The shop has an assortment of smoking supplies. Its oriented towards a younger crowd, but it also has smoking supplies for more mature customers, such as fine cigars. The staff is very respectful and courteous towards both types of customers, and the manager (Ashley) is the major influence behind both the stores atmosphere and the respectful and courteous manner in which all customers are treated. She is very knowledgeable, and exhibits a level of sophistication that is seldom exhibited by many managers in similar positions. If you have any questions related to the stores products, or you would just like a fine cigar recommended, then she would be the one to talk to. She is also cool. The staff is also cool as well. They look cool, and they are cool. (Some more than others.) The background music is also cool. What more could you want in a smoke shop?

Many years ago, I went into their shop. I received extremely wonderful customer service. I got everything I asked for plus++++.I had tons on my mind and left my wallet on their counter, with a lot of money in it.I went upon my day, and we were sitting in our garage, when a man drove up and handed me my wallet and said I left it at their shop.I was stunned as I didnt realize I left it there.He handed me my wallet, said thank you for your service. I looked in my wallet and everything was still inside, including my money....This company went out of their way to not only provide excellent customer service, but to bring me back my security, and save me from anxiety and stress.I am, and will always be, a true consistent, and happy customer.Thanks for all you guys do.Sincerely,Tracy.

If youre looking to roll your own cigarettes, prepare to spend a little more as prices are higher than normal for the 6oz, 8oz, and 16oz bags of tobacco at this place. The prices for the tobacco are anywhere from $1.00-3.75 higher than other tobacco shops on the southern/eastern side of the cities.It loos like the same for goes for the filter tubes for rolling your own cigarettes. Ive noticed that a box of 200-250 filter tubes is about $1.50-2.00 more expensive than other smoke shops. Almost all smoke shops sell the filter tubes for around $2.50 for a box of 200-250 while this tobacco store is sitting around $4.50 for the same box.This wouldnt be a problem if their customer service was something to look forward to. Unfortunately, it isnt. Most of the time, you will feel like a burden for making one of them get up to ring out your order. And, I give you about a 20% chance of not hearing vulgar language.

Amazing selection of e-cigs at a very good price. Also very helpful and amazing customer service. I did notice that the price of the Good Stuff roll your own tobacco is about $1 more than other places. I understand why tho the workers explaned to why. They told me the reason why the Good Stuff is more is because they cant sell glass pipes which was a big part of their business . Besides for that everything else is at a very good price.
