dealt with, adam peters, was quick to handle the deal and ensured that all my needs for my particular vehicle was met down to the last detail. This dealer doesn’t play games, they offer fair numbers and go above and beyond to work with their customers. This isn’t a dealer that wants to sell you a vehicle and get you out the door, they’re looking for your continued business which seems to be a lost concept at bigger dealers. I can’t speak any higher of the employees here, very respectful and genuine people. If you’re looking for a Ford these are the guys and girls you need to talk to.

So when was the last time you were truly satisfied with ANY companys Customer Service, let alone a car dealerships?  For us, its been a long time.  We have come to expect mediocre service.  But thats why we have such high praise for Jeff Drennen Ford in Ohio.  We bought a vehicle from them, even though we live in California, and admittedly, not everything went perfectly.  But thats what makes this review so important...  because they were PERSISTENT in making sure all issues were resolved and that we were completely happy with our purchase.  Of special note of thanks (for your competence!) are our sales person, Tiffany Johnson, and the General Sales Manager of the dealership, Jay Shepler.  Tiffany has always made herself available for information and help (and continues to do so), and Jay simply went beyond out of his way to please us.  Even Michele, who answers the phone and takes care of paperwork, was always friendly and helpful. We would DEFINITELY purchase from them again, and suggest anyone considering a car purchase, no matter where you are located, to contact them.  We knew nothing about them before we purchased from them, but we are very happy that we did.  A dealership with this attitude earns rare but very high praise.  Keep up the good work, Jeff Drennen Ford!

Called in to get service on my fleet vehicle. They show up as a service provider on the Enterprise Fleet app... so I called to schedule and Tori in the service department put me on hold... then disconnected. When I called back and asked if i was hung up on I was met with silence and heavy breathing into the phone reciever... I waited... we only deal with all state services more heavy breathing. I speak up again saying that the application had them as a provider so I apologized for the confusion... only to be met with more silence and breathing into the reciever... 10 on the creepy scale... 1 on the service and communication skills.I get if you dont deal with enterprise fleet vehicles... not that a tire rotation oil change and resetting the TPMS is heavy labor but communication should be a skill set for anyone that answers the phones.

Knowledgeable staff, and they have really worked for me to get into the vehicle i want rather than trying to shove a car down my throat to try and get a sale. They helped me find out if i could even finance (credit history isnt great), and it came back that i can, i told them what Im looking for and my price range and they worked off if that. Great group of guys and I feel like they really wanted to find me the best deal possible instead of how much commission they could make. Taking my girlfriend there to get a new car as well. Great service.

This place is a joke! Had problems with our Jeep since we bought it and it was only 2 years old. Repeatedly replaced parts and would be right back in there. Then today an hour and 20 minutes for an oil change!?!?!? If it werent free we definitely wouldnt be going here for anything! Not to mention we had another appointment to go to. Customer service sucks all around. Manager didnt even apologize. Whitesides in Cambridge is by far the best place we have ever bought a vehicle from! Live and learn I guess. But hopefully someone else doesnt make the mistake we made by going there.

Jason and Paige have been great to deal with. Highly recommend dealing with both of these folks.Edit: 12/18/18. 3 months into my purchase I replaced all 4 brake pads that were on the car. Jason had these replaced for the resale but they squealed continuously while I drove. Must be a cheap pad not sure but the problem went away with the new pads that werent bottom of the barrel. I was told the power steering fluid leak issue was fixed for resale. Well I replaced a rusty line, rack and pinion with tie rods and alignment today. Not too thrilled with the so called service put into the vehicle.

I bought a car from the Coshocton dealership. The salesmen stayed after work hours to help me find the right car for me, not a few minutes but a couple of hours. I am handicapped and dont move very fast so they brought cars to me. They helped me get financing and handled all the paper work for me. I was treated with the utmost courtesy. They put gas in the car and let me take it for the night. Then to top it all of, Mr Drennen sent me a gift certificate and thanked me for my business. I would recommend this car lot to everyone. Went to buy a car had plenty of cash in hand. Even had a co-signer that they requested. I have not so good credit. Was told Id be contacted the next morning with the results in getting financed, NEVER heard from them about my status!!! Went down to find out, and was told still working on it. So I took my business else where and drove home in a new car 3 hours later!! Very disappointed in the run around they were giving me, if youre going to sell cars, are least be up front and honest with the person and simply say we cant help you here. I personally wouldnt buy a car from these dishonest people nor will I ever recommend anyone I know to go there to buy a car.

My last two vehicle purchases have been here. The first vehicle was a 2012 Explorer, and I worked directly with Jeff. The deal made was very fair and both parties walked away happy.My second vehicle was a 2014 F150 Platinum. I worked directly with Steve Hall via Jeff’s recommendation. I was very straight forward on my expectations, and Steve was accommodating. I was able to take the vehicle over night for a test drive. When I came back to finish the negotiations. They took the truck had it serviced, cleaned in and out. Then parked it in the heated garage bay. They also moved my used trade in the garage next to it, so I could transfer my belongings from one truck to the other. That’s the small touch’s you will get here at Drennen’s that you’ll not get anywhere else. I am very happy with my new truck and will continue to keep Drennen’s my first stop for any vehicle purchases.As for the service department.... I have been extremely happy with the service I have received from this garage. And the shop managers have always been pretty decent to deal with.I have never felt like anyone has tried to take advantage of me here. They have always made me feel like family and I believe they actually care for the customer. There vehicles and showroom/garage bay have always been clean and respectable.If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, I cannot recommend this dealership enough.

Found the truck i was looking for online. Called Shawn Fosnaugh to make sure the truck was still available. When I got there he had it sitting in the shop warmed up and ready for a test drive. I have never had such first rate customer service in buying a vehicle. It was definitely worth the drive to Coshocton. The staff was very friendly. And the best part, they were able to get me a better interest rate then my own personal bank. Will definitely deal with Shawn again! If you want top notch service give Shawn Fosnaugh a call.
