This is the cleanest and most organized Big Lots I have ever been in. The manager was very friendly and helpful. The cashier was pleasant as well. I have 2 Big Lots close to me and they cant compare! I will definitely return to shop.

They had pretty much everything I expected to find there. Keegan my sales clerk was very courteous and friendly. Good job Keegan. And, it was a pleasant experience.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. They just dont have the electronic hookups like they used to. The store was SUPER clean!! But...still have to go to the other big chain store. Ugh.

Went in with my wife the other day first time in months. When entering i noticed a young lady who worked there Cleaning the windows and the doors and handles and she opened the door with a smile and welcomed us. She had the best attitude. The store smelled so clean and looked it. Love the new look of counter design the store put it great up grading. Then heading to check out same girl was cleaning yhe countertop and card machine as well. As we approached her she started the whole process of us checking out. She talked her way into having us sign up for a rewards card to save money. That little talker is amazing sells lady. I think biglots you might have 1 employee i might kidnapp from you . She make a great car sales man I belive ny wife said Crystal is her name. This biglots is looking amazing. Just need to get more furniture in soon and it will be a 100 %all the way around. Keep up the great job

I go to this Big lots at least once a week. I do a lot of grocery shopping in there. They have nice things for the home. is very convenient to shop here. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you walk in.

Treated poorly on Christmas Eve .. by a gentlemen worker. He was very rude to me...and it’s upsetting because I shop there often

The store and the employee s were wonderful. We found helpful employees who could direct us to the things we needed. Im going back because I saw a few things that I wanted but had to be somewhere else.

Lines were a little long, but very nice clerks apologized for the inconvenience.

Not as good as it used to be. Prices are the same or more than walmart! But employees are really nice and friendly.

I went in today just to get some toilet paper along with paper towls and batteries. I had my 3 month old son with me. I didnt bother to get a cart because I just needed a few things. I was standing in line and the very nice and compassionate store manager took my things and held them for me in line even when I told him I could and didnt mind carrying them. Then the also very nice check out woman carried my bags for me to my car. Forever greatful for these wonder humans. ❤

Decent place not bad prices

I only gave 1 star to write the review!! Bought a mattress from this place had it less then 4 months before it was unbearable to sleep on it there was no support parts of it had completely caved in. It took almost 2 months before they figured out how to give us a replacement (OF THEIR CHOICE). Well of course they no longer sold what we had but what we got was even it didnt even last 6 weeks before it was breaking down. It honestly feels like sleeping on box spring (and its plush not firm) It has sunk in and theres no support on any of the sides. Even thought it has a 10 year limited warranty Big Lots thinks its normal to have such break down within a 6 week period of time! (Actually told me to just rotate it) wont allow a refund and will only replace with the same one that broke down in 6 weeks because they no longer sell the one I orginally bought. I will never buy or recommend a mattress from BigLots!!!

Always enjoy shopping here. Some item like furniture, lighting, rugs, etc. Are always there but some electronics and other items change daily. This makes shopping there more like a treasure hunt.

I am so excited Big Lots will be coming back to Mt. Vernon.

I like digging through old expired stuff thats so cheap its almost free. Never know what youll find. I really like their Indian meals that I cant find anywhere else around here.

I had 4 kids and an wife that couldnt make up her mind. And they were very patient and helpful while we were picking out furniture, for an hour plus!

Odd Lots in Coshocton is a very nice place to shop a keep the store neat and tidy and I can always find what Im looking for if I cant the staff is more than willing to lend a hand. Really enjoy shopping at this store.
