While the product itself is nice that they supply, the service, installation & management is horrible. What was quoted as a 4 day job for my luxury vinyl plank flooring took almost a month, installer left messes and utilized my own personal items (garbage can for material, extension cord, fridge). The messes included scraps, flooring shards and dust everywhere in both the home and my garage. In addition, there were razor blades left in multiple locations around and as a home with kid/pets it was unacceptable.Owner has zero follow through and required me to call continuously to get stuff done. The owner himself came out finally to my home and commented on several things that his installer should have done. In addition, he had to reinstall a step board that had fallen off. Mentioned he would send someone back to finish edging, etc and never heard back from them again. I spent $10,000 with this company on the flooring, 2 rooms of carpet and granite. While that is not the million dollar work the owner stated they do (insinuating my work in minimal), that is a large amount of money for me and I should with the same service/respect as the million dollar jobs.The only compensation they offered was for the appliance moving. While not understanding that with how long the job took I unable to use my kitchen and the cost to eat out for my family that many days far exceeded what they refunded me.It is now about 1 year after install and have had 2 more stair boards fall off and 3 stair edgings we have had to re-glue ourselves.This flooring process has caused me frustration, disappointment and many nights of tears. I regret using this company 100% and wish I had done better research. I would avoid this company and do business elsewhere.Update for response to owners comments: Seeing as the owner Gary does not recall this incident, you should very clearly recall.Nicole B- Brooklyn Park, your company did flooring, carpet and granite. You had many phones calls with me over months and months. This is just an example how little those who express frustration with your company get responded to.

First contact was at the home show. No pressure selling, just great information. Meetings were scheduled and plans were finalized. We enjoyed all of the subs. The finished product exceeded our expectations.Thanks to Gary and Robert, you created our dream kitchen!

We spent lots of money carpeting three bedrooms. We were experiencing ripples in the carpet a couple years after installation. Owner came out twice at our request and stated it wasn’t their fault. They were going to charge me to come out and stretch it, however he would wave the second trip fee. The cost to stretch was $450 and that was with the fee removed. I called another carpet place and am getting it stretched for much less. Carpet King is now helping fix the incorrect installation by Carpet Court. Never going back even though a friend recommended them. Carpet King has my business back.

I found out about an amazing deal to be had through CarpetCourt. I called their office, Britney promptly replied and met me at my house (at my convenience and on my schedule) to show me flooring options. She was courteous, friendly, and has solid knowledge about her products; what I hadn’t counted on was that she also had a great sense of design and I was thrilled with the product we selected.We scheduled the installation which her boss Gary helped coordinate and kept me informed on. The installers were punctual, professional and hard working. The two installers worked together well as a team and I was impressed with the efficiency with which they approached the project. It was a two day job and they left my home very tidy at the end of day 1. On day 2 we realized we were a smidgen short of materials but Gary happily delivered the additional supplies to my home so the project could be completed as scheduled.Flooring install was completed on time and as planned. I am elated with the final result and I smile every time I look at my new floors.

I called around for a simple carpet remnant that I needed for my tripawed pup, just trying to find something to quickly cover 6X6 hard wood floor that could give her trouble some days... They were more than happy to help, even finding the right carpet that would go well with dog hair and that wouldnt cost me an arm and a leg (some places were telling me it would cost $80-$100! For the ends of carpet they dont even want anymore!). Would definitely recommend.

Just had them come out and help us with counter tops. Nice, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Cant wait for them to get installed. Good price also.

Look elsewhere. The communication is quite poor and the service very slow. After many phone calls, and months after my projects was promised to be completed, I had countertops. While the finished product is nice, the customer service is severely lacking.

I would recommend you stay far away from Carpet Court. They are a dishonest company that you should not let into your home!
